The employee were great, very friendly and helpful.I went for vinyl, specifically oracle. They were well stocked and even had 12×12 individual sheets in many colors. I got everything I went in for plus some!

I love Michaels, its a pretty g place. Sometimes I wish they had more products, especially individual poscas, but its not such a spooky place. Lets make seances next time!

Michaels is great by but plan ahead. My daughter had a 30 dollar limit and we ended up walking out with 127.60. But we had great quality time. Also they have arts and craft classes . I feel if your a busy parent and just dont know what to do and wanna stay local stop by and try there classes with your children . My kids always love going there and we spend time making memories. Thats what its really about. And the things we make we can take home so its like a gift that you can look back and enjoy the memories.

I bought all of the halloween decor from Micheals. I like all of it. The fence came apart on my way home, so when I got home I hot glued it together.

There were 2 younger women on the floor who were very polite and helpful but when I got to the register I was blown away by the attitude of the old woman at the register. She scolded me like a child after asking about tap pay and proceeded to ask me, with the nastiest attitude possible, well where is your wallet? She then gave me a very nasty look and huffed at me. I then told her nevermind and left. I haven never been talked to like that before. I dont know if its because she has a bias against my younger generation or if it was her disgust with my colored hair but there is absolutely no excuse to talk to me like a child. I am an adult and a customer and she needs to learn some manners and customer service. I dont reccomend going to this Michaels. Im gonna stick to the stafford store.

Looked up times online and arrived at the location prior to the posted closing time only to find out that the shop had closed an hour earlier. The following night tried again this time earlier and was told they were out of product. Kinda bummed since they are the spot for icecream.

I had a very large custom fame job done and I just wanted to leave a review for Janeace. She was great and went out of her way to ensure my senentmenal giant frame job was completed. I had an issue with the backing (again its a very large frame job) and she was just so great making sure she did everything she could. I just really appreciate her level of customer service.

I love Michaels! The one located in Woodbridge always has such variety and the workers are so helpful. They dont just point the aisle out when you need something they walk you over and ensure you get what you were looking for. I came for supplies for my daughter social studies project. I had my lost together but what was great was after I explained the project the employee gave suggestions to add onto the project to bring the vision to life. It was a very successful trip. I also love the curbside option as well that they are offering since covid.

We were able to get what my wife needed, but just barely. We were able to get the items a little less expensively. Its a small box store.

A good selection of basic crafting supplies, but they are not holding up well in the times of COVID. I was turned away empty-handed from curbside pickup 45 minutes before closing, and was told on the phone that they are understaffed.An option if you want to gamble that theyll actually honor your curbside pickup order, or have an hour or two to wait in line, but otherwise... look elsewhere until theres a vaccine.

Friendly staff. Great shirt wearables has some great and unique colors that I could find elsewhere in store. I like the sister collection great variety of colors that are manageable. I like the Christmas section the have a lot of ornaments. We choose a key ornament, it is glass. I love coming to this location.

I take my sister, challenged, ther for crafts that she makes for all the holidays. They dont always have the greatest selection, but they ALWAYS have extremely helpful people on the floor. Since I am pretty much clueless as to what is where, that is a huge help. Store is laid out well, good sales, but great, helpful people, some thing in short supply theses days!

Usually has what I am looking for. I seem to love to forget to bring my coupons.

My husband requested that I redo a memory box and funeral flag that he had in honor of his grandfather for Christmas. I went to Michaels, and as fate would have it, Abdul was there to help me. He said he had previously worked at Fort Belvoir and was happy to offer his expertise as both my husband and his grandfather had served in the military. For the next several hours, we went back and forth planning what eventually turned into a stunning tribute. I left completely amazed Abdul took so much time to make sure he got the planning right. When I went to pick up the piece, I was moved to tears. I never dreamed we could create such a beautiful memorial, and I knew my husband would be incredibly proud. If you need anything from the custom framing department, Abdul is your man. He takes the time and care to do it right, and your finished product will be above and beyond your expectations. We are forever grateful for this kind, caring and talented man.

Went there on a Monday and it was actually pretty busy. They need more cashiers at check out. But it was still worth the trip. Expensive but worth the trip.

Happened to be in the area so stopped. It is much nicer than the Michaels close to where I live. Wish this store was closer!

I do understand with everything going on that it can be a lot to work through these times but if your going to offer curbside on the same day you should be able to fulfill it. They should limit the number of orders a day instead of false advertising with same day pickup. So in my opinion don’t order pickup if you expect it the same day.

Theyre redoing some of the things in this location so things are not where they are according to the website. The planner I came in for was not on the racks even though it said it was in stock. Luckily, I spotted it in a bin on the top shelf and an associate was able to retrieve it for me. Needed the planner for tonight so Im so happy I was able to get it! Also super happy they have a teacher discount! 15% off everything, everyday!!!!

Nice employees. Neat well organized store. Stress-free parking.Brought in item for professional framing. The piece measured 11.25 x 15. I was shocked to discover the cost was over $200 - this is Aaron Brothers SALE price, in addition to the coupon discount!Chose a smaller frame with smaller matting. Got the price down to $160. I still felt the price was too high but needed the item framed as quickly as possible for a gift. They did a wonderful job.However, when I had more time, I checked out local family-owned frame shops. I had same sized or similar sized items professionally framed at much lower cost than Aaron Brothers framing sale price. The 2 family-owned local shops I went to both did excellent work. Both use high quality frames, acid-free matting, and non-glare archival glass - just like Aarons framing but at 30%+ less than their sale price.Although Aarons did an excellent job - I will not be using their service again. Their prices are way too much for my wallet.

Did not have what I need

The employee during checkout process was very rude. I was not greeted and she had a poor attitude.I purchased two picture frames. Upon telling her I had a coupon, she replied you cant use a coupon; without giving any explanation. My husband showed his military ID for military discount. She rolled her eyes and huffed.She was going to hand me the frames without wrapping or putting in a bag. I asked if she could please wrap them. The employee questioned me and I replied, yes, they are frames and are fragile. She obviously had no idea the items should be wrapped nor how to wrap (poor training per Michaels). While poorly attempting to wrap the frame the glass breaks. The employee did absolutely nothing to solve this, so I offered to go and get another one. When I returned she was fooling with some duct tape. I patiently stood there for a minute then asked what do you need the tape for? She replied, you want them wrapped. Again, very poor training on Michaels part as tape is not necessary. I told her to give me the paper and I would take care of it. I also had to ask for a bag.Sad to say this is not the first time Ive had this type of experience at this location.

That place is a mess! There are no employees to be found when you need help, and products are all over the place!I went there to get a paint kit that was listed as available on their website. When I arrived I could not find one. So basically I made a trip for nothing.On another occasion, I had picked out a few Christmas presents on their website. This time I called the store before hand to make sure they were in stock. I even asked the employee who I spoke with if they can hold the items for me. She said she would. I arrived about an hour later and nothing was on hold. Luckily I had a helpful cashier named Kitty. She went out of her way to pull the products from the aisle for me. She even scanned a coupon for me that I did not have on hand. If it weren’t for her I would’ve been furious. It’s better to go to the Manassas. Their store is more organized. They will hold products for you, you will find what you are looking for and the customer service is better.

Would give no stars if I could. Their managers are rude and disrespectful. Was cussed out for trying to get a deal that I was entitled to. Be warned. This location is TERRIBLE! Older gentleman with a receding hairline and a heavier set woman with washed out red hair dye are who I am talking about.

Pretty similar to any Michaels. For some reason, this store does feel oddly set up compared to some others. It can be hard to find items and staff are pretty scarce to be able to ask questions. That being said, I havent had an issue other than not finding what I want. Dont forget to use the coupons in their app.

Excellent resource for crafting needs and framing services. This is usually our first stop when searching for artificial flowers for decorating projects. Framing services are amazing, with professional staff and digital previewing ability, as well as some of the best prices. They have done many framing projects for us and we have not been disappointed yet.

One of my favorite stores no matter the time of year! They have great deals and make sure you sign up to receive coupons as they always have them! The staff is knowledgable and polite if you need help finding something or doing a craft.

Love this Michaels store!! I have had quite a few items framed there over the years and they have always done a super job! I had an item framed there five years ago that needed a small repair, and they took care of it quickly and at no charge!

This location has a wonderful staff. They know the floor plan and are always willing to help you find an item. They even take your packages to your car.

Its a nice place to look for stationary and crafts items, but the discounts and specials you see from the coupons and in the actual tags at the stores are kind of fake. Dont trust them thoroughly until you go and check out in the register! You should be truly careful with that

I love to craft and Michaels is always a great place to shop. There are always great sales and coupons. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is that they rarely have common black t-shirt sizes (large and extra large) or the clear plastic/acrylic tumblers that are advertised for creativity projects. Other than that, I love them!
