What was combination of dumb back out of a parking garage and a neighborhood hit and run, Vision made all things right with the world. They buffed out and repainted my fiances front bumper on her Toyotta Corolla and got rid of the dents on the left rear door from what looks like a slight bump hit and run. Before and after pics make it look like nothing ever happened. We live in the area now but we already know we plan to use Vision for all our auto body needs. Bryan even worked with me and the insurance company so I only had to pay the deductible which was a small drop in the bucket! Dont bother with any place else. Just use these guys!

Steve (the owner) is someone you truly want in your corner when youve been in an accident. Hes thorough, precise, and also compassionate. I was driving up from FL for a week in VA when the back of my Honda CRV was struck by a motorcyclist who was driving between lanes. In addition to the body/trim damage done to my car, the collision also crushed my muffler and tailpipe assembly. Knowing I was only here for a week, Steve was quick to inspect and assess the damage needing repair. He worked with the claims adjuster to get the job estimated and work expedited. During his inspection of my car, he also noted and fixed a problem with my left rear axle assembly (unrelated to the collision) that could have created problems during my return drive home to FL had he not discovered and repaired it. His cost for that repair was significantly less than I would have had to pay my Honda service back in FL. Lastly, he took care of returning my rental car so I could just pick up my Honda at his shop and head directly home to FL. He had my Honda looking better than it did before the accident. I was very happy with the cost and quality of his work. Thanks Steve for saving my vacation from its very bumpy start!!!

One of the best body shops you will come across ever. I pretty much had my entire Sti painted here and the guys did a pretty much perfect job. The prep and attention to detail is impeccable my car has never looked better. The guys even let me come anytime I wanted to see the car in its different stages during the process. He even plugged the tire on my daughters car because on our way to pick up my vehicle the tire went flat as the result of a screw. Didnt charge for the work. I picked Vision Collision after being rear ended a couple of weeks ago because of their five star reviews, and I can say they deserve five stars! For sure! Extremely professional, kept up communication through the whole process, guided me through all the insurance questions I had, and were very fast and efficient! We had the folks here at Vision Auto inspect our car after a collision with a deer. The vehicle was deemed a total loss and they worked with me on the process. It was disappointing to know a deer could do so much damage, but the folks here did their best to work with me and my insurance company through the whole process. Superb attention to detail, superb work, superb customer service. I took my rescued 1991 NSX to Bryan with what I thought was an impossible job. A cat had jumped up on my NSX and clawed through the car cover, destroying it and scratching into the clear coat in several places. In addition, I had a Lexan rear hatch that was almost completed occluded. I asked Bryan to do his best, but I expected nothing but bad news. I was wrong. Several days later, Bryan called and said everything was done. The car was outside when I arrived. I stopped dead in my tracks because it looked better than new. I was at least the third owner of this vehicle, and it has never looked better. Wow...just WOW!

I recently took my car to Vision for repairs after an accident and I am in absolute awe by the fantastic customer service that I received as well as the speed of the repairs and the workmanship. Incredibly impressed with Vision. We had a difficult situation dealing with another drivers insurance company and third party agency that took a while to resolve. Vision was very patient and helped us navigate through the process. Several times when I was there, I also observed how they dealt with other customers. Very impressed, would highly recommend!

I have taken my car to Vision twice for body work and both times my expectations were exceeded. Their work is flawless, they pay attention to detail, and they dont cut corners (which in my experience seems rare these days). They also have the best customer service ever! I’ll start this review by saying that I am the type of person who pays very close attention to detail, I do my homework before walking into a situation, and everyone starts out as a suspect to me🤨, especially auto mechanics!That said, I’ve now been going to Vision Autographics for the past five years due to their consistency in providing outstanding customer service, quality and reliable service on my vehicle, and fair pricing; any one of which qualities are near impossible to come by around here. Each time I’ve had to pay these guys a visit, I’ve left knowing that it was undoubtedly time and money well spent! I can honestly say I trust these guys to always do right by me. I highly recommend that you stop in and give Vision Autographics a chance at any of your autobody needs. Even if it’s something like a simple marble that has rolled down the air ducts under your seat, and is now rolling around under your floor while you drive, (guilty 😬) ...these guys will know exactly what to do, will get the job done right, and if at all possible will actually go out of their way to save you time and money in the process. By the way, that marble situation was one where an Audi dealership tried for several hours to get the marble out only to tell me that they can see it with a small camera, but would need me to come back for another estimated 3 hours (which I would need to pay for) so they could remove the seat, floor boards, etc., to see if they can get the marble out. I called Vision and they had the marble out in less than 5 minutes. Didn’t remove the seat or any panels. This is what I mean when I tell you they have always taken care of me and have always kept it straight! 👍🏽

Used this shop for aftermarket work and auto repair work post accident. Great guys and excellent work, paint matched perfectly, repairs were top notch. Also used them for window tinting, great service there as well!

When my car got crunched in a hit and run I asked the dealer where I purchased it where they take their cars. They recommended Vision Autographics. Vision did an amazing job! I got rear ended and it destroyed two-thirds of the back of my brand new 2015 Nissan Sport edition. I barely drove it to Vision and right away I was greeted by Bryan with a refreshing welcoming attitude. I was so frustrated and honestly heart broken, but he immediately gave me a sense of relief by showing me amazing customer service. Not only was the car done fairly quickly, but Bryan constantly called me with updates on how far along they were and answered any and all questions respectfully and patiently. The car has a performance body kit and paint and everything matches up perfectly its like it never happened! All the small details are there as well like redone paint, wax, pinstriping...They even washed the inside and outside and balanced my tires just to be safe.I got it back recently and could not be happier I almost broke out into tears when I saw it. I recommend Vision to anybody who needs help with ANY bodywork with their vehicles! Thank you to Bryan and the team for bringing my baby back to life!!!

Excellent auto body repair along with professional customer service.I had my first car accident and needed to have my rear bumper replaced. I called the Woodbridge Honda dealership which happened to be where I purchased my car and they told me to go to Visions since thats where they take all of their vehicles. I was running late and past their (Visions) closing time but they patiently waited for me even though it was 30 minutes after hours.While my car was in the body shop I would call periodically to check up with questions and they answered all of them with patience, honesty, professionalism and humor. I truly felt like a valued customer.When my USAA insurance estimator called he asked why I chose them and I explained that the Woodbridge Honda dealership recommended them to me. He then followed up by saying, Good choice! and continued by explaining how he sent other USAA members to them after other auto body shops failed to correctly repair their vehicles.Once I got my car back it was beautiful! It looked brand new and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend Visions auto body collision repair to anyone.
