I had never had an accident before. Stock auto body was very informative, friendly, and kept in contact the every step of the way. Great location, very nice and welcoming waiting area, and not being from town, they were very helful with directions. I also want to mention Dillon, he went above and beyond in helping me retrieve my plates off my van. I wasnt able to get over there in time to do so and he offered his time. Great service and great customer relations. I was leaving for vacation and had a significant mechanical issue on my newer Ford Explorer. Dealership could not get me in at the last minute, but Stock was able to get me in (when they were booked up also) and get me and my family on the road. It’s that kind of service that you remember.

Drove from Dallas Texas to Illinois and my van broke down twice. I didnt have enough money to replace front bearing after I paid for the 1st repair, he helped buy and replace the bearing for free & I drove back to Texas.Truly good people still exist.Being rich is doing something to someone in kindness, something they cant attach monetary value to pay u back.I remember the parting shot, You never know when you gonna meet JesusGod bless you Mr Kent.

I just had the whole body painted and mechanical work done. I gave an old truck a second wind, and it sails. It took a bit of time....more than was thought at first, but looking back I didnt mind. I didnt have the worry that the work wasnt going to be good. Any bugs were worked out without issues. They were polite and appropriate. I didnt feel like I was dealing with pirates.

We have had the pleasure (Or misfortune depending on how you want to look at it) of having to have most of our cars repaired at a body shop. My luck, we decided to try Stock Auto Body the first time. Then, and each time since they have done a great job. I am extremely picky and expect great service. Kent, Suzane (not sure if spelled correctly) Bruce and the rest of the staff truly care.I even hired them to replace a door handle on a van we use to have because I knew it would be easy for them. Think about it, body shops have to know how to replace every part of a car. They were a lot cheaper than the dealer for this too.
