When I walked in looking for something, and mind you I don’t know anything car related. The manager gave me a dirty look, and expected me to know where it was. And when I purchased the items, when I was checking out with my items he looked at his other co workers and was laughing at me. Also just out the money money on the counter and walked away. Didn’t put it in my hand. Shame on him he should be fired!

The customer service at this store is amazing. Gavin went above and beyond to help me with my needs, was very knowledgeable, spent time answering my questions, was very professional, very friendly, and helped me find a good deal. When I called his Manager Carl he was so happy to hear it and was very proud of his employee. Im going back here for my future auto needs! :)

I like this store a lot. They are always ready to help so I can be in and out quickly and get back to whatever project I am working on. I like that I get store credit for batteries so that I can buy other things like oil and filters. Last winter I bought a lot of ice melt from them to keep my drainage pits and pumps flowing.

No assistance from employees & they were kind of rude when asking for help.

Haven’t been in here in years gotta say.I miss the old crew that use to work here. I came in and it was like if they never seen a human. Just stares and looks . Store is very disorganized. Open fuses, very dusty, this location use to be my favorite people !!

Fast and easy, I got what I needed and was out within 5 minutes. If you dont know what you need staff is always willing to help out.

I am always satisfied when coming here. Danny has been a huge help on numerous projects. Hes always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I get the right parts the first time.

Very friendly and helpful employees. They helped me pick out the car battery i needed. They even installed it for me.

Issue I had with a Delco battery I only had for 6ml months so they did a battery check said it was ok a said they can do a battery charge for free .I came backan hour later and they said that the battery is bad. They exchanged the battery with a new one with a new battery warranty. Thank you AutoZone.

Good service but might need an improvement in customer service specially when returning parts or when the need to add or change an item to be purchased.

Customer service has improved ten fold with the new hires last couple years. I highly recommend this place now!

The very worst customer service I’ve ever had at any business ever. The employees there do not care at all about giving good customer service very little knowledge in their products and how to accommodate customers. I cannot say enough and how much they do not know how to help a customer they don’t act like they even care at all about getting you the proper part.

I used to work for Autozone and Advance Auto. Both have basically same stuff just different brands. I can say as a former employee and now business owner, I lean towards Autozone. I like their tools and in most cases the people are pretty good. I despise the having add on sales pushed in my face but all the same good business is where YOU find it.

Worst customer service !!!! Stacy talked over me !Everyone completely rude. Miss the old staff never had a problem. But this month completely did 180 .Wouldn’t recommend coming here anymore . Lost a regular customer ill take my business to Addison or Elk Grove

Good place to get your csr diagnosed. They are not always willing to help a little bulb. Works for quick things.

David and the staff always go out of their way to help me..Very knowledgeable, always rush to get me parts. Above and beyond from what I would expect from a typical parts store!!I have autozones closer to me, but I will drive farther to wood dale for the service!

Ive never had a worse experience at Autozone then I did today waited in line for 15 minutes to pick up parts that I had paid for 2 days ago. Then to have people that came after me get helped because they need one of there free services I confronted Alex and all he could say is thats the way I do things and if you dont like it talk to my manager.

Why hire unknowledge employees. no they are not mechanics so they dont have any idea but only know how to look up parts for you .. especially the young man and women .. always do your own search before getting advise from them ..

We live down the street from this store so unfortunately it is the closest one. I say unfortunately because this store provides one of the worst customer service. The manager was very rude and short fused, it was as if I was bothering him asking him for help. I will drive out of my way to go to a different auto zone. Never will go back. Avoid thay store if you have to.
