I was having issues with tire pressure on my 2020 Chevy Van. On a whim I brought it over to Firestone to get diagnosed. Not only were they able to squeeze me in they also addressed the root cause within minutes. Their professional staff was friendly and extremely informative. I will definitely be taking my van here for services in the future.

I have been coming to this location for over 25 years. When they changed ownership a few years ago, I was a bit concerned because I really liked the past owners.But I continued to use their services.I cannot thank Dil, Dave and Jaden enough!I met the owner a while back and he was awesome as well.I will continue to buy my tires there and have them serviced as well. If you live in the Chicago area and want a very good and reliable tire store, you should consider the short drive to Woodale and this store. I was in a bind and needed a tire and was given a great price on two. They also for no cost rotated the tires, fixed my key fob as well as offering me pizza and something to drink. They also had a very clean building and bathroom. So nice to deal with such friendly people. Between excellent price and awesome customer service 5 stars doesnt do justice to my visit here. Thank you very much for making my long ride back to MN safe and enjoyable!

I will continue to use this place for my tire needs. I purchased 4 new tires back when it was Rich’s Discount Tires in 2012. Since then there is a new owner. In June 2020 I replaced a tire that was starting to show it’s age. The owner gave me a great deal and checked my other 3 tires as well. He recommended I have the other three replaced as well due their age. He did let me know I could get a little more use out of them but it would be better to replace all 4. At the time it was not in my budget to purchase all 4. The owner was not pushy or rude when I decided to wait off. A few months later I noticed another tire starting to again show age (cracking in the side wall) and decided it was time to replace the other three. They remembered me again I was given another great deal. I had my tires replaced Monday and on Tuesday noticed one of the tires wasn’t holding air. I went back Thursday and they took care of me. I had picked up a nail in one of my new tires. They patched it for me and sent me on my way. I am very grateful to this business! I trust that they will get the job done with integrity and at a fair value. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Absolute lifesavers! I was trying to leave for work and my car wouldnt start. I called and asked if thy could bring a jump pack (I live VERY close). They were to me in less than 15 minutes and got me started within 30 seconds of having the battery jumper on it. Drove right over to the shop to have them replace the battery (several years old and some corrosion) and they had it done in about a half an hour. Very quick, super friendly, and reasonably priced.

Just to start Im an Uber driver and I need my car. I went over there to get the brakes taken care of however they did it completely wrong where the car wasnt braking properly. Now thats not only a hazard to me but also to my passengers. Also, they literally costed me a days work.The owner also had the decency to tell me that it isnt their fault. Well Im sorry I didnt change my brake pads and rotors you guys did. I wouldnt recommend going here even if theyre 5 minutes away I rather drive 20 minutes to pep boys.

I was in and out in 45 minutes, and got an oil change while I was there too! The mechanic who changed my tire also put my spare back into the trunk compartment nice and neat for me. Horrible - I repeat, horrible place to go. I walked in and despite the fact that I was standing at the front desk looking at the owner, he wouldnt address me or acknowledge me in any way.I had to say, Excuse me. I said it respectfully because I wasnt upset at that point. So I ask the owner, How much for an oil change. He responded with a very hostile tone, and then told me again with an angry and bother tone, Youll get your car on Monday. Dont even think I got time to get to it for a couple days. Again, the disrespect, hostility, and treatment were totally uncalled for and it just boggled my mind how someone can treat a potential customer that way. Take your money somewhere where theyll treat you with respect and appreciation.

We just moved to the area and have had to take our SUV to Richs a couple times already. We chose them based on their proximity and the reviews online. We have to say we are happy so far with their service! The pricing seems fair and the guys there are courteous and explain things very well. They are also pretty quick to get the job done, which is a plus.

Called Mr. Niazi to check pricing for 2 new tires and was surprised by his quote for 2 very good tires at a low price. Made appointment to drop car off during lunch break and Mr. Niazi had his Team ready to accommodate my work/lunch schedule. Everything was ready when I got back in 1 hour. Very reliable, fast & quality Team! Great Service/I highly recommend!!!Returned a 2nd time and it was clear my car had multiple problems. Mr. Niazi set me up with their Auto PROCARE card and along with his low price, all my problems solved. This is my PERMANENT auto mechanic shop as this Team is really tremendous. TOP NOTCH!!!

Bought an alternator from them, which then died a year later. They refused to cover the cost of a new alternator, which they definitely should have, alternators should last much longer than a year. they said that it was out of warranty, so I did some research online and found all sorts of alternators online with lifetime warranties. This was clearly a rip off, and we will never be going back.UPDATE:We just found out that our A/C died because somebody forgot to plug the compressor back in, which conveniently happened just 2 weeks after they replaced our alternator for the 2nd time!The new garage we took our van to literally told us somebody does not like you. Simply put: this place will do anything they can to scam you out of every cent you have. They literally sabotaged our car in order to get more money out of us in the future. So glad were not going there anymore. They are literally thieves.UPDATE #2:We just had our battery checked because it kept dying, and they said the battery terminals were shot, and they said that someone who didnt know what they were doing messed it up when they replaced the alternator (in this case, that person who didnt know what they were doing working for Richs Wood Dale). Just another example of how incompetent this garage is. I wouldnt trust them to fix my sons Hot Wheels at this point.

Bought 4 tires and had an alignment. The final cost was a bit less than quoted over the phone. We received excellent service and found Rich and his staff to be very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend using their services.

HE DID TELL ME I HAD 2 TIRES THAT SHOULD BE REPLACED & 1 TIRE HAD A NAIL PUNCTURE. I REPLACED THE 2 TIRES & HE FIXED THE PUNCTURED TIRE AT NO COST. THESE GUYS ARE HONEST, REASONABLY PRICED, COURTEOUS, & PROFESSIONAL. I WILL CONTINUE TO BRING MY VEHICLES THERE.

Rich and his Body shop are top of the line. This is a mechanic you go to and not have to question what was done, or of your quoted price. Honest Quality Describes this Gem. If you ask for something you actually dont need they will let you know. No gimics. I highly recommend them :)

Ise to go here for years. However since the daughter took over she has no ideal wth to do and they had my car for over a week when it was a 1 day job like I was told maybe 2 days tops when dropping it off. Shes so rude and lucky I didnt go after her.

Had a problem with my heater. Replaced thermostat and radiator cap. Heater works great. My wife and I are customers for life.

Got a flat tire. Called to make sure they were still open. I showed up a little before closing just needing a tire mounted on a rim. Said they close at 6 and didnt give me the time of day after that. The owner or whoever was behind the counter was really rude. I then asked if he any other places to get it changed so I could get home and was sent on a wild goose chase.

I had my first experience with RIchs Tire and Auto this past week and I was beyond happy. My car died at the tail end of the extreme cold and due to that I could not find a tow service after over a dozen places, the only one that said they would come out was in three days….maybe. I had been referred to several mechanics and Richs was one. I called over, the phone rang once, they picked up and it was Rich himself. He said he would have someone come tow me that day! They had it at the shop at the end of the day, the first thing next morning I received a call from Rich stating that my rings/seals were toast and zero compression in the engine. He charged me a more than reasonable price for the tow and diagnostics, let me keep the car in his lot for almost 5 days before I could get someone to come get it and didnt charge me an extra cent. Great experience and now I am a customer for life!

Oh, this guy is one mean MF. Worse customer service I ever experience. He told me to wait 3 hrs with out promise if he take my car. Will not recomend this place to no one.

I have been to this place a few times to check prices and services.Every time I have been treated terribly.The owner is an arrogant jerk type. I have no idea how they even stay in business.All local people that have ever dealt with this place will agree.The few that I know that did get service there have nothing good to say.
