Sue the owner is always full of information and so helpful. Her shop is a treasure to this small town.

I love the Zen Gow Spa. The entire staff treats me like Im their only customer. It is a treat to be surrounded by such lovely people, products, and accessories - the atmosphere is so soothing! I get regular color and highlights which are expertly done. I love the guidance I get in terms of lets try this (fully knowing my taste) or lets keep doing what were doing. Its all about choices!

Great facialist and massage. Ive been getting services here for years, from lash tints to waxing & pedicures. Always pleased with quality, price, availability.

In My opinion Zen Glow is the best salon in Wolfeboro. It is a relaxing and Peaceful place to unwind and have some me time. The owner takes much pride in her business and really strives to make your experience a happy one. The women she has working there are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. When you walk in to Zen Glow they make you feel like family.

Zen Glow is a wonderful establishment. From hair cut and color to massages, the staff and owner of the spa are always exemplary. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you to all for an enjoyable experience.

Nice girls but the worst manicure Ive ever had. Ridiculously expensive ($15 to remove gel) and they didnt even touch my cuticles. No soaking or anything. My nails were filed so much I started to bleed, and now one is infected. They also painted them directly after filing and didnt wash the dust off. My poor friend sat for over 30 minutes with her fingers wrapped in foil and remover, which was extremely uncomfortable and painful as she was also bleeding from excessive filing. The polish was terrible, I could have done a better job myself. I cant speak for the other services this salon provides but absolutely DO NOT get your nails done here!

I had a terrible experience in this salon. Visited from out of state on a family vacation. Booked a massage and facial several weeks in advance.The massage was good (that why I give this review 2 stars) but the facial was AWFUL. The towels used were of a questionable whiteness. I mentioned to the cosmetologist my sensitive skin at the start of the treatment. Unfortunately the botanicals used made my face turn itchy and red. I had to ask her to use less pressure when applying products. It was slapped on roughly and bled in my eyes and nose. I had to ask for a tissue to remove excess product.It was a total debacle and she knew it. I considered cutting my losses early and ask to leave but I didnt. I should have. I was charged the full amount for the treatment and didnt not really get a heartfelt apologies.I think the massages are fine but DO NOT get a facial in this salon!

Owner treats her employees like crap. She has a nasty attitude and doesnt know how to work with people will never step foot in the salon it is not a suitable place. There have been multiple reports of infection. Ive heard nothing but complaints from everybody who has grown up and lived in this town that has been there. I also have had a facial by Sue and she burnt my face severely.

Zen Glow is my go to for facials, massages, mani-pedis and trims in Wolfeboro. I feel at home in the spa, and love to check out the shelves for gifts and supplies (make-up and hair care). I never know what Ill find, and the staff makes me feel at home...they really go the extra mile!!!

They are GREAT!!!! Been here lots of times for all sorts of things and every time they do a great job!!
