Dave was extremely patient and understanding with me throughout the entire process of purchasing wood for a cigar room. I called numerous times and every time he answered all my questions and gave good advice on cigar rooms and about my cedarwood order. I don’t know how this company is in business. It’s incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone there, they don’t return your phone calls. I was ready to spend a few thousand bucks on a humidor with them, but after literally being ignored for two weeks, I’m going to look elsewhere.

I ordered an XL Humidifier for $495 and received an 831000 model that is around $135 on Amazon. I kindly requested for a refund and was denied and ignored. Would not answer emails or calls. Would highly advise consumers to save their money and shop somewhere else. Worst buyer experience I have ever had dealing with Cigar accessories.

I used Custom Creations to build my 2nd location Smoke shop. My experience was great in the beginning, Dave took the time to go through different options of building. Price was expensive but decided to go with them anyway. The store finished and I had some touch ups/things to finish, in 1 year of me trying to get a hold of them they never answered 1 phone call. I called numerous times throughout the year & it seems to me that once they get paid they dont care. I would never use this company again. Overall worst experience ever. I am very frustrated because they just completely ignored me after the job was semi done.He did not answer me for 1-2 years, Period.
