Came in to get the new IPhone 13 mini and Justin was right there to help me! Took not even 30 minutes to set it all up and walk out with the new phone! Definitely an awesome experience thanks to Justin! I highly recommend this AT&T store

This store is my go-to. Consistently great customer service and they ensure all my needs are taken care of. If you need to go to an AT&T store, even if just for a simple question, choose the one in Wixom as they will not disappoint.

My phone is not reading my sim card, so I took it to at&t because they are my provider and thought maybe they would have some sort of explanation as to why my phone Ive had for less than 6 months is not working right. My time there starts with nasty looks and no welcome when I walk in. Then I tell them what is going on, and I am told to go to a repair shop. Almost like they are trying to get rid of me. I take it to a different at&t, and they were extremely helpful and doing their best to help me out. Do not go to this at&t, not nice people at all, dont care about you issues with your phone. Wont be back here.

Andrew was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. He set me up with an amazing internet and TV bundle that literally tripled my previous internet speeds AND saved me money. If you need anything AT&T go to this store and ask for Andrew or Justin. Between the two of them you will get everything you need and more. Would give 6 stars if possible.

As a fire fighter it’s incredibly important to have coverage in any situation; Justin made the entire experience easy, fast, and stress free. Got me hooked up with a new iPhone and a plan suited perfectly for a first responder. Whenever I have any questions and called the business card he has answered quickly and had the answers I needed. I came to this office because of the great reviews. My cable was 10 yrs old and needed an upgrade. I had tried to change some of my system up years ago.. Went to the Novi store.. I just didnt like the guys sales pitch.. Sounded fishy.Justin and Drew got me what I needed. Answered all my questions, cause I had a lot. Justin did all the files tranfering quickly.. My wifi was also down and Drew personally called a tech appointment for me. Cause WE ALL KNOW you cant get thru to anyone on the phones. I highly recommend this store!!

The AT&T Wixom store is my go-to location. Richard and Justin were extremely helpful and provided the best customer service. I came in to replace my phone, and Richard was very knowledgeable about phone choices that would work for me, and Justin took the time to look up current offers and promotions. Even when I returned the next day because I had an issue with a few new apps on my phone, Richard was more than happy to sit down and help me with the apps. The reason I like this store a lot is they both make you feel comfortable.

I have been with At&T for a while as my cell phone provider. I decided to visit the Wixon rd store since its closest to my home. John, the manager, assisted me in upgrading my phone. He is the nicest and sincerest individual. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to assist me in every way. He assisted me with my setup and answered all my questions satisfactorily. He was very intuitive in his sales and offered suggestions that was obvious to me was not a sales pitch; but that, he really wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase. I was even more impressed when I received a follow up text inquiring on how my phone and service was coming along a few weeks later. I am definitely not going anywhere else but this location and only to John! John, thank you for all you do! You are truly an asset to At&T and the community as you represent the company. Not knowing much about cell phones/plans I was hesitant at first l. I’ve heard many stories of my friends and family being ripped off. HOWEVER! Justin Mondoux was up-front, honest and knowledgeable making my experience not only pleasant but memorable. When I had uverse installed, a salesman came with the technician. Assuming he was from this store. Told me about the in home switch offer that i get a free phone and That at&t will cover early termination fees to switch to at&t and i will recieve a card in the mail with the reimbursement after i sent in my last bill. He then told me i get to KEEP my old iphone, even sell it if i want to, since i had purchased uverse and internet services. It has been 3 months since i have switched. Service is terrible, by the way. So i called to see what was going on with my reimbursement. I was told i need to trade in the device. The salesman told me i get to keep the old phone. I was lied to. Not happy, in fact livid. This is how at&t lures their customers. I would advise to stay away from at&t. Poor business. Also, the bill is $50 more than what i was told it would be.
