Very poor quality - the siding and gutters did not appear to be cleaned at all, and the windows actually looked worse than before they started. When I contacted the owner (Brandon), he arranged for a second cleaning. The second time results were not much better on the siding/gutters, and the gentleman who did the return work never went back and cleaned the windows. I suggest finding a higher quality company who cares about doing a good job. Dont waste your money here.

This was by far the best experience ive ever had with a service company made the date to get my windows cleaned and they were on time and always made sure everything was going smoothly while working extremely hard. The price was more than fair for what they all did and they did it in a timely matter. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a good house detail company. The best!!

We used Shine of Novi to clean our bridal shop windows. Brett was quick to return my call and send his estimate. He sent Nathan and Andrew to do the work. Overall, not very happy with these guys. Had a quote to have my windows and gutters cleaned in July. Gutter cleaning went well as they seem to be working ok two months later. Window cleaning, not so much. They were only able to do the interior of my windows the first go around. Understandable as a large storm was expected that day, but never ended up happening. They guys cleaning the interior windows did a B+ job which I would have been ok with, but they left dirty water drippings on my white carpet in 3 rooms of my house. Also, drippings left on multiple window sills and one wall in the master bath.I was told they would not be able to do my outside windows until 10 days later. Why couldnt it be done the next day, I am not sure as it was due to be a nice sunny week?Fast forward about two weeks since that was the next time I could be home, and they did a C job at best on the outside. Multiple streaks on at least 30% of the windows, a few poorly reinstalled screens, and holes punctured into 3 of my 25ish screens. Brandon was not very apologetic and did not return my call for an inspection.Would not use them again and do not recommend.Joshua

We paid top dollar for them to clean our windows inside out with the screens and window seals. The 2 kids that came over did A horrible job on the seals. They were still very dirty when they left and still 10 days later no one came back to fix there mistake. Yes we do live on A dirt road so Windows and screens were more dirty then your average home. Brandon offer us half off on our window seals. But we dont want money off our bill. We just wanted what we paid for clean window seals. And now Brandon disappeared and refused to address the situation. STAY AWAY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. UPDATE on 4-8 21 . I gave you several times to redeem yourself. Last time we spoke you promised me a complimentary window cleaning. But you never scheduled a date with me. Technically Im still waiting for my free window cleaning that you promised me. Yes I gave you several opportunities to redeem yourself then you decide not to return my call. You totally tripped over the hurdle.

We hired Shine to power wash our home and wash our exterior windows. They were very prompt, both in email communication answering my questions as well as calling ahead to see if it was still convenient for me if they arrived early. Our home is on a dirt road and was quite dirty. They were professional, courteous, diligent and had a great attitude. It did Shine when they were done. It was a great value for the money. We have already recommended them to a friend. We would hire them again.

Great company. I would highly recommend Shine. My gutters were in desperate need of a cleaning. I found Shine online. I filled out a contact form on a Sunday. Monday morning I got a phone call. That afternoon they were able to accommodate me and were cleaning out my gutters. They were prompt. They were efficient. They were dependable. Shine did a great job. I would definitely recommend them!

One night i googled gutter cleaning. I fingered through the companies and read the reviews. I came across SHINE Windows cleaning. They had amazing reviews. I emailed them and they responded the next morning. They were out cleaning my gutters two days later. I even added Windows and screen cleaning. Brett the owner is super friendly and so is his staff. They were in and out in great time and cleaned everything up. I would totally recommended them and use them again.

Bretts customer service went above and beyond. When there was a problem with the job, he came out personally the same day to inspect and followed up quickly to correct the problems. Very satisfied - would definitely use Shine again!

Called Shine for gutter cleaning and they came out, they cleaned my gutters but did not bag the leaves. Also, there was a dent on my garage gutter that was not there before I used their services. Nice guys that came out, but not happy I had to clean up the leaves and muck from my gutters.
