RITE Shower & Bath replaced our shower and bath at a very reasonable price. Brian and Mike arrived on time and did a very professional removal of the old tub/shower and installation of the new tub/shower. We are very satisfied with our new tub/shower from RITE Shower & Bath.

I needed a new sliding glass door replaced and called Rite Window, as I had used them a few years ago for windows. The door came in as promised and it was easy to set up the installation appointment. The guys showed up on time and prepared. A few minutes later 2 more guys showed up as their job was cancelled and figured they could help and get it done quicker. Who does that???There was a slight issue as my original door was a bit different so they explained what needed to be done. I agreed and they got right to work. The door was replaced in no time and looks amazing.While they were here, I asked one of the guys to answer a window question and he was glad to help. Now I can make an appointment to have the last 4 windows replaced.Christian, Greg, Dave and Jared were very professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. They made sure that the work site was completely cleaned up when they left. I think I will request them do the remaining windows for me!!

We used Rite Window to install windows on our second floor. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly all day and finished by days end. Nick and Shane were polite, neat and very professional throughout the process. They worked around a busy work from home environment with a smile removing windows that were nearly 60 years old. While we are left with some touch up around the frames, a result of having new windows installed, I would recommend them very highly. We have used another nationally known organization for window replacement on our first floor and Rite window was a far more pleasant experience. They were accommodating when we had to change our schedule and were so easy to deal with throughout the process. I recommend them highly.

We had 19 windows replaced. Their installers were very professional, curious, and on time. Before beginning work on the windows they installed plastic sheeting on the floors and furniture. They installed 9 windows in one day. Answered any questions we may have had and left our home clean. They also took all the old windows. I would highly recommend them.

Buyer beware and be knowledgeable ..We have had all our windows done by right window. They have a good warranty. I love the single dining room and bedroom windows. The first time we purchased they were fast to come out & put them in and I was so happy.Our second purchase was to update our living room and so we went with the bay window. And I couldnt be more unhappy. Three stars is only because the back of the house windows look nice, if it was solely regarding this window it would be 2 stars. They are very delayed right now several weeks longer than quoted. And what they dont tell you before you purchase is that the frame is 100% vinyl and this does not allow for you to hang blinds without drilling into the vinyl and voiding your warranty. Unlike the frame of the single pain windows which remains wood, the slats between the bay are also vinyl and not wood. Now our house looks bright during the day but which is nice that means the whole neighborhood can see in at night. Had we known this ahead of time we would have purchased a different type of bay window or just left the old style windows in place and updated them.Very disappointed and if it were a product I could return I would. Sadly we’re stuck.

Installation was seamless! I changed every window in my house and they were in and out in a day. Artems crew did a fantastic job; they kept me abreast of next steps, had me review the inside trim before they did all the windows and completely picked up after themselves. They also had to do a lot of work from my garden and they were very careful with my plants / shrubbery - no damage!!

We have used Rite Window three times. Each time everyone was fantastic and professional. The quality of the products are great. Recently when we used them we were not totally happy with the end job. Great experience! Last month I had 6 new windows installed (Bobby & Dave), and just had a shower/tub installed (Brian & Mike). Professional/great customer service, and both teams that worked in my home, were great to work with.

The contractor was on time and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I am very happy with the purchase and work done. Windows look great. We had some done years ago by the same company and they are very good windows, cut down on outside sounds and the workmanship has held up with no problems.

They repaired a small amount of damage in the rough opening. We are VERY happy with the final product. Before they left the site they were sure to ask if we were completely satisfied with the door and clean up. The Rite Window roofing division replaced my roof in one day. From the beginning, everyone was transparent and clear about services, what could and could not be done, etc. The estimates of when work would be completed, from the overall project timeline to the day-of, were spot on.Chris was so great to work with, and reached out a couple times to touch base the day of work (I was not home). Everything was cleaned up by the time I got home from work and the roof looks amazing! Everyone I worked with was so responsive throughout the process.I would absolutely hire them again!

We had a great experience throughout the process. It took several weeks for the windows to arrive for installation but installation was completed in 2 days. I had a large picture window replaced along with seven other double hung windows requiring some outside trim replacement. Rite Window did a great job, removed all the old windows and scrap. They completed the job quickly and I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and knowledgeable installers.

Had Rite Window come out and replace 3 original windows (1900!) in the living room that have been painted shut since we bought the house three years ago. Best decision I ever made when it came to what window company to go with. Not too big that they dont know their customers but not too small that they cant provide good service, experience, and value. The process was great from the first intro meeting to discuss options, to getting the windows remeasured, setting up the installation, installation day, everything went smoothly. They even forgot to put some metal siding back on around the windows (condo building) and came back less than a week later at no charge to put them in. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. Not the most expensive and not the cheapest, but there is a reason. Great quality for a great value!

Paul and Brian did a great job replacing our old tub and shower with a new one. The bathroom looks fantastic and having a new functioning window in there makes it that much better. You could tell from beginning to end that they both were very knowledgeable in bathroom renovations and wanted to make sure everything was not just done, but done well.

I got my tub replaced with a shower install. They did an awesome job. It was done a lot quicker than I thought it would be. They were very neat and cleaned up great before they left. Would recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Rite Window. Their window installation was extremely unprofessional. We had to fight for them to come back and finish the job. I would not recommend them.

I recently interviewed there at the Woburn office. It seemed like a great opportunity. After waiting a week, I reached out to HR and one of the managers. Unfortunately I never heard back from HR or any of the 3 people that I met with. Its very frustrating not to hear back afiter investing time, energy and hope into finding a job.its not very professional to ghost people !

Great experience with Rite Window. John was very helpful in explaining the features and options with the windows and answered all of our questions. We shopped around a bit and felt that Rite was high quality at a reasonable price. John continued to be available to help answer questions and made a couple of changes for us just before the installation.Installation was fairly easy. Artem and his crew gave plenty of notice on when they would arrive and kept us continuously updated on the status and what to expect. The job was completed on time and they left everything cleaned up. I definitely recommend Rite for replacement windows.

So far so good. We had two bay windows installed, and three large double hung windows all in the same dining room. The men were professional, knew their stuff, attentive to detail, courteous, and cleaned up beautifully after the job. We hope to have strong reviews of the product as well. Of course, time will tell.

We replaced 18 windows in our home, and the quality of the new windows met our expectations. They are efficient - our window drafts are gone, and neighborhood noise is greatly diminished. The windows are very easy to operate - smooth opening and closing. Rite Window did a good job communicating throughout the process, keeping us updated during the few months while our windows were made. Once the windows were ready, installation happened within days.The installers were polite and efficient over the day-and-a-half job. They arrived early, were unintrusive and did an excellent job of indoor clean-up (though only a fair job of cleaning up outside - numerous wood chips, plastic pieces, and bits of trash around the house, as well as a large piece of metal trim). They did reek of cigarette smoke, which wasnt entirely pleasant, but they kept their smoking away from the house and cleaned up all but one of their cigarette butts.We were told that some light touch-up would be needed around the windows, and that is the case, as there were a few scratches and gouges on the window frame and surrounding walls. All within reason.Upon departing, one of the metal extensions from the installers truck struck and damaged our mailbox. Damage was minor but disappointing.All in all, a reasonably imperfect, but overall good experience.

I’m going to stand by my earlier review of difficulties with my installation due to them not pulling a building permit and being shut down by the building inspector turning a supposed one day installation into two. The second day revealed two windows came built wrong to order, one frame was cracked, and one screen was missing. All was promised to be fixed which it is going to be this weekend now making the installation three days. My real issue however is the fact that they got caught trying to install without pulling a building permit making what was suppose to be one day of worked missed into two. I was told by both Phil and even Bill the owner, that it would be made up to me. It’s been months since the initial install and while I’ve tried reaching out to Bill through Cheryl multiple times who claimed she’s sent a reminder email to him, I’ve haven’t heard anything. Earlier separate conversations with both Phil and Bill I was told almost the same thing word for word how being shut down for not having a building permit has “never happened before” but then went on to say, “they (building inspectors) usually just have us go down and pull one while we finish” which leads me to believe this is tried often. Windows are nice but it’s been a long drawn out process which I had to pay in full already due to the bank fronted loan program I used through them. It would have been nice if I was taken care of like promised rather then just getting what I actually paid for.

This was our second time using Rite Window. They had previously installed a new roof on our home and we were so satisfied that we went to them again for new windows. The men who installed our windows were friendly and professional. The crew chief, Artem, walked us through exactly what they were doing before starting each day. He also checked in throughout the day to give us updates on the progress. We were originally told by the salesman that it would be a 3 day installation but Artem and his crew managed to get in all done in 2 days. Not only do the windows look great, but the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up as they progressed from room to room.

This is the 3rd time we have had the opportunity to work with Rite Window. The first window installation was over 10 yrs ago. The windows are amazing. We had a small issue with one of our windows 10 years later and they replaced the window with no hesitation and no cost. This latest installation was even bigger. We had a huge picture window replaced, several smaller windows and a beautiful front door. There were so many style options. Was very worried due to the complexity of my windows. Have a 120 year old house with some original curved glass windows that were cracked, couldnt open, and so askew the previous owners had to stuff them full of newspaper and towels to try to make a seal. I thought I was going to have to hire a carpenter to come back and fix what the salesperson was saying they would do replacing them with standard flat windows. Artem and his crew proved me wrong. He took the time to do it right and not just do the minimum. Despite how long it took him to get the replacement of the 3 curved windows right his crew still finished all the windows (31) in a couple of days and on time. Everything looks great, including the trim he had to custom make to get the curved window replacement right, and it all works great. Fully recommend them, and if its a complicated job ask for Artems crew because he will do it right!

I was looking to replace my drafty, nearly 30 year old sliding patio door that was no longer efficient anymore. I knew it wouldnt be cheap and I was leaning toward using a locally based business instead of a national company. The customer service is usually better, too because they want to earn a good reputation in the local community. I found Rite Window on a Google search and also had a coupon I received in the mail for savings off doors and windows. I saw lots of positive reviews and decided to give them a try. Their customer service team was able to set up a meeting with a project consultant with my husband and I the same week I called which was really nice. The specialist who arrived was very friendly and knowledgeable and adhered to COVID protocols wearing a face covering and opting not to shake our hands. He sat down with us and went over our options and budget for the project. He explained to us that due to COVID the company had a backlog of other projects to complete, but he gave us an approximate timeline for our project. I was kept informed via email and text periodically on the progress of our order. The end result is a clean, beautiful, energy efficient patio door that we could not be happier with. The project was done in only a few hours, the work area was cleaned up and even though there was a delay and we had to go through another winter with our old, cruddy door, the new door we got was totally worth the wait.

Every aspect oof the project was easy. No run around or bait & switch. I got exactly what I wanted for the price quoted. Christian & Stephen did an incredible job with the installation. They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was more than I expected.

Fantastic whole house windows upgrade - from start to finish!Sales : Andrew was flexible in meeting with us. He took his time to walk through plenty of styles, options, colors, glass, build etc - and with how picky we are and how many times we wanted to change our minds on choices - he was very patient! His transparency and knowledge of the industry and process was excellent. There was zero pressure and zero haggle. Side note; we called Andrew directly a week or so later and said What about doors? He came right back out and walked through another evening with us on doors.Communication : During the manufacturing process we received plenty of updates keeping us in the loop. When the windows were ready, scheduling was quick and easy.Installation : We followed their clear instructions to prepare our house for the installers. Day of, the installers were on time, friendly, and they got right to work. They first did a double check on the dimensions to avoid nonsense. They then laid down floor protection and covered all of our furniture in all of the areas with plastic. Then the real work started. This particular team is a well oiled detailed oriented and efficient machine. They answered all of my questions, showed me the process as a curious home owner, and were super nice guys. Care was taken every step of the way. After install they cleaned up everything and carted away the old windows. They even swept up sawdust in the driveway! No accidents, no mistakes, and everything was exactly as Rite Window promised.Afterwards : We had a clerical confusion item with the finance company - Rite Window cleared it up in about 10 minutes.Call Rite Window, right now. You wont regret it.

I bought $10,000.00 worth of windows at least 1 sash on every window had an issue. Ie: scratched glass things in between the layers of glass so they still looked dirty after washing. The caulking cracked poor quality they said they did repair the caulking but stated that wasn’t their responsibility. They did fix all but two sashes as COVID-19 hit so the last two never were replaced. Even though every person that came did in fact state there were issues, Danny told me I was labeled a pain in the neck! There product was bad but I am the problem because I spoke up!I went to wash my windows 3 weeks ago and every lock (very bad system for holding screens in place. Very cheep) on my screens are oxidized and do not work. I was told by my salesman that windows and screens are guaranteed for life down to if the screen tears they will repair free of charge. I have left messages with the head of service Carlo, Danny and my salesman Colton with absolutely no call back. Carlo put a note in my file he left me a voicemail. He never called or left a voicemail! (I feel this was a CYA so it looks like they called and I did not respond)Do not use this company. I can’t help but feel they have labeled me due to their poor quality product that they are refusing to respond to my calls. I bought a product with a lifetime warranty and got less than 3 years so far. I still hope they do what’s right, as the warranty is why I went with their product.

We used rite window to replace our outdated tiles and add a glass sliding door in our bathroom. The process was seamless from start to finish. The salesman Jacob did not pressure us to upgrade, and worked with us to get a price that we wanted. Patrick came out next to measure and then order the supplies. In no time, we were able to set up a date to install it. Patrick and Sean were on time, professional, and entertaining. Chris the project manager checked in to make sure it was going well. The end result exceeded my expectations. My new shower enclosure feels luxurious and looks amazing. I would use them again without hesitation.

Rite windows is the best place to shop for windows replacement in the house, deck doors, other window doors, patio doors, basement windows etc. Five of us in our friends group we had replaced the old windows with new windows, Also we get patio doors replaced. It starts with sales person coming to give pricing after intial measurements, then the actual technician comes to take accurate measurement, then the orders placed and once received they will schedule a date to do the actual work. in the whole process they are absolutely professional and very nice to the customers. The quality of the windows are next to the best and also work done by these guys is immaculate. There is never any looking back again after their work. So spotless. I recommend right windows to everybody.

Im systematically replacing the windows in my cape-style home and so have worked with Rite Window three times (one more to go!). Informative and no pressure, sales. Clear and systematic process for ordering and installing windows and the workers do a great job. The windows are high quality. I wish they were a bit better at follow-up the one time I had a question after one of the jobs was completed. However, not stopping me from using them again!

This is the second time weve used Rite Window. They always do a great job. Very professional, respectful and neat. The products are very much worth the cost in quality and value. We recently had 11 windows and our front entrance door replaced. We are very pleased with the everything came out. Looks great.

I needed to have my cellar door replaced and since I had begun the process, I figured I would also repair my cellar windows. As soon as I started to peel back the rotted wood, it became apparent I would need a professional. After fielding seven different vendors, Ritewindow was the clear winner. Not only because of price but their willingness to take on the job. Were in a weird time where vendors actually refuse jobs! I had Anderson windows come by, they took one look at the door and my windows and said they wont do the job. Simply unbelievable! John was my first point of contact at Ritewindow, saw the job and priced it out. He answered all my questions and its clear he knows what hes doing. The next person was Bob who came by and took measurements for the door and the windows. Please keep in mind some of these windows are in really tight spots with little room to actually work. After taking my order, John let me know that my special order steel door would take some time and I was more than fine with that. I got an email three days ago letting me know that the Ritewindow crew would be by in the morning. Mark, Bob and Mike showed up to the job, I did the walk through with Mark and expressed my concern with one of my windows and like a true professional said we do these every day! They began their work and when they were finished I was ecstatic! The windows apparently were no problem at all! The door looks fantastic and more importantly it now gives me a level of security I didnt have before. Nobody is coming through that door! I cant praise them enough for the job that they did and I am more than satisfied with the job they did. My only regret is that I didnt have any tip money for that work! Looking through the reviews on Google, I find it stunning that anyone would have had a bad experience. I found this company really pleasant to deal with from the front office down to the crew that did the job. I will not hesitate to call them in the future for other jobs I have planned. This is top shelf service!

I had Rite Window install replacement windows (20) 2 years ago. They were a fraction of the price of Anderson and NuPro, and had a no pressure sales pitch. They were on time, efficient and after the install, you would have never known they were here. Just had them back to fix a window broken by my son. They replaced for free and re-caulked a couple of windows without hesitation (100+ yr old home.) The windows are quality, work perfectly and look great. Cant say enough good stuff about them.

They make you give at least one star, if I could there would be none. My husband met with salesman Patrick Richards in July 2020. He liked the price and warranty of the windows so we signed a contract. My husband specifically asked him, at my request, if the workmen would have to come into our home or could the work be done from the outside? Because of the pandemic I have been very strict about keeping people out of my home. I have an 83 year old immunocompromised mother that I am the sole helper/caretaker for and I cannot take a chance on bringing COVID to her. Patrick told my husband...yes, they can do the work from the outside. No one will have to come in. He then said the work would be able to be done in 6-8 weeks. That would put us at the end of September, beginning of October. Well, today ended up being the day they could finally come...November 18....28 degrees this morning, a high of 30 degrees for the entire day, with no heat and big gaping holes in my house. The first worker comes in my front door, into my dining room with no mask on!! I have to ask him to put one on! They start the work and guess what? ALL the work on the windows has to be done from the inside! I have men in work boots traipsing through my entire home. Disgusting drop cloths that have been who knows where and look as though they’ve never been washed are put down all over my house. I called the salesman and told him how I felt then talked to a manager. That went pretty much the way I thought it would...oh we’re so sorry, we’re sure you were told that the men had to come inside, we take the pandemic very seriously...and he said he told my husband that too when he came to measure. He didn’t. They talked about taking down curtains and moving things that were near the windows...that is something that would be done regardless. So basically they called my husband a liar, which he isn’t, he’s one of the most honest, respectable men I’ve ever met, when indeed they are the liars. Just another company that only cares about the almighty dollar with smarmy salesmen who will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale...even in a pandemic when people’s lives are on the line. The kicker is, we still would have bought the windows, we just would have put off the installation till next year when the pandemic was under control. Shane and Nicholas are the best. Took great care in covering each roomwith plastic. Did a fantastic job of putting in the windows. Clean upwas great. They are very personable polite. Would have them backfor any other projects thru Rite Window.
