I had an in store consultation on May 10 for a kitchen/dining room project. The meeting was productive and I was looking forward to seeing the design. Unfortunately that was almost a month ago, and I’ve had no response since to emails or phone messages. I understand everyone in the industry is extremely busy right now; if you’re too busy to take this project I wish you would have just been honest and let me know. Now I’ve lost month and have to start over with another business. Very frustrated.

This was the second time we used E.W.Kitchens. They provided consultation, design, and cabinets to us. Eric was our sales designer/consultant and he couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. He came out to the house twice to make sure our kitchen was going to be exactly what we hoped for, and it is! I couldnt recommend this company any higher. Their prices, service, and expertise is second to none. Thanks again E.W.Kitchens.

EW Kitchens was contracted to help design our new kitchen. Tonia Bennet was our designer and she was a pleasure to work with. She had great ideas and helped us tremendously on our kitchen design and layout. I would recommend both EW Kitchens and also Tonia Bennett to anyone looking for help with kitchen designs and cabinet layouts!!

Very pleased! Eric was great, I came in with my own design, and I do have a small kitchen as well as a budget. I had gone to a few other showrooms and it felt like the designers just sort of took one look at me and werent as psyched about my project because I wasnt looking for top of the line, or I already had a plan in place, or it just wasnt a big job. I dont know, but that was the impression I got. That is not what happened with Eric, he was just as excited about the plan as we were. Also, the floor models were beautiful and I ended up falling in love with one of the options they had on the floor, which made shopping even easier. They stand behind their products and even had an installer come out and help square up a frame that was slightly bent. That installer gave my dad (my contractor), tips on how to complete my project which was super helpful as well. I do sincerely believe that no matter the project, customer service that you all provided, as well as the great product I ended up getting, makes for a long term customer. Although this project is smaller, if I have more projects in the future I know a great place to start. Thank you so much!

As much as I missed my 20+ year old kitchen and the memories made in it, I think my new EW kitchen looks fabulous. Beautiful cabinets and finishes. Enjoyed working with Eric redesigning the kitchen and Kens expert cabinet building skills! We had a great contractor who made it all come together... I highly recommend EW Kitchens.

Stay away from this place!!!!They ripped off my Mom and the staff hung up on me when I tried to seek a remedy! Real unprofessional and condescending store manager!Stay away unless you want to be over charged and ripped off!!!
