This company is absolute TRASH. I Bought a Sirona XG3D x-ray machine (dental cone beam machine) for over 110K in July 2013. I financed it for 7 years, paying over 180K in total for the whole thing including finance charges. I recently moved my dental office to another location nearby, I had a dental contractor move all of my equipment including this x-ray machine to the new location. During the transfer, a small plastic gear in that machine chipped and needed replacement (see attached pic). I contacted Patterson in 11/2021 to get another plastic gear (shouldn`t be worth more that a few dollars) to buy a new one. Their first answer was that its only sold in a full assembly of 1400$ plus tax (which I was okay with). Furthermore, They denied me any replacement parts unless that repair is done by them, even though I have paid off my machine in full. a Job that takes less that 10 minutes will be charged to you as a 20-30 hour job for over 400$ an hour. Leading to this piece of plastic that is worth less than 2$ ...ending up costing you over 10-15k in charges. Please use my experience to avoid this terrible company at all cost. I have contacted my lawyer and will be filing a lawsuit against those scammers. Please avoid doing business with this company at all cost! If you do business with them, I assure you, you WILL regret it!

Don’t trust this company. I bought software from them and was told that the installation was included. After I had it installed, they sent me a bill of over $7000 for the installation. Now their collector is threatening me with a lawsuit if I don’t pay. And they shut off my service and continued to charge me the monthly fees.

We have been very happy with the service we have received. Our Rep. Kim Anderson keeps us up with specials and new products. Always provides dates for trainings. Next day delivery do so appreciate that. Techs by most accounts very knowledgeable. Return policy very fair. Im happy with how Patterson has treated my offices.

After buying 800000, service stinks no follow up, no support. suckstoo expensive and no service watch the billing it is so confusing that you give up
