Underwhelming. I waited in line at the front desk and asked how to go about picking a natural stone to have it custom cut. Pretty standard question, one would think. But apparently it was just too much to ask for the big guy at the desk, who was very agitated by my question. No clue why.

Al was most helpful in offering guidance and recommendations for multiple client projects including a patio, fire pit and veneer stone options for a fireplace. Well organized displays and extensive selection for masonry and interior projects. He went out of his way to get samples for my clients to be able to look at in their home and decide before ordering.

I been there twice to get some suggestions about to get done one of my projects and those guys working on costumer services are so rude. They talk to you very badly with attitude. They have to be nice with customer and try to give you the best attention because they are there to help and feel customer as best they can.

Very, very tight. Place to get into with a big truck (tractor trailer). very busy place, parking lot was always packed.. dont know about prices, but the 4tellers I saw was always busy.

Has my vote for best One Stop Shop for any Hardscape professional or homeowner.Knowledgeable and friendly staff, extensive product line, and on point stone fabrication are some of the key things I love about Martignetti Enterprises, Inc.

I have purchased cut granite stones and blocks as well as bulk blasted ledge. Happy with the prices and quality of everything I have purchased - The problem is having to deal with the staff. Every single person who answers the phone or who you visit in person at the desk makes you feel like you are a nuisance to them. Each time I need to call and order, I dread dealing with who is going to pick up the phone.

My first experience purchasing from Martignetti enterprises 2 months ago was great. The person whom I worked with was patient in helping me decide on what to pick for stair slabs and the slabs were ready for pick up in 10 days. I decided to come back to martignettis to order some pavers due to my previous experience. This time.. it wasnt so pleasant. The person whom I worked with this time was rude and it took over twice as long as the quoted time frame. Due to my most recent experience, I will not be back.

Al Martignetti (owner?) does not wear a mask while talking face to face with customers. No communication skills what-so-ever (although he might be slightly deaf;). Im baffled hes this bad at his job considering its the only one hes had since 1970...time to retire Al!

I made an inquiry through their website and a representative from Martignetti contacted me promptly to follow up. They provided a quote and one week later I placed the order over the phone for about 7 tons of crushed stone to be delivered. They delivered the stone to the requested location on my property promptly two days later without issue.

We first ended up here when we bought a scratch and dent pallet of blue stone Al put up on Craigslist. The property is huge and they have a fantastic selection of stone products (granite, bluestone, veneer, gravel, etc). Al was very personable and offered some great insight for our DIY patio project. We went back to buy the nextgel he suggested for finishing things off. We definitely intend to head back the next time we find ourselves in need of a product they carry.
