Used Wolfeboro Oil since 2016. Used my USAA Credit Card for every propane and oil bill. My credit card was getting hacked about every six months until by process of elimination Wolfeboro Oil was the only remaining biller for which I was using my USAA credit card. I stopped sharing the number with the office staff and the hacking stopped. I drew my own conclusions. Very unfortunate…

Have been a customer of Wolfeboro Oil/ now Eastern propane for 25 yrs. Always excellent service. I want to give 5 Stars to Anthony Adams- for figuring out a serious safety issue with my furnace and fixing it in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

Im a new customer and had an emergency (exhaust from furnace was venting into the crawl space and living spaces). They were super helpful in getting my account created and a technician sent out to fix the issue. What a great experience working with them!

We’ve been residents of Wolfeboro since December 2018. We’ve been a propane and oil customer of Wolfeboro Oil (now a division of Eastern Propane &Oil) since the date we closed on our new home here in November 2018.When I initially called Wolfeboro Oil about setting up an account, the very first person I spoke to in the office was Jody. That first conversation was followed by absolutely phenomenal customer service by Jody. She did a great job of setting up our account, getting deliveries scheduled, setting up auto payments.... you get it.... all with communicative, efficient, and conscientious professionalism AND, very important at the time of our move from Maine when we had so many details to attend to, a warm, welcoming and friendly manner. We were SOLD!What started with my first phone call to Wolfeboro Oil, has, thanks to Jody, evolved into reliable service from all the hard-working employees there.Thanks Jody, Wolfeboro Oil, and now Eastern Propane & Oil for a job well done.

Amazing!!! From the techs, thats do great work and installs, To the delivery crew, to the office staff that does everything they can to provide the best service possible. Especially Beverly! They all go above and beyond. personally went through some hard times and as I worked through this, they showed a level of understanding and compassion, that you rarely see these days. I cannot say enough about good about the company and employees! if I could give them 6 stars I absolutely would! Thank you to the Wolfeboro oil crew, you guys are amazing! Anyone looking. We recently bought a house in Wolfeboro and have had a list of items to set up. Wolfeboro Oil sticks out to me as such a refreshing experience, with Jody not only helping us set up the service to make it a smooth process heading forward, but answering questions I had about how the propane works (my first time), expected frequency of refills, and making a potentially confusing process into a local partner in town that we can trust. Weve refilled our tank twice and both processes have been incredibly easy, with us not required to be home for the re-fill and an ability to book appointments on the phone or via email - a nice perk for those not living full time in town.

Mr. Robert Spellman called the office and wanted to give a review for Anthony Jacques but got very aggravated with the process so he asked me to post it for him. This is what he said you could not ask for more fromAnthony. He was prompt, honest and a gentleman. He explains everything he is doing and why.

These guys are great! I have had them come out several times when I needed something fixed or adjusted. They even showed up on New Years Day after a cold Christmas week in anticipation that oil usage would be high due to the weather. I was thrilled since we had just run out of oil minutes earlier. I would highly recommend these guys.

People in the office are completely rude and out of line. They have zero interest in talking to you unless you have thousands of dollars to give them. They will share your personal information publicly. Overall bad place.

Troy, who delivers oil out of the Wolfeboro office, is always friendly and professional. We appreciate all the people and service we get from this location.

Jonathan G. was a very good service technician, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive.One unresolved issue though - still getting the squeaking noise from the boiler when it shuts off from its cycle despite the adjustment on the regulator.

Ive been using Wolfeboro Oil for fourteen yrs. Once they sent a fine man overtime to get my Monitor heater going and when I was away in the Winter the driver trudged through the new snow so I wouldnt run out ! As a business owner I appreciate their entire staff.The office is efficient and extremely pleasant. They also have the lowest COD prices ( I believe you have 10 days to pay ).

The delivery man was wonderful. The office staff and owners need a few lessons in customer service. The one representative is just plain rude. A complaint has gone unanswered for over four months; a valid, troubling complaint. As soon as the tank is empty, I am switching oil companies.
