Big Lots is the best and this location has a great staff, and is well stocked. Big Lots offer value for name brands and new product launches. They have a great furniture department along with great seasonal buys. If you join their club you will receive coupons and notifications for upcoming sales. They offer on-line ordering along with store and curbside pick up. I go to this location off off Irving Park least once a week.

Always come here for the 5 dollar blu rays. Never ever leave empty handed.

I like shopping at Big lots. I find some nice stuff at reasonable prices. But when I visited today with my fiance it was so hot in the store we were dripping in sweat after 10minutes of being in the store. We couldnt shop the whole store because it was too hot and started to get head ache from the heat. You really need to fix that not only for the customers that spend there hard earned money but for your employeesMichele Neylon

Horrible experienceI placed an online to purchase 4 outdoor pillows and requested same day delivery. I received constant text notifications the delivery was picked up and on its way. The delivery arrived and of 4 pillows ordered i had only 1; which matches nothing else. I checked my email and it stated that the remainder of my order had been canceled and that i can look at other stores to locate.I called the customer service number and was given the number to the store in wood dale where the item came from ; and informed they would just give me a refund. As I contacted the manager at the store i as told i needed to return the item in person. I explained i do not live near a Big Lots store which is the reason I placed the order online. They insisted all refunds must be in person. I am not spending more money in gas than i paid for the item. I will never order from Big Lots again. Terrible customer service.Never offered to make it right! It isn’t the money it is the principal and the lack of concern for a customer.Frustrated with stupidity

Always find nice things there at reasonable prices. Used a coupon, and my husband is an essential worker, so, we got an extra 10 % off.We spent just about $300.00, so every little bit helps!

Awesome service, specifically from Ryan in furniture. I bought an outdoor fireplace from a different location and when unpacking, noticed one of the pieces was damaged. They were out of stock everywhere, but this location had a display. Ryan disassembled the display to swap out the part with me. This went way above and beyond what I ever expected. Thank you again, Ryan! Give this guy a raise!

If you need cute and inexpensive outdoor decor items this is the place to go. I will warn you that because of the low prices things move very quickly. The staff was friendly and checkout was a breeze at 6 pm on a Tuesday.

They dont have much like simple Heat Protector spray for your hair they dont have. and almost everything doesnt have prices. Theyre a little bit more expensive than Walmart so just save yourself a trip by going to Walmart or Walgreens

Was really surprised by this big lots - products were good quality, well organized, and of course prices were great! You can definitely get inexpensive canned food here. Was also impressed with the gardening section - lots of cheap mid-century planters! Quite a good find.

Great prices on everything! Its always worth shopping here first to find anything I need before checking other stores. When I moved into my own apt I bought almost everything here, from rugs and drapes to oils and spices

Love Big Lots. They always have food and beauty stuff for cheap. I can also find some good finds in their home goods section. The only reason I gave this store a 4 instead of 5 stars is because I have found expired food and expired hand sanitizer on two separate occasions. So make sure you always check expiration dates before buying stuff.

Amazing selection of wrapping paper and some pretty decent holiday decor. Not a super amazingly bright and clean new store, but its big lots. the staff were helpful and polite.

Bought a sectional sofa was delivered with holes in the bottom of it. They sent a new one and that came with a broken back but didnt notice until 2 months later when I went to move it to sweep and mop under it. Make sure you look over your furniture when they deliver it. Not happy 😡😠
