I have ordered from Chowdaheadz in past. On 1/28 I ordered a shirt, hat and a gatorkneck. On 1/29 they ran a promotion for free gator neck a 14.99 value which I had ordered just day before. I reached out to them and asked if they would honor the free gatorneck considering I had just ordered it day before promotion. They stated they would NOT. So i am going to return all 3 items and re order. How rediculous is that!! They shipped item all ready and easy remedy on there part would have been to honor free gator rather than take a return items that are going to be return.

Its very disappointing to spend $20+ on shirts that dont last a year before being relegated to the yard work clothing stash. Hailing from New England, I love the design, fit and style of the shirts. I have owned a number over the years, and some have withstood years of wear-n-tear. However, over the last 2-3 years Ive noticed a drastic drop in quality. The shirts seem to be cheaply manufactured out of cheaper materials these days. They either look like theyve been through the ringer after just a few months of wear and washing or they literally fall apart at the seams within months.Specifically, I have two of the Boston banner navy shirts, and both started pilling/getting fuzzy after just a few months of typical wear. Ive never had a t-shirt turn that corner without years of use. I dont wear either out and about anymore. I also own a Massachusetts American flag shirt and a Fenway sign shirt that both ripped at the seam in the armpit after just a few months. One of my Boston Banner shirts did the same, but I caught that one early enough to fix it before it got really bad.Again, I used to be happy with the quality of their shirts. I still have some from 2014/15 that I wear regularly. Its just that theyve obviously changed suppliers and dont have the same quality that they once did. I wont be ordering from them again, even if I do still like the designs of the shirts.

BEST customer service! Extremely responsive to email (wrote back within 24 hours). I had to exchange a t-shirt that was given to me as a gift, and wanted to exchange it for a t-shirt that was $2.00 more. While I was willing to pay the extra $2.00, Chowdaheadz waived the extra cost and sent me a new t-shirt right away. I received the new t-shirt in less than a week from my original inquiry!! Will DEFINITELY get all my team tees from these guys. Thank you :)
