This was my first time ever coming in to this store. They had my wheelchair all ready for me very friendly staff and very helpful thank you so much .

I always have great customer service! Unfortunately, they dont always have great customers. Sherry, I am sorry for my crabby message on Tuesday. I appreciate your established and commitment to customer service.

Great customer service from nice people. Ive only been there twice in about five years, and both times the shop assistants have been very pleasant and helpful.

If you have other options, Id recommend you go elsewhere. The staff is extremely rude and seems to have their own agenda and fails to listen to their patients. My wife researched the product she wanted. Her prescription or orders included this machine. When I initially called them I asked if they had the device she wanted. They said that they did and scheduled an appointment for the a week or two later. When she got there they didnt have the machine she had requested. They said that they could order it, but shed have to wait another two-three weeks. Having heart issues, she didnt want to postpone it so she took what they had. Then she had to switch to a different mask as the one she had to exchange her mask as she was having difficulty breathing with this one. I called first thing yesterday morning and the lady that answered said she didnt know anything and everyone else was in a meeting and shed have someone call me back. Didnt get a call back until the following afternoon. The guy set an appointment for today to switch. My wife also had spinal surgery 3 days ago and they were aware. When we got there we they told her that it wasnt in stock and and theyd have to order it. Absolutely awful customer service. Not polite or apologetic. They only tried to sell her a different mask that she didnt want. Will never step foot in their store again other then to return their equipment.

I just came to check out prices because my elderly mother was coming home from the hospital and needed it to fit her needs. The owner was rude. He was stamping around seemed weird. When I asked a question about an item he was so rude. Why have a business if you don’t how to treat customers? Obviously a high school drop out. Don’t go here.

Way over priced. They charge double for the same products as their competitors. Staff either is under educated or just straight out lie to the consumers. I have dealt with them more then once and after last go around will never go to them again. Its bad enough to deal with health issues but to have to fight with a supplier and have to constantly call the insurance company to find out if they are telling you the true, just to find out the store is lieing to you time and time again is a shame.

Bought a lift chair here for my Dad. It was delivered locally the same day. Very good Service!

I really dont like these people. It seems that their mission is to make as much money as possible courtesy of medicare and insurance companies. Not so many years ago this was a tiny fledgling operation. Now they seem pretty big, and I dont think it is because they are good

Bought a defective Mattress Genie from them. They refused to take back or refund. Deceptive business that does not advertise their no return policy
