Bought White 4-Seater today. One of the legs broken. Plus the charging ports arent working as well. Told us its a NEW Set but its used. Sofa was 2 different color. .2 seats bright white, 2 a bit faded... the staff was nice but lets see what they do about the so many charging ports on the sofa not working at all.. plus their furniture are all final sale, no returns.

I cannot comment on the quality of AFR goods or services, but I will comment on their delivery persons. Please look at the attached picture and you will see that their driver parked in a manner where he was blocking three vacant handicap parking spots and one that was occupied. Im a disabled veteran and wanted to park in one of the vacant spots, but was unable to because the driver refused to move his truck. Even after the property manager told him to move, he still refused. He swore at me and my girlfriend and told us to call the police if we had a problem. We promptly called the police and they promptly responded. The truck was eventually moved. This driver was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Knowing this company hires jerks like him, Id have to think twice before doing business with them.

AFR is the worst company you could work for. They DO NOT care about their employees at all and you have to be in with the good people or you are a no body! And don’t rent furniture either because that is worst! They just don’t know how to treat people!

They are very Courteous polite and helpful

Awful customer service. i called to get some info regarding renting and they kept transferring my call to other location while i asked for Boston rental. they also dont offer by items. its either package or nothing. while i asked for help, they kept sending me to the website.
