Just had my beautiful new walk in shower installed by Kenny. Great experience! I think my bathroom is going to be my favorite room. It is so elegant and functional!Ken was on time and so professional. He left the place spotless.

I am writing a review regarding the remodeling of both of my bathrooms, one now has a walk-in shower and the other a more modern bathtub and doors. My installer was Ken D. and he was absolutely great. He is a very diligent and precise worker and made sure everything was picture perfect. He was meticulous also with making sure he cleaned up after everything was done. I want to rate Ken with 5 stars because that is what he deserves.

Our installers were awesome. Eric & Darryl were prompt, courteous and professional. The project presented them with some challenges along the way and they proved to be unflappable. The end result was a gorgeous tub shower conversion. Thank you both and NEWPRO.

Reminded me very much of a car dealer experience. Start with a super high price, but we can save you some money, but oh wait we can do better if you buy today. That hard sale stuff doesn’t play anymore and why I dont like car dealers. Product did look good, not faulting them on that but lighten up with the we are very busy you really should book today tactics. You may want to look somewhere else.

Dave and Trevor installed a new walk in shower and it was a wonderful experience. They were on time and very hard working. They were here most of the day an when they were done we had a beautiful new shower with glass doors. They were very personable and left the bathroom like they found it. I purchased two windows during the height of Covid and didnt really get the information I needed to properly remove the screens so I called Newpro and they sent Larry Urban to my house to help and when he came he was very informative and helpful and showed me where the springs were to remove the screens as there were no tabs or directions and how to operate removing them and reinstalling them. He was great! The 3 stars are for the product. 5 stars for Larry

We cant say how much we love our new windows!! The Newpro crew was friendly, listened to any concerns and did an overall amazing job! They transformed our 1885 home replacing 50 year old windows with gorgeous windows that we can now open and close with ease!! New doors are next!!

Very coincidental how the positive comments all use the same words, sounds like they were coached. A close friend of mine had his elderly grandmother taken advantage of; was charged ridiculous money for windows. She didn’t take the time to ask for family help and paid dearly.

The office staff were not very good at scheduling, but when the technician (Domenic) finally got here, he was fantastic. His demeanor was professional but upbeat and friendly. His work ethic was excellent. We had 12 windows that needed fixing (one of which had broken the morning of the day he arrived), and Domenic remained focused and worked diligently until the entire job was done. The quality of his work was on point: all of our windows work perfectly now. Fantastic!

Dominic arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He explained what he would be doing to affect the repair. Once the repair was complete he made sure the window operated correctly. Sales team was fantastic i will say that much. As for the install my windows are not centered and the outside is a mess of Silicon caulking. The slider looks great great job there. The biggest issue i have at this point is that i have a new hardwood floor that now has a 28 inch gouge in it... Not appreciative of that fact in the least...

The service was for removal of our old tub/shower unit, replacing it with a walk-in shower. First, the good news: the product and installation was excellent, although not exactly what we wanted (more on that later). They did the job within the time-frame stated, which was 10-12 weeks, I believe, and they got it done very quickly on installation day - perhaps about 5 hours or so. The not-so-good news is that they got a couple of details wrong; the shower head height was supposed to be lowered, (because a base was being removed) but instead, they raised it, and the grab bar was supposed to be on the opposite wall. Communicating with them about these issues has failed, so far. Someone did call (once), but we werent able to answer, and I called again and left them a message, but no response, and it has been 4 or 5 days. Rather than keep banging my head against a wall trying to get them to do something, I have ordered an elbow adapter, which will bring the shower head down a bit, and also change it to more of a downward angle, as even in the heads furthest down position, the angle is still too much in an outward position, due to it being raised. I also hope to add another shower bar where it is needed more, but I am getting myself a nice electronic stud finder first, as these do need to be solidly anchored.One further nitpick is that the plumber left a bit of a mess in the basement, which was annoying.Overall, I give this company a rating of about 4 stars out of 5. If you decide to go with them, make sure they get the details right, and clean up any messes.

A professional installation of my front door. My house is old and settled off straight line. They installed the new door perfectly. I am very pleased with the job that Paul and his crew have done. I highly recommend them and would gladly hire them again.Thanks Paul for a job well done.

New pro is fantastic. We had our tub/shower removed and a new one installed. From day 1, all of our questions were answered and communication was never an issue. The guys who did the demo and install were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. They respected our home and made sure I was included on a few things along the way. 10/10 would recommend and reuse!

Dominick arrived at the appointed time and repaired 5 of my 19 Newpro Windows. He was very efficient and completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time. The windows he repaired were purchased by us in the 1980s and are still functional and very attractive. We appreciate the warranty of our windows and are happy that we chose them when we needed replacement windows.

I got my old tub converted to a shower. The installer, Kevin, did a wonderful job. There were some early concerns about the plumbing situation but he worked with the town inspector and figured out a way forward. I am very happy with my new shower.

I would like to update the review of my shower installation. There were a couple of things that needed adjusting- water temperature limit, removal of water saver device, and curtain rod placement. They set me up with an appointment with Corey who was polite, friendly, and communicated well. He did a great job! I have been very impressed with the people from Newpro that did my new shower.

I had a storm door installed on one door and also a set of double storm doors made and installed for our main entrance to the foyer. Trevor and Brandon did the installation. They were professional, on-time and very quality conscious. I got a courtesy call ahead and they showed up exactly when they said they would be. After the install(s), they cleaned everything up and then reviewed everything with me. They were also very friendly and polite. All in all…A+. I would say that NEWPRO, in general, has some of the best customer service that I have experienced. A breath of fresh air nowadays. Great job!

Unbelievably concerned about neatness, attention to detail, went over project when they arrived to be certain we were getting what we expected, and explained finished project when complete. Polite, used drop cloths, and cleanup completely when done. Problem is we were only allowed to give them 5 stars when we wanted to give 6. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needed work done. All the New Pro personnel were highly professional, competent, and thorough. All the promises and protocols contracted were met and exceeded. I was routinely kept aware of the status of the project, and on the day of installation, the installers were prompt, good natured, skilled and precise. From the removal of the old windows to the methodical installation of the new ones, to the advice on how to take care of these windows—everything was perfect. The cleanup was thorough and their courtesy was appreciated. All of this was accomplished during the ferry difficult time of Covid. I would recommend New Pro in a heartbeat.

I was very impressed with, Jimmy who came to help me out with an issue on my bay window. He arrived on time, was very efficient and helpful. He went above expectations and explained how to avoid the same problem in the future. The person in the office was very pleasant and efficient as well. I love my NewPro bay windows, and their customer service and windows are exceptional.

Larry came to repair a broken glass and did a fantastic job. Broken glass fixed in less the 20 minutes. Extremely friendly and an awesome gentleman. While at it he noticed another window sash was off, went ahead and fixed that too, in like 10minutes. I highly recommend Larry, thanks Larry.

I am happy with my new walk-in shower! It is so much better than the tub we had. It took about 12 weeks from ordering to install. I give them a 9 out of 10 ⭐️ As it was pretty smooth over all but a couple small bumps along the way.

We used Newpro for a tub and shower replacement, and the experience was fantastic!We have a very small house with ONE BATHROOM, and put off renovating the bathroom for years b/c we couldnt figure out how to do it and actually live here at the same time.Then I found out that Newpro does an actual RENOVATION of the whole tub/shower area (like real, to-the-studs renovation) and replacement in ONE DAY. It took me a while to believe it, but the reviews looked great so we decided to do it.And they really did it! The guys got here at 7:00 and finished at 6:00 PM, and they gutted the whole area, including one whole wall of the bathroom, BUILT A NEW WALL between the tub/shower and sink, and put in the new tub/shower. Both the tub and shower are HIGH-QUALITY ACRYLIC, solid as a rock--nothing flexible or flimsy. We also have a window in the shower, and they have a special kit for that, so that all of the wood around the window is now gone and replaced by the same beautiful waterproof material. When they were done, there was NO MESS or any trace that theyd ever been there--except for the great results!The guys who did ours were Claude and Harold, who were incredible. With bathrooms, there are always a few things you hadnt planned for, or werent sure about until you started the work. Claude was able to make adjustments as we went along to make sure that it came out exactly right. It kind of reminds me of how people say Belicheck is better than all the other coaches not because his plan is always perfect, but because hes an expert at making changes mid-game based on what happens. Anyway, they could not have been more professional, and made sure everything was perfect before they left--even after 11 hours of work, there was no rush at the end for confirming that everything was right.I also want to mention the business side of things. The representative that first came to our house was Jon, who was very knowledgeable and took his time to walk us through the whole job. He was able to give us an EXACT PRICE right on the spot, and it didnt change by a penny after that. Well, it actually did end up going down a bit. Because of one of the adjustments we decided to make (not installing toilet and vanity that day), Newpro took those things off the price. Fair enough, but they were able to make the adjustment while the guys were still working THAT DAY, so that when I signed off on the job, the price was already accurate--no hassling with refunds or credits (thanks to Kayla and Nick at the office for their help on this). The whole system for planning, performing jobs, payment, etc. seems to be a well-oiled machine.Bottom line: if you have 7 bathrooms and want to renovate one thats 500 sq ft with marble statues and his/hers soaking tubs, and you want to give up that bathroom for a month, call someone else. But if you want a real renovation of the tub/shower area of your bathroom in ONE DAY with high-quality results, call Newpro and dont bother calling anyone else. Not only does no one else do what they do, but if other people did it, I cant imagine theyd even come close in terms of service or quality.P.S. Newpro offers this great option of replacing your toilet, vanity, and medicine cabinet while theyre there that day (you buy those items yourself and have them waiting for them), so absolutely do this UNLESS youre doing a new floor. If youre doing the floor, just let Newpro do the tub/shower (which is the hard part anyway) and then get the toilet/vanity changed when you do the floor. Our flooring guy has a plumber he coordinates with so they can do it all same-day. Then you just have someone do whatever other finish work you want--refinishing/painting walls and ceiling, installing cabinets, etc. and you can have a whole renovation done in a total of 3-4 working days (as long as you can skip gutting all of the walls, which we gladly did). This is especially good for those of us who only have ONE BATHROOM IN THE HOUSE.

After 40Different phone calls telling me they had installers in the area, they confirmed with me several times then cancelled the day before my appointment telling me they don’t service the area. No one knows who works where they are just a referral service

We had NEWPRO install a new tub and shower. Leo came and did a wonderful job. He was a true craftsman and a hard worker. He was quick neat and left everything as we had hoped. We would give Lou 5 stars and NEWPRO 4 stars because they did not keep us informed as to why we had to wait so long for the installation We waited from January to June for the install.

Paul and Joshua came to our house to install a sliding patio door, which we won as part of the $7500 home makeover giveaway. They were both very professional and wonderful to work with. Used Newpro for a bathroom remodel. The team was very responsive and professional. The actual installation went very smoothly and the end result is fantastic. When I discovered a small issue post install they came out and addressed it quickly. I would highly recommend them for any needs.

I think it would of been a better experience if the first team of installers did the job right. Three windows were cracked so they had to reorder them. So after about 2 months maybe longer they finally came in. The installer this time that actually works for newpro his name is Paul was great . He saw all the mistakes the first crew did . But when he went to install my two kitchen windows they were measured wrong ugh! After another few months Paul returned and was able to finish the installation and fix all the mistakes that he found. He was great!

Window wouldn’t open after 6yrs of use and needed repair. The repair was fully covered under warranty but getting someone out to do the repair was a bit of an issue. Technician was out sick for the first appointment and 1.5+ hours late for the second. But I understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control. Larry arrived and was apologetic about being late and had the window repaired in 15min. He was knowledgeable about the product and talked me through the issue it had. He was professional, courteous and portrayed a positive attitude. He asked how the other windows were performing and gave me his card with a direct line in the event any other issues arise. Thank you Larry & Newpro for standing behind your product and taking care of your customers.

Remodel from bathtub to walk-in shower and surrounding area. . Satisfaction Plus. Claude and Harold arrived exactly on time. Professional and friendly. Explained the process and from then on they never stopped. Cloth laid down to protect carpeting and stairs. The finished shower is beautiful as is all the surrounding area. Grab bars and shelves installed. More than a 5 star remodel. We recommend NEWPRO and especially Claude and Harold. They did a great job. We thank them.

Very strange experience. We had Rob out to our house to give us an estimate on re-doing the exterior. He spent about an hour and a half measuring what needed to be replaced and reviewing options with us. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and he was professional and courteous. However... a few days after our meeting and not having heard back from him, I sent an e-mail asking when we could expect to receive a quote. He acted surprised and said that he had sent a quote five days earlier. I checked my e-mail and confirmed that nothing was received. He promised to re-send everything that night and give me a phone call the next afternoon. Once again, we received no quote and there was no phone call. We have since moved on to a much more responsive contractor.

The installers did a wonderful job. Hard working on a very hot day. They worked well together, did a first class job and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with the project

Newpro were very professional and explained their process and introduced us to each material they used. During installation, the installation was very professionally completed and the crew took special care of the environment by cleaning up as well was all done within a day. My experience with Newpro comes with mixed feelings. First the removal of old tub and installation of walk in shower with all the bells and whistles was done excellently by Darrell. He was clean, courteous and punctual. The work he did was fabulous and the outcome was superb. With that being said, i can not, however, give high marks to the rest of the organization. The sales person was great until I found out some of the things he told me were half truths, ie.. installation time, availability of himself for callbacks. The next issue was the terrible scheduling. I lost six days of wages because of their poor planning. Never should a companies poor planning become a financial burden for the customer. Then to show up at the job site without the proper permits is almost inexcusable. To top that, no attempt was made to contact me after being tossed out for no permits was made until almost 72 hours after the fact. Customer service and communication by Newpro is sorely in need of work. The work done by Darrell would be the only reason (if any) that I would ever use Newpro again.

Front door installation. Install team did an excellent job. They worked in hot & humid conditions.

My review is two parts. The first is with the service department. I called for service on a Thursday. No one returned my call until the following Thursday. A week wait. Unacceptable. Then I was promised a window of 8 to twelve the next Monday. Guess what. The repairmen never showed. I called and left a voice message. No returned. Called again on Tuesday and Wednesday. No returned. Then late Wednesday they called back. Three days of unreturned voice messages. Another service call for the next day. This is where my experience turned great. Jim the repairmen came. Not only did he fixed the broken window he also noticed another window that was not closing right. Fixed two more windows and showed me how to maintain the windows. Really a nice guy. Easy to talk to and explained things to me.This was not my first experience with the service department. The first time was on the original installation. Felt like I was being talked down because I am a woman.

Larry was incredible!! He came to fix 2 windows that were broken. He not only fixed the windows but he also took the time to explain how to make sure it wouldn’t happen again and how I can safely clean and open the windows. I appreciate his patience as well as I had my 2 little ones with me while he was servicing my windows! Thanks Larry!!

Technician (Dominick) called before he came to the house and arrived promptly on time. He was very careful to wipe his feet because it had been raining and he wanted to make sure he did not get any dirt or water into the house. Very considerate. He came in identified himself we showed him what had to be done and he went about correcting the problem with the windows. Very neat, very clean, very personable. He worked in a very warm and friendly manner and we engaged in a wonderful conversation while he was working. He is a true credit to New Pro and and a fantastic representative for the company.

Everybody I know who has had a run-in with Newpro has only terrible things to say about them and their sales tactics.My wife and I called them about a partial bathroom remodel. They sent a salesman out who obviously didnt have any contracting experience. He insisted that he had to do a 1.5 hour sales presentation on his iPad, and even tried to convince us that we had agreed to it when we called. We told him we were only interested in a quote, but he said he was required to do the sales presentation first. We sat at our kitchen table and suffered through about 5-10 minutes of a PowerPoint style presentation with pics of happy smiling workers before I said we didnt have time to sit through this. He wanted to know what else we had planned that we couldnt sit through it. I told him he could give me a quote or leave, and he tried to tell me again that I had agreed to a 1.5 hour presentation. I told him it was time to leave, and then he finally gave me a quote (something ridiculous like $40,000 to redo a bathtub and shower surround). He said if they call and ask, will you tell them I gave the whole presentation before I gave a quote? They really require me to do the presentation before I give a quote. I said no thanks, were not interested, and he tried to talk to me about financing. It got to the point where I had to tell him that if he didnt leave, he was getting into a trespassing situation. He finally left, asking me again if I would tell his company he completed the presentation.Bottom line is that this company uses high pressure sales tactics to try to strongarm you into using their ridiculously overpriced service. There are two other times in my life that Ive experienced such an aggressive, scammy sales approach: time share sales, and a guy who tried to sell me stereo speakers in a parking lot.All I could think about was how many times Newpro must have sent a high-pressure salesman into an elderly persons house and bullied them out of their savings. Its the kind of business model where you can make a ton of money as long as youre willing to sacrifice your ethics and morals.PS: Im HIGHLY suspicious of the huge number of positive google reviews. I suspect theyve paid for most of those. Notice how they all follow a pattern: [insert name of installer] was awesome! Arrived on time, professional, etc. etc.

They reminded me of when the install would happen. Communicated a slight change in time well ahead. Called when they were close. Explained the installation process and were quick, clean inside and out. They also reinstalled the blinds which would have been very hard for me to do on my own. Would highly recommend.

Amazing work done by Dave he removed a walk in tub and replaced it with a beautiful new walk in shower. very professional and on time I will definitely recommend newpro to others. Once again Dave really does great work. Thank you !!!

We had rep out for a quote and after he left we never heard back. We followed up three times and even had his manager say he would get back to us. Even after talking to his manager we never heard back. We were basically begging them to let us do businesses with them and were simply ignored. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I had an appointment for a quote to get siding and 30 minutes before I received a call saying they were unable to make it.So I made a second g appointment and the same thing 30 minutes before our visit we got another call saying they were unable to make it....I guess they dont want our business

We had a shower installation although we had to wait two months, I am very satisfied with the workmanship in the craftsman that were involved

Newpro technician, Larry Urban was here to service several small problemson September 28th. He was so knowledgable, courtesy and took care of our problem quickly. I few things had to be ordered and when received we will have an install. We have not had any problem with our windows in over 25 yrs.and only a few thins had to be addressed. Great product. We were so very pleased. Nice to see that there are techs out there who really care. He is a Gem Rob & Sue Protano, Sterling, Ma.

I found the sales help to be very knowledgeable & professional... they gave me a quote on first sight visit & second visit everything stayed the same no increases in total job... the team of installers were also very professional, used drop cloths, vacuum, glass cleaning, cleaned up my property of all their debris... they hauled away all the old window debris, very impressed with company, the installers were courteous & polite ... I recommend this company !!!
