Great Service! Easy to get a hold of! Very happy with this company. I had to send in an Onkyo receiver for service. I spoke to Neli a few times during this process. The most helpful in this was that I was able to pay $40 for shipping supplies. If you dont have your factory box or have trouble finding packaging, definitely go this route! Bigston Corporation is an Authorized Repair Center for Onkyo USA. I have a Flagship Reference AV Receiver that needed a new and updated Network Chip replaced on the HDMI Board. The receiver is 6 years old, and Onkyo covered the repair. For transit, (60 lbs. freight) it was FED EX Ground to and from Bigston, Wood Dale, IL for the removal and replacement of the entire HDMI board. The service from Bigston was superior and sensational. I actually called to expedite the job, and they moved my repair to the front of the line, (RUSH) in order to make a Monday FED EX pickup. Bigston, a private company, was outstanding with my overall experience within their customer service, including communication with their staff. This is why they are a Tier 1 vendor for most major consumer electronic companies in the United States. If youre component is out for repair, (they have an SMT line), Bigston will do it right. Could not be more happier. Thank you!
