I had a great experience buying form car masters, no gimmicks at all. The jeep I purchased was clean all fluids and maintenance was up to date. If you see something you like go in there check it out for yourself.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I messaged Shafi ahead of time and told him I would be away until the day after Labor Day and asked if he would hold a car for a legitimate offer. After returning I called and told him I would be there in 30 mins to purchase the car. He said he sold it the day before for a higher price. Not only did he not only hold to an agreement he did it for greed only. I needed a car that day and was coming to give him a check. Crappiest business ethic I have ever heard of. Based solely on green and not building trust or a relationship. Never go there if you can help it.

Let me start by saying the car was detailed immaculately and the interior was way better than I expected. However if you purchase a car from them as I did be certain you check EVERYTHING!!! They DID disclose scratches in the door and those were as described. But I expected 2 key fobs and there was only 1 ($189.00 to get an additional) but other things I expected were NOT PRESENT.. No Floor Mats... No Jack or lug wrench... No owner manual... No code for key-less entry ($100.00 from Ford to retrieve code) No console trays and no cargo shade. If you are looking for a Sienna forget Toyota dealers and go to Chicago Car Master. I had family visiting from Michigan and they mentioned that they were looking for a used Sienna and they had seen a couple at Chicago Car Master. We went to check out the place and found atleast 3 Siennas which we liked. Not only were the cars in Pristine condition, they also had a rear DVD premium package which is rare to find. There was no sales pressure and Shafi let us take our time in test driving all the cars. He was patient and answered all our questions. We ended up buying a 2015 Sienna last summer and 15K miles later we have done nothing but oil changes and tire rotations. The car cost us almost 4K less than a Toyota dealer. Highly recommended.
