Best and only place to get good gear in massachusetts. They have nearly everything and if not...they can order it or send you to the right person. They are also really good at sizing helmets. I started with a 5X helmet my first year. I can now wear a size medium Arai. Other places dont care about making sure helmets fit. They have to fit like a mould.Ask for Duca when yall go. He knows whats up.

Had a good experience here. Took a long time to get a tire put on a wheel, because of oddities with the wheel sizing and such, but I worked with Rob several times who despite the odd circumstances, and sometimes being very busy with phone lines and multiple customers, he was always professional, and very pleasant and tried to resolve any issues that arose. 10/10 for Rob.

Great place for limited selection pricey motorcycle gears. Keeping this real, the people here are real nice, and probably very knowledgeable. However, the selections are very limited and very pricey. On the other hands, there seems to be no shortage of motorcycle helmets.

Walked around the whole store and not a single worker asked if I needed help. They were too busy discussing a old bmw parked outside the store and busy on there cell phones. Me and another gentleman stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for someone and they just looked at us. Me and the gentleman both spoke up and that’s when they came. Never ever going back. Drove 30 minutes to get treated like this?Disgusting.

When we called to find out if store was Opened due to PANDEMIC and directions to get there the young lady was not helpful at all!! When we did finally get there My son and I looked around and tried on Helmuts with NO HELP!! This store is very Over priced and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE... We walked out and will not be back

Needed weatherproof stuff hours prior to the big storm yesterday. They closed early but happened to still be in the store and let us in. Prices were great! Service was awesome! Mike Totally saved the day! Great selection of gear in store highly recommend!

I like this place for my motorcycle gear. They have a good selection of just about everything you need, especially a good array of helmets, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great place has alot of gear but deffinetly need to organize a little better guys.

The people who run this place are CLUELESS. I called to ask about tire installs, and they said it was first come, first serve. So I call to tell them I am bringing the bike and ask how long a line they have, and then they tell me I have to bring the wheels only, as they wont take them off the bike. So I finally get the wheels off, haul them there in my SUV with the new tires and valves, and now they arent doing squat because they are short on people, and tell me they will do it the next day. Now I call again and this time they say they have too much work and cant finish them today. In my book, this is the definition of a store run by buttclowns.

This is a paradise for lovers of two-wheeled vehicles. Lots of accessories, great tires. All in all, a very cool store.

Amazing amount of helmets available to try on! The clothing selection is more geared towards sport bike and adventure riders. Absolutely worth checking out for all riding styles.

Here is my take on my experience at the store -1) Poor customer service - I was asked to hold at least 4 times while I was in the middle of ordering so they can take care of other customers2) I felt almost like they were doing a favor to me even though I ordered something over 700 bucks. Imagine yourself paying a bill at a restaurant for 200 bucks and the waiter doesnt even show up.3) Sanitizing the helmet was something that I had to request multiple times before I could try onI would never go back to this particular store in Woburn again. I am going to personally draft an email to Arai about my experience here so that customers like me wont get the same treatment when looking for Arai helmets.

I went to buy tires for my bike and I was asked for my ID, I told the guy I had purchased stuff from the store before and I could give him my phone number but he said he needed my ID but didnt say why when I asked him. I also asked him if they could mount the tires when they arrived to the store and he said yes but didnt say that their machine was broken and when the tires arrive they told me it was a 3 day turn around. I had to call CG in NH to make an appointment for the next day. I couldve planned the tire change better if the guy would have been upfront with the information and also asking for my ID without saying why he needed it left me suspicious

Really disappointed on this place I always like to visit the store in Manchester and they always great. I make the mistake to visit the Woburn store and man oh man the staff there is so rude no manners at all the gentleman with the locks was no help and rude to me then I asked another gentleman for help and he was worse than the other gentleman it’s to bad Because I really love the Manchester store but from now on I will take my business some place else I won’t ever go back to any cycle gear.

First time at a Cycle Gear. The Woburn staff was fantastic. I dont recall the name of the associate who help me, but with it being my first time getting a helmet he was really super helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Small, but nice. Ive always had great customer service here. They are good at honoring their online promos and do their best to help you find products. Sales are pretty decently priced for quality gear. I believe they even offer some repair services, but I havent needed that.

Employees not wearing masks, customers not wearing masks and not following their own signs on the door limiting the number of people inside at a time.I ordered items to be delivered to the store so I could try on and return if necessary but after 30+ minutes the employee could not locate my items. I will need to go back another day to get those items, plus others that have yet to arrive in store.Unfortunately the store seems to be understaffed for the current demand, leading to a poor experience.

Large selection of moto gear for street, dirt, or Adventure. Everything from bargain, mid-quality items from Bilt and Sedici on up to the majors such as Dainese, Revit, and Shoei. The staff are friendly and unobtrusive but available for any questions or assistance to get you what you need. The Woburn store has two doors at the front but the one on the left (under the giant storefront sign) is the one you want. Get geared up, take some risks and ride safe out there!

The staff their are friendly and very informative. The store is set up in such a way you can find what you need fast.When you enter the store helmets line the left wall. Riding jackets line mainly the right wall. Tool and parts are in the back right corner. The center area is mainly filled with riding pants, jackets, and gloves. They also have a selection of tires.They sell a few other merchandise that might interest motorcycling enthusiasts. Definitely worth the look when you have the time.

Love this location. Not just the gear they carry. But the customer service. I dont feel like a stranger. The conversations the staff has with me to try and see what gear would fit me best and let me try them on. I literally walk around the store with a helmet or a jacket on just to make sure it fits just right before I decide to buy. Anything on special order they will personally call you and let you know it came in. Between Kyle, Mike and Ron these guys know what they are selling. Highly recommend this place if you do not want to feel like a stranger and great prices.

Went there for some riding pants. There is a big selection of their in house brand, Bilt. It is cheaper than other brands but seems to be good quality on first impressions. There are also other well known brands, but selection is limited.The guys working at the shop were very friendly and worked with me to find what I needed.I would recommend this store to anyone looking for gear and need to try things on.

Its an okay store. Most of the products at this store are Bilt or there own name brands. They also need more help. Been here many times and it seems like they are always short with help when they are busy. Personal staff is very helpful though, no complaints there.

Patrick is hands down one of the best salesmen Ive ever encountered - and I work in marketing, so I deal with them all day! I typically walk into retail stores well researched and wanting to be left alone so I can grab what I want and leave. Pat, on the other hand, had a better idea, and Im so glad he did!Pat takes time to talk to you, figure out your interests, your skill level, and steer you in the right direction for whatever product in stock best fits those needs. Hes a genuine guy, remembers me and my wants every time I return, and will happily take time out of the day to just shoot the breeze with you and trade some good riding stories. His years of service in the Air Force shine through in his professionalism and upright attitude, but that doesnt make him anything short of friendly and welcoming either. Hes even taken the time to look at my bike and give me a tip or two on some work I might want to put in.Pat is never looking to upsell you, but rather get you the product that most fits your needs. Thats even harder at a location that is lacking when it comes to in-store catalogue (and the reason I subtracted a star from the otherwise enjoyable experiences Ive had there). However, theres no feat too small for Pat, as hell dig through whatevers available to find the next-best-thing so you can get back to riding ASAP! When he told me hes moving to a different store I knew Id have to get back in soon so I can get a little more of the best customer service Ive found in the moto world!

Took their time helping with a helmet choices. Although we didnt buy one tonight, they get kudos for the help offered. Have always had lots of help everytime I have gone in.

They have a pretty massive selection of gear and parts here. The prices are very reasonable too. Definitely worth a visit if youre a rider.

Staff is excellent, but too many Bilt products. I went in looking for a very specific product. The item was on back order, so the staff member called multiple distributors in an attempt to locate it. Each also had it on back order. After I left the store he took the additional step of contacting the manufacturer and calling me to let me know that they also had it on back order and nobody would have it in stock until they made more. The only reason I cant give them 5 stars is all the space taken up by their store brand products.

I purchased a complete outfit. The sales staff offered no help, even though there were at least 5 of them and only 2 other customers. All items that I picked were on sale, but the products dont ring up with their sale price. The person at the register has to go back and check the posted price if you complain, then return and correct it on the register.They would have overcharged me by more than $50 had I not complained. In the end, I still paid too much for the gloves, but it is just not worth the trip back the $8 discount. Be careful and check every line item on the receipt.

I stopped by the store for first time to look at helmets i believe Pedro helped me out and explained me the differences between every single helmet in the store which i was amazed by his knowledge i wish i came to this store sooner employees at other places didnt know much about items in the store so i was on my own i had to do research on my own but when i visited CycleGear i found the help i needed, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! i will come return and buy more again!

First time going and I like it. It has everything you could want. I would rather go to them instead of online. However, there needs to be more organization with things like pants and gloves. I was overwhelmed. I think it was mainly because I am new to bikes and that store.

Good selection of bike gear. Got a battery for my bike here and when I got home it was the wrong size . The battery was pre charged and cant be returned after opening. Luckily they didnt give much of a problem and traded out for the correct one .

Be careful of your personal belongings...I left my pin lock at the checkout desk where I was working with an sales rep... they had to make some calls in order to give me more info for my questions.With my stuff still at the counter I was looking around the store for possible alternatives that they might have for what I was looking for so that I could buy all the while with the sales guys at the front desk. Anyways later I come back to checkout & voila... one of my thing went missing.They did look around the desk but couldnt find it. I am sure where I left it because Everything else was there except my PInlock. Despite not finding it I had suggested that may be One of the customers who had checked out in between by the same guy Michel might have accidentally taken it. But this guy Michel who claimed to be the store manager was very rude & unpolite.He, was indicating that I might not have got it into the store.. This is when I started losing it. I mean i understand that its not his responsibility for my things. But I was damn sure that I did.There was no point in arguing & when I looked up I found that they had cameras installed right above the desk. So I asked them to review the video footage so that we can know the facts & the whereabouts of the pinlock. To that he said he needed to make calls to review the footage and it might that he can only get back to me after hearing back from the corporate. He basically didnt say when he can get back to me.Very rude/racist and impolite manager(the other staff were amazingly courteous though) would never shop here after such an experience.

I cannot believe this store gets any business. The majority of gear in stock is their garbage bilt brand, which I wouldnt wear if someone gave it to me. Maybe coming from California I expected to much, but for being the only non factory shop for miles I think not. I hope you all can get your store organized and work on customer communications.

I will never order nor shop at this store again. I ordered a simple clutch cable for my 2003 Honda cbr 600rr and after two weeks waiting for it I received a call from them saying my order was never placed. Managers and service are very out of whack. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Nice place, Ive got most of my gear there.Has a lot of entry-level (BILT, SEDICI) gear that is nevertheless is good enough for an average rider. Some say its crap but Ive been riding in it for about a year now (and I ride daily March - through November) - still holding up OK.CycleGear has some somewhat better stuff for the more advanced rider in stock too. Im not sure about pro stuff though.Also have cable locks, blinkers, and other minor stuff, thats no fancy brand but just works.The staff is nice and willing to help you get what you need for what you can afford, no bullshit-upselling or anything like that. Most are riders themselves, so they know what they are selling and what people need.
