I worked for ventura,i gave my whole life up,job and home too start a career their,I was let go after 5 months,said I was great worker and didnt want too let me go but disliked a family member of mine,was very nice about it and acted sincere,but said I had too go because they did not like who my brother was...they destroyed my life and kept none of their promises based on other family members...just happened and is sad,all this is 1000%fact you can ask Brandon who runs the place,he may be wrong for what he did but he will tell you the truth,

Most guys are over worked and under paid, rules only apply to certain people and management is a joke. They will hire anyone for the right price.....if you trained a monkey to fill out a job application they will hire them.
