I hate to do a review like that, but i had the worst customer service ever!My deliver was supposed to be on Monday, but they had to postpond to Wednesday because of the snow. I was more than OK with that.On Wednesday, the driver gost lost and went to the wrong address but no one never called me or anyone to say it. I didnt even know until my contractor call looking for the deliver. When I call them, the only answer I could get from Ken (the manager) was: There is nothing that I can do.AND THIS WAS MY FISRT ORDER WITH THEM.

Decent wait for picking up an order that was called in. Lack of supply of material, not neccesarily on their end, part of order could not be filled.

Friendly people. Fast unloading. Open 6:00 am.

I have been a customer for almost 40 years and the service is great.Ryan Vercellone is the person I mainly deal with and Kamco is lucky to have Ryan. When Ryan is not available everyone in the office anyone else is just a good as Ryan. When I pick up materials at the Woburn location its fast and the employees picking the orders are friendly and grateful for my business.Looking forward to another great year with Kamco as my main supplier.

These guys are wonderful! Im a truck driver and I delivered my load here. I was out of hours and so tired that I was afraid to drive, they let me stay at their other building. Thanks guys, you just dont know how grateful I am. ~Hobbit the trucker

My driver went to deliver a load to this location and the receivers were very racist to him. They made him stay there for hours instead of signing the paperwork and let him go....just for fun. They were fast with everyone else, but had to mess up my drivers day and his schedule for NO REASON.

This people don’t care about customer, just because this time of the year is ver busy they don’t care at all about customers services zero communication .find a better company to get your materials from .

Very friendly customer service. I like to judge a company by their product pricing, staff, and how busy they are. I showed up Monday out of the blue to pick up some Owens and Corning un-faced 703 insulation for a bass trap project im building. The parking lot was jammed packed with cars and they were busy as hell. I walked in and two employees were helping people at the front desk as i waited patiently for my turn. No more than 26 seconds goes by and someone noticed me from the back room and quickly asked what he could help me with. The guy that was helping me (sorry i forget your name I was the guy in the army uniform) knew in seconds what I needed and had the order printed for pick up in two minutes! THEN HE TOLD ME THE PRICE! For the insulation that I was looking for, A 6 pack of 2x2x4 online is $130.00+ w/o shipping. I picked up a 12 PACK FOR $96.00 OUT THE DOOR!
