John Testa of McNellis Appliance is extremely courteous, professional and honest about issues the two times I have had him come to my home for repairs. His wife was also a pleasure to speak with while making the appointment.

I was surprised by your prompt reply to my post. I have been waiting for a response from you to my many phone calls and messages since the beginning of October when the service call was placed with your company. Since then I have received no phone calls unless I make them, no updates on what is going on or a return of messages. People dont need businesses like you and you should run it like a business and call back customers when you get a message to call back Im not causing a problem you are by not providing the most rudimentary customer service.Thanks

I recently bought a new garage refrigerator that unfortunately had a faulty fan. I was set up with mcnellis appliance through the warranty and couldn’t be happier. They were prompt and responsive, keeping me abreast of everything including shipping times. They came immediately and did a fantastic job! John was pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and will use them again

I never leave bad good reviews for companies because I myself work in customer service and I know it is not always easy but this experience was so awful that I needed to say something. When I called they were Extremely rude. I am a first time home owner and i purchased my washers just under three years ago so this is my first hiccup in having them breakdown. They were acting as if my questions and inquiring about information was a bother. So very disrespectful. I have Maytag products and they are covered under warranty by them and they recommended this company and I am calling Maytag to request a different company. Absolutely awful.

Quick response. Reasonable price. Washer was fixed in a matter of an hour!

4 visits to try to fix the dishwasher over 2 1/2 months! kept blaming the company for sending broken parts, we finally hired someone else who fixed it in 2 days. The rudest person ever answering the phone.Need I say more? The only reason we posted one star because you cant post without it. Stay away!
