I am very happy with the work that was done there. I walked in for an estimate and they gave me an estimate quickly. I was finished in less than ten minutes for the estimate. The price was less than I expected. They ordered the parts and painted them and then called me when everything was ready. The repairs were made the same day that I brought it in. I chose them because they had the best ratings online from the highest number of customers. (A high rating would mean nothing if they have only 5 reviews.) They had many positive reviews.. This is a well established, well-organized place that knows what they are doing. Very happy with everything.

Total rip off! Most of their reviews must be paid, theyre all 5 stars. They charged for 4.2 hours to put on a bumper and 6.4 hours for paint mixing, and another 6.4 hours to apply the paint. This eat for very superficial bumper damage. They told me that the tail lights needed to be hooked up and they the paint doesnt come pre mixed. Well, Ive seen bumpers put in foreign cars and, especially for superficial damage, well, a middle schooler with mild to moderate ADD could get it done in less than an hour and a half. In terms of the paint, Ive had that mixed. The paint cube from a universal kit and bits of colors are added and then put into a centrifuge. It takes 20 minutes, tops. I even tried to give them an out and asked if they were charging for the car to dry in a bay, and they said no. Eventually, after running out of poor excuses, they told me I had to pay even though I hadnt seen the ludicrous almost $1,200 estimate, which I had not seen prior. Expensive doesnt necessarily mean high quality, sometimes it means you should take your cat to a cheaper shop where the work will be done better, and then invest in a lie detector test session for the mechanics at this shop!

Nothing bad to say about Woburn Foreign Auto Body. They do great work. In addition to great work this will be the easiest experience you ever have at a body shop. They will do the insurance estimate right there. They arrange for a rental car for you to pick up and dropped off right there. While they are working on your car they send you updates with pictures daily. Fortunately I dont spend a lot of time at body shops, but this is the best I have ever been to.

Highly recommend.I bought my car brand new a little over a year ago, so you can imagine the frustration of sustaining damage to the hood and roof so early in its life. Not only did Bob, Rhonda, and the rest of the team do an amazing job of restoring the car, working seamlessly with my insurance company, and arranging a rental car for me, but they had the work done in less than four hours. I thought I would be car-less for a week, and instead I picked it up during my lunch break, damage free with the interior fully cleaned. They finished the job so quickly I didn’t even need the rental!If I need repairs in the future I will definitely be returning to this shop.

Dont where to start with this, lots of issues they put the cheapest parts on and make them fit, when I arrived for my car it was not a toyota part and did not fit well . When I said this they were like robots saying thats what the insurance told us, would you like to speak with my manager etc. I took my car and returned it a week later, they had it for a day and when I went back to pick it up they had simply doctored the part up a little more for a better fit, it was terrible even I could tell it was shoddy work, and again the same robotic answersI would not recommend this place if you paid me, absolutely the worst

I brought my truck in for some out of the ordinary frame work. Bob looked at the issue and came up with a game plan. Bob and his team kept me informed through the repairs. They ran into some unexpected issues, but informed me and worked through to make the repair. The work is excellent.

Very likable staff! I feel they try to be accurate in telling customers when their cars are ready for pick up. They also seem to have a good relationship with the car rental companies, so, I didnt have to worry about contacting the rental companies in the event I needed the their car for more than a day. Woburn Foreign Auto Body is the only place that I will take my car for auto body work. Their customer service is excellent and they make the process so smooth for the customer. They also send you updates on your car. When I picked my car up, it was quick and my car looked great. My only wish was that the rental car was cleaner, which isnt their fault because the car came from Enterprise. But since theyre affiliated maybe they can pass the word on. Otherwise, I couldnt be happier.

Everyone was extremely helpful and I got my car back earlier than promised. It was like brand new. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Rhonda was right on top of everything with my insurance and took the time to explain everything to me. Made the whole experience stress and hassle free.

I brought my Jeep to WFAB after some heavy winds left a tree limb falling on it, breaking the headlight and denting the hood, bumper, fender, and A pillar. I dropped my car off at their location where Enterprise was waiting for me, and was back going about my day within 10 minutes or so. Shortly after I received an email update with a photo of my car outlining the different stages in the process. I received photos of the work being done, and then as the car was being quality checked and cleaned. This was the first time I havent been left in the dark making numerous calls for a status update on my vehicle. I hope I do not need to, but I definitely will use WFAB again and recommend them to my family and friends!

Very happy with my experience at Woburn Foreign Auto Body. Polite and friendly service and great communication, including their website where daily pictures were uploaded of the progress on my car. Their repair is still holding up well after 6 months and looks factory. The repair took a week longer than originally estimated, but they unexpectedly werent able to find a used door to fit and had to order a new one (and paint it), so thats understandable.

My Prius V3 was hit hard from behind as I waited to merge onto Route 1. Although nobody was hurt, everyone who saw the results of the accident was convinced that my car was totalled--except for my insurance company! So I checked with my dealer and they recommended Woburn Foreign Auto Body as their body shop of choice, and Im very glad I did--the results are spectacular and the car looks and drives as well as it ever has. The shop kept me apprised of the progress and sent me a daily photo. Im delighted with the result.

Excellent service, but poor attention to details.Progress updates with pictures were sent via email. Loved that.Quality of work was alright. Body panels were fixed, paint matched, total time fixing was fairly quick.Attention to details was very poor. Car was delivered with very obvious panels out of alignment, incorrect parts used, parts incorrectly installed, and they forgot to honor fixing something they forgot last time. I think this was all due to all the work they need to complete in a short amount of time. The quicker you get the car out, the quicker you get paid and the next car in.If you want your car fixed quick, this is the right place. If you want it to look like it was never in an accident, this may not be the place.

The work was well done and the car was returned clean and in excellent condition. They also worked directly with my insurance company which made the process very easy for me. Only complaint is that the repairs took about 2 weeks for a headlight, body panel and bumper cover. This seems like a long time even accounting for parts delivery time and a day for the insurance re-estimate.

Body work was excellent, looks brand new. Took a star because the detail wasnt top notch. Still dirt on my floor and a sub par cleaning of the doors and trim. Pretty disappointed to pay 99$ for that. My last detail was 75$ and much more thorough.

I got email updates daily with pictures of the progress on my car, so I knew exactly what was happening. When i got my car back, it looked brand new. Really fast service too, it took less than 2 weeks to fully repair the front of my car. As a bonus, they give you lots of fun free things when you pick up your car! I gave a call to them and the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I reached there and handed over my keys and asked them if they could fix it early as my sons birthday was approaching and I badly was in need of my car. They promised me that they will give it and they gave my car back almost 4 days in advance. They did outstanding just b and my car looks just like new. I was impressed by the constant, clear communication and the professional service. They did a good job working directly with my insurance company and with the car rental place. My only complaint is that they kept my car an extra day to wash and vacuum it, and they could have done a better job with the vacuuming. I would definitely bring my car back here again, although I hope I wont have to!

Since there was too many small parts, this car took longer than normal... a whole month and 2 days. I wouldnt mind that long but the reason why they didnt get 5-star is because of not committing to a date or two in order to give me idea on when to pick up car or arrange a pickup.I remember 3 separate occasions where I would have to call and ask and the answer I would get is couple more days. I can understand sometimes things come up and they have to delay but having been done over and over was something that I didnt like. Last time they called and said that it will be ready. I was on my way to pickup around 4:30 and got a call that they have installed wrong part so that needed to be delayed from Friday -> Monday.About job: It was done very nicely.. few minor details about light adjustment, hood adjustment needed but I was able to drop the car off in morning and they were able to fix it same day.Staff: Very courteous and always answered your question with respect. Sometimes negativity comes out but I can understand that its a service business and people would be bitching at them all day for their problems so that can get annoying.I decided to take my car to Woburn Foreign Auto Body because of the fact that they had amazing rating but looks like it was just my bad luck that my car ended being with them for more than a month.

I had an excellent experience... They took care of it completely and i am very happy about their service. The staff is great and they even have a tie up with Enterprise for the rental and everything is handled at one place. They used to send pictures daily of the repair and gave a detailed explaination of what is happening with the car. I had left my car for more than 14 days and the car came out fresh and new... Excellent work done.

Was very happy with the whole experience. Drop off was smooth and easy. Received emails with pictures of the current status of the work every day. I did not have to wonder if it was just sitting there while other cars were being worked on. Pick up was on the day originally quoted and was just as efficient as drop off. Car looks great and I had the added surprise to see that the car interior was cleaned! Very happy and would highly recommend.

Good quality body work, staffs are polite and courteous, and daily update on the repair process steps were informative. Need to provide estimate of completion once insurance approved the repair; need to provide courtesy transportation to/from the local work office or home, need to provide a free or discount rate rental car for service over three weeks or more.Overall Staffs were friendly, helpful and answered all the questions asked.

I really like being able to see the pictures of my car during the repair process while I was travelling across the country. My car was completed 1 day early and looks immaculate inside & out thanks to their wash & vacuuming.

Great job fixing front end damage to my 2007 Toyota 4Runner. Woburn Foreign Auto Body exceeded my expectations of a repair shop. I have used Woburn Foreign Auto Body twice now and have been absolutely pleased with the service there, both automotive and behind the counter. All work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and I really appreciated the regular updates and ability to check my cars progress on the website. I also appreciated that WFAB took care of all interactions with my insurance company and with Enterprise to arrange for a rental car while my own car was in the shop. Pricing seemed quite reasonable, right in line with my insurance estimate. Finally, the cleaning of my car inside and out was a very nice bonus. Has to fix my my for two insurance cases. Very professional personnel - they coordinated with Commerce Insurance to combine two case and with rental car company. All I had to do is to drop off my car, get into a rental, which was delivered to the shop, and one week later return the rental and pick my fixed car. The quality was excellent, the car looks like there was no damage.

A lady hit my one-year-old Prius C in the parking lot of my complex and put large dents and scratches along one whole side of it. Woburn Foreign Auto Body did an excellent job restoring it to perfect condition, it looks good as new! The work involved dismantling the doors and side panels and re-painting the entire side, and it was all done expertly. I am very pleased with the results.

A great experience. Driving a limited production car which had over $6k in damages is a issue for repairs. Not for them, they got the car in the day after the accident and 18 days later I had the car back. I had to have the car inspected and it passed with flying colors. I recommend them for all body work.

I always have my Corolla repaired at WFAB. Unfortunately Ive had 4 accidents in the last 6 years (no liability on my part) and they have done the best auto body repairs bar none. Amazing service and experience. Jim Cooper handled all my insurance issues and supplement claims as well as getting me the type rental car I needed, not just whatever they had available. It was great to get an Email every day showing me my car and exactly what was going on at the stage and explaining what every stage was. My car came back looking brand new. I will never go anywhere else and would highly recommend WFAB to anyone looking for great and easy service.

Quick, quality repair work, and they work seamlessly with my insurance company. I like their online status system with daily photos of my car, though the step-by-step progress indicator was sometimes a day behind and a few photos didnt show much of interest. Staff was helpful when Id call with questions.

As usual the work done at WFAB was excellent.Rhonda at the front desk is a doll. She is so aware of customer service.Mark on the other hand should learn customer service. Don’t wait for the customer to call to see what the delay is, call the customer first. When you tell a customer that you’ll call the next day, CALL. I’m still waiting for his call! Lol!
