The largest selection of hardware you will find anywhere. They even have specialty items that big box stores dont have. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Hands down better than any place like it.

After catching nothing but stress and grief from several other locations in the area, he solved my issues immediately and then went above and beyond to see that my product was shipped out to where it needed to be. Was kinda disappointed in the Wood Dale location. The website and the door of the building said the floor was open. Went up to the door and it was locked. There was a staffer in there helping someone but ignoring us completely. We stood there for half an hour, even tried calling to the store and he put me on hold. Half an hour later he finally comes out and says he was closed for cleaning. There was no sign, no reason for the doors to be locked when there is a customer inside. I understand its covid, but you can take a few seconds to write a sign saying you are closed for cleaning so you dont have customers standing outside for half an hour wondering why they are being ignored while the floor was suppose to be open.

If you have a painting project, its the place to go. Great customer service and Great products. They have everything you need. Very Happy!!!

Today my husband had a bad experience in this place ... he is a painter and knows the products that he normally buys, but today the person in charge of this place was very upset, and did not have a good attitude !! we hope it doesnt happen again

Sure you can go anywhere for anything pretty much any self improvement store try to get ahold of somebody to mix a color thats a different story then having the 10th come out absolutely correct for the application which youre doing thats another why take chances go to the professionals get it done the right way everything from paint wallpaper flooring whatever Im not going to put it into some minimum wage disgruntled employee at a Walmart who maybe has all of three hours experience mixing paint to determine what my living quarters are going to be like

Told the kid behind the counter I need to match some flat paint. He argued that the sample I had is not flat but semi gloss. Long story short he was wrong, paint doesnt match at all. Home depot here I came 👍
