My contact with Regal Fabric Care began with a phone call to inquire about removing dye which had run during the washing of several wool needlepoint kneelers. David was extremely helpful in describing how we might proceed and once he received the kneelers, he explained what he could do and what results we might expect. The detailed work that he did was absolutely perfect and the entire experience was very positive from start to finish!

I used Regal Fabric Care to clean all my wall to wall carpets in my new house I purchased. They explained the process and how different types of stains could react especially since I didnt know what they were. Everything came out perfectly and looked very clean. Im happy with the service and would definitely use again!

I highly recommend this company! They are very upfront and honest about the best way to have your carpets/rugs cleaned, even if it means giving tips to doing it on your own. They don’t seem to sacrifice quality of service over anything. They are quick to respond and did a great job!

I emailed David on a Monday and by Tuesday at noon his technician was at my house to clean my sectional. The technician explained the entire process and was very meticulous. Could not have asked for faster service and the fact that they did a great job made it even better. Highly recommend using them.

David and Frenchy both made me feel that they cared about our staff experience just as much as we do, working flexibly around our tight schedule to get them ready in time for our sneak peak.Frenchy came in and worked carefully and enthusiastically to brighten up our cubicles, despite the construction chaos around him, and shared his expert advice to help us keep them looking good in the future. The staff had big grins on their faces when they came to see their new work space!

We asked Regal to clean the carpet in our showroom at Boston Bean Coffee Co. (lots of coffee stains) and the carpet came out great. And they were professional and fast. I will definitely use them again.

I brought 2 antique needle point chair covers for cleaning . I was nervous about whether they would survive the cleaning process. David carefully explained the process and possible difficulties They both came out beautifully with very minimal bleeding and no shrinkage. Very happy!

Firstly, I thought that was pretty commendable for the first company to do this. Regal Fabric Care did a great job of cleaning my smaller sectional sofa. The sofa looked beautiful after cleaning. The technician was very polite and professional and left the job site very tidy and clean when he was done. He vacuumed up the dirt that was under the sofa and between the sections. My only negative comment is that the service was quite expensive at $500. But I would use Regal again for the quality of cleaning and professionalism of the service.

I found Regal through the amazing posts on google and they did not disappoint. David cleaned two old musty upholstered chairs for me, explaining that there was no guarantee the mustiness would be completely gone. He kept me updated as they worked on them and in the end I was pleasantly surprised with how they came out! I’d return to David and Regal in a heartbeat.

Regal did a more than outstanding job literally saving a needlepoint rug that was made for me by my mother. Unfortunately, my dog had decided to use it many times and I thought all was lost. Like most people, I suspect, I had never had an upholstery cleaner come into my home before. So, I had no idea what to expect. What I got from Regal Fabric Care was an amazing service that made me wonder why I hadnt done this sooner! The technician who came to my condo in Cambridge was Frenchy and he was about as professional as one could be. He carefully explained the process to me, and told me about the careful testing that he did before taking on the entire sofa. He also explained how I could limit the uneven fading of the cushions that was already happening to my sofa from the sunlight in my living room. He then protected all of the surfaces, and brought in the large steam cleaning hose that made short work of the significant stains on my sofa. I couldnt be happier with Regals services. I cant recommend them highly enough (oh, and very reasonably priced. I was thinking that I might need to replace my $3,500 sofa, and instead I paid $295 to make it like new!) Total professionals.

I brought an antique expensive Persian rug to Regal Fabric for cleaning. David clearly and thoroughly explained the options to clean up the rug to me. He advised on how to eliminate the risk of color bleeding in the Rug during the wash process which is very important for antique rugs. When I picked up the rug, I was amazed at the quality of work that they did on my rug. All the colors were safe and sound in place with no bleeding. The cleaning job made the colors to stand out beautifully. David is very knowledgeable about rugs and he ensures to inform customers on how to protect their rugs. I will go back to Regal for all future work on my rugs.

Regal did a great job cleaning two white living room chairs in my mothers apartment. They were courteous and friendly and clearly took care and time on the chairs, which look 100% better than they did. I recommend them highly and plan to use them again on my own rugs.

We brought Regal a 50 year old, hand woven and hand dyed one-of-a-kind wall hanging that had never been cleaned and was showing its advanced age. They carefully tested for possible shrinkage and color bleeding, and then, with great professionalism, they proceeded to clean our valuable piece. To our delight, it came out completely rejuvenated. We could not be more pleased!

David @ Regal was an absolute wizard for me. I was so fortunate to find him through a carpet cleaning company recommended to me days earlier.... Always a hopeful sign when someone in your field goes to you!David was able to asses the damage to a $5000.00 Baker-brand fabric chair same-day and even offered to come to me if it was an emergency. He made no promises, as my client’s chair looked 100% ruined via multiple mystery stains (presumably: white paint, grease + what looked like a few unsalvagable bleach spots where someone had failed to clean it themselves).Before I knew it, just a few days later, the chair looked “factory new”- not even a blemish. He even offered to put a protective coating on to avoid a similar blunder in the future. David’s initial estimate ended up being the exact price I paid, which was shockingly reasonable considering the value of the chair + the multitude/level of stains.Don’t consider any fabric or piece of furniture ruined until you go through these guys. They’ll take it on with confidence & professionalism!

Regal came and fixed 4 bleach stains on my brand new carpet. I was so pleased with the work they did. There is no way you can see where the stains were. It was a tough job because it wasnt a stain in the traditional sense - the problem was the color was bleached out of the carpet. It is now all filled in and it looks flawless. On top of that, they were polite, courteous and cleaned up after themselves! I also have indoor cats and they were totally respectful of my request to keep the doors closed and to close the doors behind them each time they went in and out. I am super happy with Regal and highly recommend this company.

The folks from Regal cleaned a ten year old sofa that had suffered the indignities of pets. And they did it on time and on budget. I had the sofa cleaned on a whim, assuming it couldnt be helped. Wrong! Frenchy took time and care with the piece and it looks like new. When he left he told me it would get better as it dried and it did. Meticulous, no drops of water, no reminder that anyone was here except that this piece of furniture is now clean.

David did a super job cleaning and ScotchGuarding our small braided rug. He was careful to explain that because it is cotton, it might not end up looking perfect, but it actually came out really great!! Looking forward to enjoying it for many more years to come :)

I had a great experience with Regal Fabric Care. The carpeting in the common areas of our condo were expertly cleaned and the wood floors underneath didnt suffer any damage. The two man team planned ahead and swooped in and did a thorough cleaning and gave advice on aftercare of the carpet. Dave Mavilio provided excellent customer service by returning calls promptly, scheduling within a good time frame and charging a fair price for the service. I appreciated his concern for safety and his recommendations regarding different types of carpets. Ill definitly call on them in the future.
