Best 1st annual spark for the autism car show ever cant wait hopefully they do another one next year

Contacted shop on 9/16 made an appointment for 9/21 did not get a quote till 9/30 when I said a towtruck was coming to get the truck cause i need it for work and rental for a truck to tow was $100 a day he gave me a quote and promised me it would be done by 10/7-10/9 that day came no call I started going to the shop about once a week cause they would not pick up the phone need less to say after not having a truck for over 9 weeks for a 25 hour job on 11/25 they called and said truck was done and that its going to be $2000 more than the quote with no extra work getting done and thats on top of spending thousands of dollars on a rental so I could keep my business afloat

Frank is the one mechanic I trust my car, my wifes car and my daughters cars to. He is not only great at what he is nationally known for(diesel performance)...he is also a great neighborhood shop. You have a problem...pull in! Need help? pull in! I have been doing business with Frank for over 10 years and have never had an issue. Does he get immersed in his work? yes, he does. He is not the dealer with 20 mechanics at his beck and call. He is someone who does a great job, stands behind it and saves you money(as compared to the dealer). He is simply the best.

Specializes in high performance diesel work. Very knowledgable . Ive had some advanced things done to my truck. High performance transmission works great. Fuel system and exhaust work too.

My husband was told to have his truck at this shop on the 2nd of January which was the earliest they would be able to get to the truck. So my husband waited three weeks before he could get the repairs done on the truck. It is now the 11th of January and as far as we know the truck isnt even in the shop being worked on. I understand that they maybe busy but why not call before the 2nd to inform us not to deliver the truck. But instead they have the truck and my husband isnt able to get things done. Poor way to do business.
