I highly recommend going here. I had broken a component of my outside water faucet and because it is so old there are no replacement pieces. The owner used his own hardware to fix it for me free of charge. This is just one example of their extraordinary customer service. The employees have always been kind and helpful. I go here whenever possible.

The staff here try their hardest to be helpful if you need them. If one of them doesnt know what you are looking for they dont say no, we dont have that. I love them for this, because they are not afraid to defer to their colleagues who may be more knowledgeable. This is my go to for hard to find parts and fittings. They dont have everything, but it is always my first stop because I like the small business feel and they are close to home.

I put a foot in & cashier & another employee start yelling u need a mask. Everyone un store turned around. Told them, medically, I cant wear a mask, but they didnt care, even tho its the law. I WILL NEVER STEP IN THERE AGAIN. Tried to support a local business. Now i just take all my money to Lowes where they r not mask nazis.

I like to shop local when I can and this place usually has whatever I need for tools and home maintenance.

The front of the store had been renovated and seemed aimless. The staff there was not outgoing and friendly. More like a Home Depot employee rather than a local employee.Stock seemed low to me. Just overall not a very good experience, it certainly wasnt that bad either.

Had a key cut. Fast and efficient. Very polite. They helped Mom find a few items too. That home town personal service you rarely see these days.

I needed a special paint to do a project. A very knowledgeable man gave me choices then a recommendation. It worked perfectly. I am one very happy customer. .

A typical hardware store. But a guy came over and asked if he could help, and he was very helpful. Also - they have Craftman tools. When they didnt have sandpaper fine enough for what I needed, he suggested a place I could try, which I really appreciated.

Helpful employee helped me find all the parts I need to remove rust, cut some metal and get appropriate bolts and nuts for a van project

Created all sorts of drama because I asked for 5 gallons of paint because it was 20mins to closing. Hours of operation are not helpful if you actually have a job. The reasons the large stores keep winning is hours. I know many people who go to LOWES because someone thinks hardware stores should work bankers hours.
