This target has the friendliest and most helpful staff around. They always say hello and ask if i need any help. I once was even complimented on my hair out of nowhere. This is a smaller store, but I love the feel of it and would travel longer to come here for that reason alone.

Very impressed with everything about this store! Staff members greeted me several times, said hello, asked if I needed anything, responded and helped with questions, and were very pleasant. The store and fitting rooms are clean. Good prices on many items I bought. I will definitely shop there in the future.

Typical yet unremarkable Target. It has not been upgraded to the new format yet. Has all the regular departments, yet some are slightly reversed in areas. The cleaning supplies are by the checkouts instead of back by the paper towel products.Clean, organized and self checkout was very fast.

Customer service here is great. They are very nice. I was greeted coming in and out of the store ( with a great attitude as well). This location has a Starbucks. Great selections they had organic olive oil I’ve been searching for. Had no issues. Overall a great Target to shop at.

Can usually find what I need to purchase at the Wood Dale store. My frequent shopping us to the greeting cards, grocery, pharmacy, abd pet supplies. Like the automatic 5% general discount at checkout with my Target Red Card.

The Wooddale Target has the most helpful, respectful and hardworking employees of all the stores I shop at in the western suburbs. I enjoy shopping there because the employees are friendly and always available to help. The cashiers go above and beyond. Everyone is dressed neatly and they are very, very positive. Everyone is visible and eager to make the customers happy. Job well-done to the management for setting great expectations and producing happy and hard-working employees. Horrible customer service!I tried to return some clothes with tags and receipt and they pointed to the wall, stated that we do not except returns over 90 days of purchase. I asked her to show me the return policy and she pointed to the wall again. Also, she took my ID and scanned the information:(Stay away from CUSTOMER Service!

They overcharged me. I was there on black Friday to buy a hairdryer that was on sale for 39.99 on their site. I went in the store to buy it. When I was checking out, the guy couldnt print a receipt and didnt give me one. I was in a rush so I left. When I checked my card they charged me 59.99. 20 dollars more. And I dont even have a receipt for it and I really dont feel like carrying back that huge box so they could scan it and give me back my $20. Irresponsible. I wont purchase nothing from them anymore.

I ordered several items online for store pickup. The store was very clean, and all employees had proper PPE. My order was ready - and all items were complete.The employees at the Wooddale store are helpful and friendly. Each person coming in was greeted and provided with a sanitized cart (if they needed one).Great experience.

This is MY Target and it used to be the cleanest one. Today I went in and in every dressing room there were clothes and hangers on the floor, no help around. In the handbag section, papers from inside bags and bags on the floor. Every area seemed to be disorganized which is not the way this store usually is. The staff is always pleasant but management needs to clean up their act and get it back to being the cleanest, nicest Target in the area.

Went to check out and had pregnancy items, food and febreeze. Of course the kid checking me out put everything together. Then looked at me and didnt even apologize. He has black hair and a dark mask. Looks like hes 18. Of course no name on the reciept. Target you need to train your employees better!

The Wood Dale location is very convenient to Wood Dale, Bensenville, and Itasca traffic. Its not a super Target, but has all the basics for products needed on a weekly basis, including a decent selection of groceries. I was very pleased to see the addition of splash guards at checkouts during COVID-19 social distancing.

Well right now, it is because I know that they are taking protective measures to keep us safe and themselves. Therefore, I feel comfortable to shop there.

Ordered for the first time and appreciated the speed but it was a little confusing when selecting the store. It changed the store on one item. But it was easily corrected!

Buddy and I went to your store and wanted to purchase a marvel legend and the employee said we couldnt buy the product that was on the shelf because they werent supposed to be sold. Im sorry but if your gonna fill the shelves with something then you better be ready to sell said thing.

Have tried to get someone on the phone for the last 5 hours no answer. Sorry got one person to answer they transferred me to a hangup. All I wanted to know was if a item was in stock.

I was told that they were getting the item I was looking for on Thursday and I call and they were just “yea we don’t have any”

I could live in Target, I go here so much. Its 2 floors with registers on both floors but if you want the self checkout lines you would have to go upstairs then come back down if you parked on the lower level. Its pretty clean and organized. I dont have any complaints.

They are price matching and have a lot of great prices and deals already. Had somebody walking around to help out and answer questions. This store in particular is clean and has a good parking lot

I was having a terrible morning. My phone died and I woke up late. Rushing out the door I spilled a large bottle of water. When I left my house I assumed the pick up could take a few min. Boy was I WRONG! The sales associate was smiling waiting for me in the drive up with my order and it changed the course of my whole day!!!

Incompetent/untrained staff caused long wait time to pick up item. It took 4 different employees to find an online pickup I had ordered. Finally one “with better eyes” came along and was able to locate it. There are alphabetical bins behind there to organize the packages, so I don’t understand what the problem is?The guy in front of me was suffering as well and was still waiting when I left...thank goodness someone finally asked him to step aside so they could get my pickup started...What should have taken 60 seconds ended up taking about 15 minutes, which was quite annoying to me.

This is by far the worst target I have ever gone to, I refer to it as the terrible target. I work 10 min from here so unfortunately I do still pop in about once a month when I really need something and I constantly reminded how this store is so poorly managed. First thing you will notice at the terrible target is they are always out of things. The shelves are rarely restocked and you have about a 50% chance of them having the product you need in stock. I have dry eye, so I constantly purchase the same brand of eye drops. Most times on the trip to terrible target, I end up having to go to the Jewel next door for items that this Target doesn’t have in stock.Now the best part of this target is the check out experience. Normally they have 2 Cashiers in front, which means about a 15 min wait if you want to go that route. They also always have a line of about 25 people waiting for the self-check out and one manager, helping people use the self check out, when screaming into her walkie talkie that they need more back up to the front of the store. In general with the self check out, if you are lucky you can pay for your products in 10 min. However, it is nice to be able to chat with other Target customers about just how terrible this location is! You also normally have about 10 people waiting in the area for customer service with one employee behind the counter.Look at my reviews, I am not a troll, this is just honestly the worst run target. I feel bad for the employees, it just seems like they don’t have enough budget to hire enough staff. I think if they invested more in this store, the profits would go up. Shopping at this store, feels just like shopping at Sears.

Horrible management, all workers were in the back of the store talking, lines so long they went down multiple isles, and only 1 register open.

I do all my grocery shopping, filling prescriptions, and most of my clothes are from Target. I recently moved and this is the closest target to me now. Ive been shopping at Target since I was young. I recently had an unpleasant experience at this location. One of my favorite things about target is the fact they have Icee machines. Frequently Ill buy one and shop, occasionally getting a refill. I have been doing this for years and I always assumed there were free refills being a similar product to soda with even greater profit margins. This night I was grabbing a refill before leaving. The woman stopped me and mocked me asking if I thought I was sneak out of here without paying for a refill. I stopped and said no, explained to her I had no idea refills werent included, but Id be happy to pay. She patronized me and continued to comment that I was trying to steal. I was happily complying while at the same time questioningly​ the necessity of this and my experience at target. The woman continued to rudely chastise me. I believe this woman assumed based off my age I was just another scumbag trying to get a way with a minor theft. I did not appreciate how she treated me in a simple mistake. I will not be returning to that target.

This is the only store that doesnt hassle you or make you feel low for using coupons!

This target is terrible. The customer service is atrocious. I recently went in to find that only one register was open and only one of the four self checkout registers was functioning. An employee let me know that I could go to Customer Service to pay for my four items, which I did. Just as I was walking up, another person got to the desk right before me. By the time it was my turn, there was no apology for the wait or anything. I placed my basket on the counter and was told they dont have a conveyor belt so you have to take your items out of the basket. She then proceeded to dump my items out and THROW them into a bag. Some hit the counter as she was throwing them in. Ive never had such horrible customer service in my life. I go to this Target at least once a week due to its proximity to my house, but from now on, I will go out of my way to avoid it.

Every employee I past that day went out of their way to say hello to me.The front desk worker was vacuuming by the shopping carts. She stopped what she was doing and asked me if I wanted a cart. The same woman was helping with problems at the cash register. My pinwheel discount was not working properly so she made it work to the discount I was supposed to receive. Everyone again was very friendly throughout the store.

Customer service at this target is by far the worst Ive ever experienced. There is an older lady with glass who always has attitude, hire better people for customer service.

I like target and they have reasonable prices. Discounts are usually on items I use.

I returned a gift without a receipt. The gift was 9.99 each I received 1.48 for one and 2.54 for the other. It was for 2 packages of bath bombs. I received 3 I opened one package It left a sticky itchy film on my body which left a rash. I didn’t ask the person who bought it for me for the receipt I didn’t want them to feel bad. The product is still on the shelves selling for 9.99 each.

Shopping at Target is a visual and sensory treat for me. Often I can find things there not available elsewhere. I like the occasional deals offered, whether its sale prices, free gift card promos, or clearance items. Otherwise, I consider Target more expensive overall than Meijer.If I am making a big purchase, its worthwhile to go to the Wood Dale Target vs Schaumburg, not just because of the comparable distance, but mainly because Wood Dales DuPage County sales tax is only 8% compared to Cook Countys 10%.The Wood Dale customer base is down to earth so you dont encounter fancy, uppity people. Service is good, too.

This Target store is really starting go downhill, its never stocked up and not as organized. I dont know if they changed management, but they need to make some changes quick. It use to be my Target, now will have to go to Jewel and spend extra.

Avoid this Target like the plague! Targets in general I enjoy and make it a purpose to go to over say a walmart or even best buy. However this one is by far not only the worst Taget I have ever been to but the worst general store. The have a lack of product, extremely rude manager and employees, and they have special return policies that only this target follows.Once again, SPECIAL RETURN policies that are different then corporate policy. Strange I know but true non the less. So simply avoid this place if you can but if you do go here, be on guard.

Well, I am NOT a frequent Target shopper. They do have a few neat eye catchers on display, but MOST of the time they either dont carry many of the products I buy, or are just out of them. However today I was pleasantly surprised to discover they carry Blue Buffalo pet food, and probably at the best price I found so far, on the variety that I buy, (that they had in stock). Again, pickings were a bit slim compared to their competition.We actually bought quite a few items overall, including a few cases of bottled water and two large bags of pet food that were on sale. Arriving at the checkout, at 6:00 PM on a Friday, which is a very busy grocery shopping time of the day and week, we found ONE thats the number 1 checker operating the 10 Items or Less Line. Thats it. One line, 10 Items or less, with droves of people looking for a proper check out line. Friday at Rush Hour... One (1) Checkout!So we were forced, with all these large items, to check out at a self checkout line. As I was a grocery store cashier for several years, this isnt normally an issue for me. However, their self checkout counters are also made to handle 10 Items or less! Where am I supposed to put all of these large items, at the only checkout counter available to me?!? Remember, these self check outs work with the use of scales. If you take so much as a greeting card off, your register is locked up until a staff member comes and enters their security code so you can continue. The next problem is, THERE IS NO STAFF other than the One (1) checker, and her own long line. Fortunately, using my past experience, I was able to creatively stack and bag all those items on that small bagging area scale!Well, the one (1) checker Im sure saw the pissed off look on my face, and this actually very apologetic and helpful lady, while explaining to us that all the other checkers were on brake, did what she could to offer help. From past experiences shopping at Target, I am going to assume they actually only had One other checker working. No store would send more than one checker on brake leaving only one, on a Friday at Rush Hour. Either way, their front end management needs a stern review.Finally, i will say this one (1) checker, that was handling her own 10 Items or Less register as well as 6 Self Checkouts, is the ONLY reason I gave this visit (2) stars... one more than this store had checkers on a Friday at Rush Hour!Hey Target, I think you need to give this one (1) employee at Target in Wood Dale a raise and a few others pink slips!P.S. I wont be back. After so many other bad past experiences, Im done giving Target in Wood Dale any more chances.

I had an interview for a job here seems when I showed up for my interview, the person who was supposed to do it, was not there. He did not have common decency to show up for my interview. Employees were scrambling to find someone to interview me. This was very unprofessional. Its been almost a week since this happened and got my rejection letter today. I would not recommend anyone work here or even bother trying.

I love shopping at Target. Great prices and various collections of clothes, electronics, footwear, foods and many more items for a daily needs of an normal lifestyle.
