Went to WoodDale location 9/26/2021 and was informed I needed to pre-pay or pay at the pump. I did not like either one of those options as I like to pay inside once gas is pumped. I took my business elsewhere.

I was there and I had rewards i wanted to use put my number in and the lady never used my rewards for cigarettes which is the main reason I went

Pumps are almost ALWAYS So friggin SLOW whether its warm or cold outside.

Worst Thorntons ever

I drive a diesel SUV and they have plenty of pumps available. The prices are very competitive And they keep the area neat and clean. It pays to become a refreshing rewards member as to save on fuel costs and the occasional item inside the store.

Nice prices

Prices are the best in town but the customer service is non existent. Employees are typically on personal calls on speaker phone, or have a friend in the store and talk to them the whole time during a transaction. The employees seem to take no pride in their jobs and severely lack customer service skills.

Most of the staff do coke, especially in the back

I would like to compliment Jackie in security at the Wooddale Thornton gas station (store #307). I accidentally LOCKED my keys in my car and she was MORE than accommodating in helping me with calling the Wooddale police to come and help me out. She was very nice throughout my time there and she even had to wait on hold for almost 10 minutes before reaching someone at the police station. She helped make a bad situation much more tolerable - in a professional & friendly manner. Thanks tons Jackie for being so kind & helpful - wish there were MORE people like you out there!!

Any other day Id give 5 stars. But not today. Bought a pack of smokes Steve rang it up...wrong kind, told him. So instead of voiding and ringing the correct pack which had a discount on it, he charged me the full price of the other. I told him that the price was wrong and very rudely he told me I was wrong and they were the same price. How does one not have the 75cents off sticker...but the ones I want do have the 75cents off.....wth?! So I just paid the full amount.Very terrible customer service from that man! Then when I made a concerned comment to another employee I was told...oh Steve is from a different store sorry that happened!Everyone else there provides great customer service but the one at Foster and 83 always has cheaper prices for gas!

Lady was rude on the phone. Didnt seen like she wanted to do her job at all.

Stopped by for cold drink. Nice selection to pick from. Easy in and out.

This gas station has the best gas gives me lots more miles than others plus its cheap

Wide selection of snacks drinks and food. Really good gas prices, join the rewards program and you can get up to six cents off a gallon
