I ordered a part from them, paid a lot more specifically for Priority shipping and they sent it First Class which is slower and a lot cheaper. Ive tried contacting them and have gotten no response and they wont answer their phone. I just wonder how many people they have scammed, Im sure they have made a lot of money just from ripping people off. If it was a mistake why havent they responded?
Dishonest... located the part I needed on their website. Called Express Parts Direct, and provided the part number directly from their website and was told the part was in-stock. Arrived at the store with print out in hand from their website showing part number and price. Physically verified part and part number was correct. Clerk completes my order and tells me that the price was almost twice as much as the price quoted on their website!? I bring to his attention the price on their website, and he responds that its not the same part even though the part number was identical.I typically dont leave reviews even when I dont always have the best experience as I do understand that people make mistakes. However, I do take issue with dishonest business practices.
