To the store manager. One of the employees just lied to my face about the availability of a phone just because I walked in 6:45 pm and the store closes at 7 pm. Not only that, he locked the door right after he scanned the store inventory in his mind. All this, instead of telling me that they were about to close and couldnt take care of me. I couldnt get his name but there were only two people at the time and the other one was talking on the phone in the back of the store. This is not the first time I visit this store and its not the first time I have a bad customer experience. I thought TMobile was supposed to accommodate to its customer needs and not the other way. Im sorry I work until 6:30 pm everyday. This is not a rant, it actually happened. Hope this helps.
Employees locked up 20 minutes early all I needed was a charger and when I knocked they flipped me off

I just wanna say thank you so much! to Mahmoud for helping me and being honest with me ! I been having lots of problems with another T-Mobile in Bensenvillie and their where not doing their work it took 5 weeks to not have a phone so I decided to go the one from wood dale and their where two guys their where so generous and really nice and just trying to get the things go and doing their job thank you so much !

Transferred 7 lines from ATT last month and all went well. Knowledgeable staff that was able to answer most all of my crazy questions. They were quickly able to find answers for my other carrier specific issue and how to work with them, specifically issues in how to bring ATT phones over to their service and get them working properly. I will continue to do business with this location as my need grow.
Horrible experience at this store, turns out one of the sales representatives named Brandon L has been giving out my personal information to my ex boyfriend and has been harassing me telling me not to talk to these certain numbers. I stopped in the store and spoke to the manager and ask why the associate has been doing this and told me she will look into it, I emailed the store but havent gotten a response to when this will be resolved and if the rep will be still working for Tmobile, I would think twice coming to this store if I was a customer of Tmobile. The only reason this store is getting a one Star is because there is no option to give zero! Completely upset and mad that nothing is being done for my safety and personal information as a consumer. CPNI seems to not matter in this store.
