Dropped my car off a month ago. I still dont have it back. I was told 2 weeks ago about a back order for a part. Ive called and left messages for the mechanic to call me back and so far nothing. Im trying to be patient and understanding but its difficult when youre paying for a car you dont have. There has to be something we can do to fix this but I cant get a call back to see.
Very professional 👏Took my car to get fixed after an accident my car was returned better then before the accident super pleased with their service. There was a problem with a part for my car (not their fault at all it had to do with wrong part being send to them) but they took the time to even fix another minor bump my car had for the wait. Staff super friendly. Definitely will recommend.
Lindsay coordinated with my insurance, set up everything to include quote, talking to insurance, brought me to the rental car place and allowed me to drop off the rental car at Lindsay. The convenience and ease of everything is just icing on the cake. The best part is the actual work they did. My car looks 100% brand new. You cant even tell they did work on it. They blended the colors perfectly and best of all, kept me updated with daily calls of where the car was at in the process. David was the repair team lead, I absolutely recommend him specifically if you can.
Lindsey collision center is the best. The people are very friendly and make sure you understand the whole process. They keep to their word when it comes to the work they complete on your card. Wow. I had the most pleasant experience…they went above and beyond. Alex was fantastic. I had used another body shop on Rt. 1 before. While their work was great, the experience was an absolute nightmare and I’ll never go back for that reason. I’m really fussy about good work and professionalism…everyone there ticked both boxes. Had a great experience with this body shop before and thought Id have them repair my other vehicle but theyve just disappointed me today. I had my wife attempt to drop off vehicle and she was running about 30 mins late due to kids school (first day). She was told she was late and employee decided to turn around and walked away, afterwards.I was able to speak with supervisor but obviously the supervisor did understand my point and stated he wouldve helped or provide a solution while my wife was still there but he wasnt aware of this situation. I really appreciate his efforts but Ive decided to choose another body shop to work on my vehicle at this point.

After getting hit I brought my vehicle here to be repaired, both cosmetic and mechanical issues that occurred from the accident. After about a month, most of the exterior damage was erased. If there was no other issue I would have been giving this place at least a 3 star rating for their effort. Why the one star you ask? That is exactly what had happened here, with McCain giving a reason for my vehicle wobbling while simply driving down the road to tires being mismatched. I know your thinking, well didnt you have tires of different sizes on your vehicle? Answer is no, all my tires are the same size different brands, but the same size . After being told my tires were the problem, the shop was ready to ship back my vehicle to me. After calling my insurance adjuster,I was notified that not even the work that was ordered had been completed. After getting the wonderful scammer line of the tire belt has broken any need new tires, if your not aware of this scam there is no such thing as a higher belt that can break in causer tired to form in the manner of in which these individuals claim. There is a belt of medal match going around The outside of your tire, if that ever breaks your tire peels apart literally and is not usable in any way. After receiving my vehicle back after the Repairs have been done to your swing arm, Locate in the opposite end of the vehicle in which the damage had occurred. I received my vehicle back with an even worse wobble then what had been turned into to the shop to repair. Very disappointing for an auto group who claims to be the best in the region.
Our car was taken to Lindsay after another driver ran a red light. They assessed it quickly and determined it was a total loss. They were very good. However I didn’t appreciate the sales side trying to sell me a car even before my car had been examined.

First time accident experience.I rear ended a car and smashed most of the front left of my car. I chose Lindsey because they have a great reputation and my insurance company warranties their work outside of this area. Tatum was my representative from the beginning and she kept me constantly updated on the process. The day I picked it up there were some small issues that I was unhappy with and she ensure it got corrected promptly. All in all it was a very easy process. I was also able to drop my rental off with them and drive my car away. Great work, amazing customer service. I recommend anyone to use them for collision repair.
Lindsay was great throughout, even during this difficult time. Kept me informed all the way. ThanksOnly issue was that the steering wheel was dirty when I picked up the car. I took it home and cleaned it myself.
I wish I can give them negative Zero star rating. As I walked in there was no type of greeting or any positive sense of customer service. I was the only customer in there and the two girls in the front looked like they just hated their job. I thought that this establishment was professional, but I was so wrong! I dropped off my car at Lindsey Collision Center Woodbridge VA to get work done and they promised me that my car would be ready in 24 days. After 25 days, I called them to see what time I should come to pick up my car and they said that it was not ready and I should call them again the next day. I called them everyday after that day and they kept promising me that my car would be fixed next day. I finally get the pick up date my car after 37 days dropping it off! When I went there to pick up my car I found three different colors on my car. On top of that the finishing of their job is very poor like anyone can guess my car had collusion body jobs done.Thats outrageous and so unprofessional. They are so dishonest that they don’t wanna accept their faults and tried to handover the car with unmatched paint and rough finished . They not even clean the car inside whatever mess they made it. everything else just looks cheaply done. In conclusion, I do not recommend this establishment at all! I have already told all my fellow colleges in DC and VA to avoid this shop and I want to tell you too to save yourself money, and time and take your service somewhere else.
Lindsay made auto body repair extremely easy. I simply dropped my car off, they explained what they were going to do to repair the damage, brought me to room where the Enterprise rental car representative was waiting. Next, I signed and initialed a couple of forms and the representative went out and brought the rental car to me, and explained the features of the vehicle.Finally, Lindsay finished my car a day earlier than scheduled and a friendly and very helpful Lindsay representative explained everything they did to make my vehicle look great. If you need auto body repair don’t hesitate to ask them for a quote.
David B. of Lindsey Collision in Woodbridge handled all the insurance headaches for us when I car was damaged. Even though it is 3 years old it came out looking like new. The body work was fantastic as was the customer care.

I was so scared, I was never in this situation before. I walked into beautiful treatment right off. Reception was knowledgeable and kind. The adjuster was careful and thorough. The next step was to know about rental cars. He was a gentleman as well. I changed my mind before I left and he was cool with that. It was like I was on the red carpet. Ending, my car was fixed like new! They even waxed my car.
Well two of my vehicles was vandalized last summer and I taken both of them there because I had a good experience going through geico and them having quality control and all but I took my 2009 gmc Denali truck there and they had to paint the whole truck except roof and one door so I paid the difference for the complete paint job now mind you there was no dents it was really just take it apart replace windshield and tires the rest was prep work and they did a sorry job at sanding the scratches out my truck is black it shows where they use the da to sand the scratches out and in one area I still see scratches my truck was in perfect condition and Im sure they have pictures on file cause the adjuster took picture on my first visit and Im very particular about my truck and cleaning it now is up setting when you spend almost 12k you figure being a dealership collision center they would do better work.
I love that they kept me posted about my cars progress. And they made sure I had great condition parts put on my vehicle. If I ever get into an accident again I will definitely use them

I unfortunately had to get the front of my car fixed and I selected this location to do the repairs. I was updated everyday about what was being done to my car each day and how long it would take and if any problems arose I was made aware but luckily there wasn’t any major problems. The customer service I received from the very first day of this process to the last day was phenomenal! My car looks like it did when I first got it, which makes extremely excited!
This place is the worst repair shop Ive been to. I went in because there was a scratch on my rear bumper and got my car back in 8 days when it was estimated to be 2 days. They will not get your car fixed quickly. Dont go here youre wasting money and time. There are other repair shops in Woodbridge that will get your car fixed a lot quicker.

Excellent, friendly and courteous service. They collaborate with Enterprise rental car, right next door, making it super convenient to hop into a rental car after dropping your vehicle for repair. The rep is great about staying in touch with you if changes occur. My repair took longer than expected, but the rep was good about staying on top of communication to let me know the part they needed to complete service was taking longer to come in, which I didnt mind, my insurance company was covering the cost of the rental. The shop hours are long and offered on Saturdays until noon, making it convenient to pick up your vehicle when repairs are complete, without having to take time off work. I appreciated the customer service offered.
I was given excellent service and exceptional customer service. My bumper looks brand new again after my recent fender bender. I received daily text messages on the status and when it took a little longer than projected, I received a personal phone call to apologize for the delay. My insurance company (GEICO) recommended Lindsay Collision, set up the appointment for drop off and repair, and had an excellent rental car from Enterprise waiting for me. Everyone was so friendly! I would highly recommend them even if you had to pay for it out of your own pocket.

I thought that this establishment was professional, but I was so wrong! I dropped off my car at Lindsey Collision Center to get work done and they promised me that my car would be ready in eight days. After eight days, I called them to see what time I should come to pick up my car and they said that it was not ready and I should call them again the next day. I called them everyday after that day and they kept promising me that my car would be the next day. I finally received my car after 19 days dropping it off! Thats outrageous because I told them that my car was a for-hire vehicle and my income depended on my car. For those 19 days that I did not go to work, I lost $200 everyday that I could have earned, but since they did not give me my car I could not work. Thats a total of $3800 that I lost in income for the days I didnt work. Also the car had such bad work done. My trunk does not close properly now and everything else just looks cheaply done. In conclusion, I do not recommend this establishment at all! I have already told all my fellow colleges in DC to avoid this shop and I want to tell you too to save yourself money, and time and take your service somewhere else.
I never have the time to write reviews. But users be advised. Lindsay auto body Woodbridge VA should be removed from Geicos list of body shops. The customer service up front fail to realize they are client facing. The rudeness and unprofessionalism beggar belief. I walked out of Lindsay auto body Woodbridge VA and moved the repair shop to Chantilly Autobody where I got flawless levels of customer service. I would not entrust trust my 18-year-old daughters C Class to these folks.

I have used Lindsey before and loved the work performed on the vehicle . I was rear needed this time and a lot of damage was done to the rear of the vehicle . Took 3 weeks to complete the work . TatumIs assume . She always answered my email / calls when I had questions . A little snafu at the end, but the experience was great . TatumIs very professional and it was a pleasure working with her .

No problem at all getting our truck in but they had it for over 2 weeks was told be done by the 10 th, we didn’t get it until 14th. One of the parts that was ordered was used on another vehicle so we had to wait longer. Wasn’t very happy about that. Our USAA rep was nice with checking in and out.
The service was great! Having it as a Geico Xpress location made things so smooth. The communication was perfect and i was always updated when something changed. The folks were friendly and knowledgeable. I hope i don’t have to use them again but if i do need collision work, i know where i am going!

They did a good job on my car and worked hard to find the right part but the big turn off of why i am rating 3 stars is that they referred my phone number to their salea department and called me trying to sell me a car! I paid cash for my car and have no interest in buying another one 2 years later. For that reason i will not use them again and when i do buy a car it wont be from Lindsay. It made me feel like they are dishonest

Excellent service and follow through. The hospitality and care for myself and my vehicle was top notch. Lindsay Collison not only got me in and out within 30 minutes of my initial drop off, they put me in an immediate rental waiting at the center comparable to what I was originally driving. They kept me in constant feedback via text with updates. There was also a personal call when things were not moving as quickly as promised with an update with what was holding back the completion of my vehicle. The nice surprise was the car not only fixed properly, but it was vaccumed and waxed along with the wheels polished. That is above and beyond and much appreciated. I hope not to have to do business in the future with them but if my car is ever in an accident I will have them as my first pick and will recommend Lindsay to everyone. I asked to speak to the manager because I was deciding if I wanted to leave my car there for repairs but had concerns with the customer service and his response was, “oh sorry about that I’ll talk to her “ and just continued back to the shop with a smile on his face. I’ve worked in the auto body world for 8 years and have always had higher standards for customer service, you are the first face they see when already dealing with a bad situation. Needless to say I took my estimate and took my $7,000job else where. But the estimators were awesome (for Geico and COD.)
