This store is amazing. Im a new home owner and have a lot of projects with little experience. Everyone in the store is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I had good experiences with two specific employees.I explained to Janel my upcoming project and she thoroughly helped me pick out all the supplies I needed. She offered tips and advice that saved me time in my projects.Gage was also amazing. I was struggling to get a wood stain to match my ceilings current stain color. He put in extra work to ensure I had as close as possible stain. I am extremely satisfied.These two employees have helped me turn into a loyal Wisconsin Rapids Sherwin-Williams. I look forward to my next visit to this store.

The store is very clean and friendly in appearance. I felt like the person I was talking to cared about my needs for paint. I dont get that same feeling when I go to Home Depot, etc.
