Worst experience ever in my life....If I could give it zero star, I wont give it one.I brought my frame in a month ago for a new pair of lenses. I was told they would be ready within two weeks and I would get notification once they are ready for pickup.20 days later, I called in since I didnt get my glasses nor notification. The staff said they are not here yet, give it a few more days. So I called in a week later (3 weeks since I ordered), I was told the glasses didnt pass the inspection, so they reordered the lenses again. The new estimate delivery day is today.I called in again this afternoon, then the staff told me they are not here in the store yet, and he cannot log into the system to look it up where the glasses are. I told him I need to cancel my order or stop whatever is being processed right now because it has been a month, I need my frame back and go to another optical store for lenses. Then he told me he cannot do that because he didnt know where my frame is. So now my situation is, I cannot get my new glasses back nor get my frame back. I wasted $200+ and got nothing back.I went to Target optical for a few times, this store is the worst! I didnt plan to complain on this, but when I was at the store, the optical technician even refused to look at my insurance when I asked if my insurance could cover a part of the fee.Stay away from this store if you can. At least I will not come back no matter what.
Great service from Teresa and Jessica - they were very helpful and knowledgeable....would definitely recommend!
Store was unorganized, low quantities, looked like a mix between a yard sale, a JobLot and grocery store. The self serve line is long and not worth standing in line.
Called and left message asking for update on my glasses ordered 2 weeks ago. 3 hours later, still waiting.for call back.
Terrible customer service!!! Dr. Yan Li was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She had no manners and was incredibly rude when answering our questions. She was also very short tempered. I have never met a more unprofessional optometrist than her. She claimed that she didn’t take our insurance plan when she is clearly listed under our plan. She kept arguing with us about this and refused to let us talk or even look at our insurance plan. Despite showing her proof, she still argued against our coverage and refused service to us. The MOST unprofessional medical provider I have ever met.
Very happy with service and merchandise
Well run shop with friendly staff. Torri is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - I never know what looks right for my face and she gave such good suggestions. I felt really good in my new glasses!
Kind optometrist and front worker. Quick and easy
Poor service, they took the phone number and neither call or notitify when the eye glasses are ready.
Great and friendly staff! Thank you for making purchasing eye glasses seem so easy especially during COVID!
The people who work here are really great but it takes forever to get your prescription filled. If you, want/ need your glasses quickly go elsewhere.
Never had an issue here. Have purchased 3 glasses here and had a few eye exams as well. The doctor office is separate from the target optical business. Meaning, you pay the doctor separately and then find your glasses and work with the target technicians on your lenses and frames. This makes for a speedy visit. Technicians have always been helpful and patient. No one likes to rush picking or frames and I for one love trying them all on.As for the wait time in reviving your order. I havent waited over 10 days.So in conclusion this is a great and economical place to get your exams and glasses. They take insurance and have tons of brand and designer name frames. Convenient and friendly- cant go wrong.
I have been using this target optical for over 10 years. They have always stepped up and assisted me. The Dr. has always let me participate in the solution. You have to make lifestyle choices when getting a prescription. They have provided me with multiple contact lenses to let me see how they worked in the real world and not in the lab. I always feel well taken care of.
The Woburn Optical is the best. The optometrist Dr. Yi is very thorough. I have never had an eye exam so thorough only with an ophthalmologist. The staff are very well trained and will help you find the best glasses. I wont go anywhere else.
I had an eye exam here and the doctor was nice enough, but its a busy location so she was very rushed. Staff were nice enough when we were shopping for frames, but both my husband and I are having issues with the glasses we ordered and their only response has been that we need to get used to the new frames. No guys, weve been wearing glasses for years and have NEVER had this many problems. My vision is blurry, which may be a bad prescription or pupil distance is slightly off. My husband cant even wear his new glasses because his vision is so distorted, which probably means his pupil distance was definitely not measured correctly. Really poor experience overall.
This place is terrible. The eye doctor is good. But the guys working in the eyeglass center dont have a clue. The first time I was there after my eye appointment they could not figure out how to access the insurance portal, and when we went back the same thing happened and they refused to call the insurance company to get authorizations. They probably dont get the same profit if they use insurance. What a scam. I wont be back.
Omg how do I even possibly start! Optomistist wasn’t bad. One guy always seems to have himself together but when we went to order our glasses the older of the two helped us ( a guy we have never seen before) my husband ordered a pair of Oakley’s with transitional lenses. I ordered a pair of coach glasses and then in addition ordered a pair of coach sunglasses. The guy was like oh so we can order in brown or gray. Gray was an easy choice. We order them on 3/16 said it would take ten days no big deal. Perfect as we where leaving town ( going to the Bahamas) so no big deal well have them in plenty of time. Today is 3/27 never have gotten a call from them. We called yesterday and they said the sunglasses where in but not the other two. Which wouldn’t have been bad. I went to pick them up today the lenses are BLACK not gray! I said to him you told me gray NOT black! He said those are gray, that the perscription can change the color. Not at ALL what he told us at the time of order. His follow up was “I can ask ten people and ten people could tell me that’s a different color” not something you say to someone! The coach sunglasses are purple and gold why would I ever do a BLACK lense?? Would not help me further just “oh I’ll let you know when the other glasses are in”. I called corporate customer service and basically all we can do is ask them to appologize! Seriously??? $400 for sunglasses just to look rediculas! Yay Bahamas! NOT!
I felt the optometrist was not clear on what my eye exam would cost. I paid the difference and moved on thinking possibly I just misunderstood. Months later my daughter went there and described to me a similar scenario. I now think we were baited and switched.
