Placed an order online from Medford location not even through this store but somehow it got transferred to this location only for them to attempt a delivery by a phone call and turn back around. Seriously? General manager odalis clearly lacked professionalism to the fullest extent when I called with giving me the worst customer experience I will never order from this location again, her associate Paul was rude and snippy I’m sure they are stealing from this company because that is what it feels like! Offering me nothing but a store credit to this location and that location only it has been 2 days now they never re attempted to deliver, I’m across the country not even in this same stare what good is that to me when spending 100$ on fruit? Basically once you order from EA you will not get anything but a store credit. DIY! You’re better off making your own fruit arrangements at home!
These are comparably priced to a nice bouquet of flowers when delivered. Our recipient loved hers. The fruit is healthy. We sent it to someone who was recovering from surgery. She and her family enjoyed it. Do not send to a diabetic.
I loved edible arrangements any time I get them. The Woburn location is always super fast and helpful and makes beautiful arrangements!
Could not be happier with the customer service from Paul at Edible Arrangements in Woburn, Ma. I had a delivery arranged to the hospital for someone who had just had a critical surgery. Since he was in the ICU they were not able to accept the delivery. Paul called me personally to let me know that he had left the delivery to be passed to visiting family or the nurses and doctors, and that he would create and re-deliver my bouquet once the recipient had been moved to a regular room. He then followed through. Thank you Paul for your great service!
Apparently this store is under new management. Management that does not answer the phone EVER or deliver a $150 edible arrangement you order for your mother on Mother’s Day. No phone call saying they could not deliver my package or no call the next day. I have reached out to other edible arrangements and they have also tried to get a hold of this store location with no success. I would recommend never going to this location.
I ordered a birthday gift for my sister in law. When they first attempted no one was home so they left a note to call. I was sent a message that it was a successful delivery. Which was in correct. When my brother in law call to reschedule delivery they said they would be there between 1-3pm. When no one arrived at 345 he called again They said that it left the store at 2:50 Pm and would be there no later than 430. It was not until 530 the arrangement showed up. It was not in an marked edible arrangement truck, and do to the fact that it was a 90 degree he did not feel comfortable to accept delivery for food safety reasons. I contacted the the company many times to as for a refund but they have refuse. I ill never use them again.

I understand businesses are able to be open during this time but at the risk of the customer is not ok. Picking up orders for Mother’s Day yesterday was a complete nightmare. There was a crowd of about 20-30+ people waiting to pick up their orders; some telling me theyve been waiting for up to three hours. There was no sense of organization, sense of concern with the amount of people at close proximity to each other, and even having share pens and paper to write down which could gotten someone infected. Actual products were great but in the midst of this outbreak more should be done to ensure the safety and productivity of the customers and employees.
My wife just received the Rose Vanilla Bouquet for Mothers Day from my son. Fruit was green and not edible and had absolutely no taste. Most of it went down the disposal. Salvaged a few pieces. Have tried calling to inform the store owner/manager but line is constantly busy. The only good thing that can be said is that it was nicely arranged and had a balloon.
Received a gift from there. Talk to the sender and it was supposed to say “get well” but the sent a “happy bday” gift. The forgot some balloons and later called to ask me (the receiver) if they could just skip them and give me a gift card instead. We said no and they said they would drop them off when they have time to do it.
Mothers Day this year. Went to pickup my order. About 150 people were queued in front of me waiting to get their order off the back of a delivery truck. Waited for 2 hours, and never got my order. Not one employee shared any information with us. I left empty handed when everyone pushed up to the trucks and there was hardly room to move not to mention social distance. This happened four days ago and they still arent answering the phone. I received an email response to my complaint today that said the order was cancelled. No apology, no remorse. no taking responsibility. Absolutely worthless company!
Amazing customer service! Placed an order at around 2PM thinking that this will be probably a next day delivery. It was delivered one hour later! Beautiful arrangement, fresh fruits and chocolate. My friend was very happy to receive it! Thanks for doing such a great job and make people happy with your beautiful product :)
My wife never received the order I purchased for her for valentines day. I called the store throughout the day and never an answer or an answering machine for me to leave a message. Its not right they took my money at least have the decency to tell me your not gonna make it. I understand its one of the busiest days of the year but you should staff accordingly.
Do not waste your time with this company!! I placed an order for mothers day in advance, paid an extra $20 for it to be delivered it never showed. Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phones for a refund because Ive been trying for the last 4 days and nothing no answer or response !! terrible customer service. big waste of time and money I hope no one else is scammed by them.
I placed an order for my parents on Wednesday and paid the extra amount for it to be delivered to them yesterday. As of 10:55 last night it still said “out for delivery” so my parents never got it and they thought I forgot about them and that I didn’t do anything for them. This was supposed to be a nice surprise and either edible arrangements took on too many orders or this was just plain carelessness. If too many orders had been placed the website should have realized that when I placed the order on Wednesday and blacked out that date for delivery. I’ve tried calling and I get a tone from Verizon saying they are not available, I’ve tried calling customer service but they aren’t answering either

Ordered for same-day delivery to a business park around 12:15, and almost immediately got a call from the store to confirm that our friend would still be at work at 4, the estimated delivery time. I confirmed that 4 worked, just to get a text from her at 1:30 thanking us for the arrangement! Unreal service
I placed 2 orders with edible arrangements, the both were delivered promptly on the delivery date. I also received a confirmation email as the orders were delivered! I highly recommend editable arrangements for any occasion!!
I normally go to the Tewksbury location but they refused to help me out today as did 5 other locations around the area because it was an hour to closing time. but when i called the woburn store the level of customer service was impeccable! paul realy went above and beyond helping me with a last minute arrangement so close to closing time when all the other stores around the area said they could not do it. i truly appreciate his commitment and work ethic and i look forward to using this location for all my future arrangements!
WISH I COULD TATE THEM A ZERO!! This particular Edible Arrangement location has now for a 2nd time ruin one of my wife’s favorite holiday. Shame on me for using them again after having the same exact problem with them a few years back. Nothing worse than having to explain to my wife that I am not a lousy husband who neglected to surprise her with a gift. But rather it’s Edible Arrangement who can’t keep up with their orders. I would rather them to decline our orders so I can think of an alternate gift than take our $$$ and ruin our Valentine’s Day if they can’t supply the demands. And don’t try calling because the customer service is equally as bad! A few years back they didn’t even care and just rather return my money and left me looking for last minute gift ideas. Then this year I call and their response was my wife can go pick up her own gift because the delivery couldn’t make it. Are you kidding me?!?! My wife can go pick up her own gift late! How romantic! If you value your relationship and love your spouse DO NOT order from this establishment!
We wanted something special for my niece who opened up her own shop for haircuts and color. So I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries. She loved them. She got so many flowers and plants but was so happy to get the chocolate covered strawberries. Definitely a special gift for her.
Excellent service. Great product! I placed an order online for same day pickup. I showed up a few minutes early and was advised my order would take a bit more time to prepare. Its nice to know the staff is dedicated to the quakoquoqu their creations and not just pumping out orders.

Placed an order to be delivered to my spouse for valentines day, and not only was it never delivered, but I spent 45 mins to an hour on hold with them, and no one ever picked up. When I tried again to call them, the phone line said the Verizon customer was busy. I have tried 3 other times to call them since then, and I have been left on hold for a half hour each time before finally hanging up. I still have yet to have my situation resolved (or even to speak to anyone), and considering my spouse never received the deliver, I believe I deserve a refund not only for not getting the product I paid for, but also the terrible customer service I have received (or lack thereof).

One star because Google will not allow me to give ZERO. This store should be CLOSED!!! I placed one small order days in advance and it was to be delivered a mere 3 miles from their location. This task could not be completed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT!! It is an Arrangement of complete incompetence.Know that Customer service with the Company Head Office is non-existent, so this is an extremely poorly run company top to bottom. Obviously franchise numbers and not quality service is important. Seek other options.
If I could give 10 stars I would! I am blown away by the customer service at this store. As a little background information about my initial experience with corporate, I had placed 3 separate orders over the weekend for Fathers Day gifts and noticed that I didnt see anything listed in my account under edible rewards or order history. I called edible arrangments corporate line and the representative told me that because I had made the orders on Saturday and called on Monday (being over 24 hours since orders created) that they would not honor the promotion or add the orders to my account under my rewards. I told corporate that I was planning on making 2 additional purchase orders to the hospital who delivered my sisters baby last week as well, planning to spend well over $150 and wanted the free chocolate dipped fruit box per the promotion. Corporate told me that I was free to take my business elsewhere, so I went ahead and called the Woburn store to cancel the 3rd Fathers Day order that had not been delivered and was checking out prices at Sherris Berries for the 2 future orders.When I called the Woburn store, I originally spoke to someone who told me that they would actually honor the promotion of the free chocolate dipped fruit box as they could see I had made the previous orders and was looking to take my business elsewhere. He transferred me to a Tony who further helped me place the new 2 orders for Lawrence Generals OR Floor and Labor and Delivery floors, as well as honored the promotion for the free fruit box which is being delivered to me tomorrow. On top of that, they added these two new orders to my rewards, so if I make an additional purchase within the promotion terms I will be eligible for another fruit box after the 3rd delivery(which I might just send an arrangement to my mother for an end of the year teacher gift). I will stay a loyal customer to the Woburn store, and plan on making additional purchases for the holidays/occasions as I usually do. Thank you for going above and beyond and appeasing me when corporate didnt!
