They not only delivered my new bed days before promised, they did it during the trump-virus shut down!They did not enter my apartment and were able to maintain social distancing !

I hate your commercial jingle so bad, I would never shop in your furniture store....your loss, change your marketing plan.

We purchased a bed and 2 chairs on March 9th. We got one chair and the bed 2 weeks ago. We finally got the other chair today, June 13th. During this whole time I had to call them for updates on the status, they never had the courtesy to call on there own. The furniture is good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired

My buying experience with Allen Wayside of Wolfeboro was easy and stress free.When I needed replacement cushions, the process for that was also easy and stress-free.I will happily give future business to this company.

I went to seven different furniture stores in the immediate region. I have a spinal condition and actually use the chair as my bed. It was nice to finally walk in to this furniture store and sit in a chair that I knew was perfect, I don’t know if the sales person owned the place or not but she certainly knew what she was talking about. Despite the damn commercials on television, this store has a terrific selection and a great sales staff. I spent 15 minutes in the store and they put my new recliner in my van and I took it home the same day. Next time I’m looking for furniture I’m only going to this one.

We have made purchases from multiple of the Allen Wayside locations and always have been very satisfied it’s nice dealing with a family business . Plus many items available so we didn’t have to wait .

Do not buy from Allen furniture. Very very poor quality. Less than a year old. My 2 recliners broke. One was repaired. Broke again. Now other one is broken.

What a joke it was trying to shop there. Salesman (who had mo one else to deal with) was put out that I asked him to point out options for me.

Could be lower on prices

More for cottage or camp furniture but still seemed to have good quality.

Would not honor warranty on Simmons Beautyrest Mattress less than a year old. Indicated that I had to purchase a new box spring too for the warranty to be valid. Nothing indicating this on the sales slip. When was the last time a box spring went bad on you ? What happens when it is a platform bed ?I used this mattress for less than 6 months in a vacation home. I am 6 ft 210 lbs. Mattress looks more like a 350 lb person slept on it ! Next time I will buy it from COSTCO or SAMS club and add the extra warranty for $15. Then you get real service from a real company.

Nice selection, no pressure, friendly staff. Found just what we were looking for here after shopping a much larger furniture store without success.
