They are so nice!! I was having issues with my car accelerating & they fixed everything up for me. They are really nice and honest people, even picked me up and took me back home since my car was out of commission. I’m really glad I found them, they’ll definitely be my go to mechanic shop for now on! Support small business!

Normally when I go to get an inspection in my area it takes a while but this has been this quickest experience for me.

Let me just start of by saying that I appreciate A&S and the honest service they provide. They have done several services on my vehicle and have always done an amazing job. The people are friendly and eager to help in any way they can. I live in MD and will continue to drive to VA because they are the only ones I trust with my vehicle. This is the best auto shop in Woodbridge and you wont be disappointed with their services.

Great place, friendly staff. Took my car several times for service from oil change to repairs. Honest people, competitive prices, fixes in reasonable time frame. Going distance to come to the shop every time but every time it’s worth it because I know they take good care of my car. Thank you for all your service.

I moved to the area because of the military. I researched all the auto repair shops in Woodbridge. I found A&S Auto Service and I have been impressed ever since. I bring all my cars to A&S because they give you dealership quality without the dealership pricing. Muhammad and Musab consistently give you professionalism and their expertise with every experience. A lot of business have gotten away from great customer service. Im glad these guys have not. They treat you like you are apart of their family. I recommend A&S for repairs on your automobiles.

I came for inspection on my vehicle the car had no problems at all they fail me for bushing then I saw people from his country came and they all pass I’m not raciest but this place is really mess up I took to another place for second opinions and they pass right away please stay away from this place in Woodbridge.

Nice company. They gives you proper vehicle assessment. They even notify you of future conditions that might need fixing. I dont go to anybody else but them as far car mechanics.

Customer service is the worst. Went in for brake change and as soon as I pulling out the tire came off pulling out from thier establishment. When I went back to get it fixed they first told me it was just a scratch but my tire got messed up from the drop. When I went to speak to a manager they first said the owner wasn’t in. It’s a family owned business and they don’t take care of there customers. Sad business I’ll be reporting their business

These guys are friendly, affordable, and prompt. I came here to get my inspection done and I was in and out. Being a female, some auto shops try to give you the run around, case in point, I got a price quote from 2 different auto shops on a particular service, and they both quoted ridiculous prices. I came by here and checked with the owner and he gave me a fair and honest price. Definitely recommend these guys. They have a new loyal customer.

I had an okay experience here, the mechanics know what theyre doing but they need to work on their customer service. The dude behind the desk was quite rude and had an attitude. Prices are decent with a bit of waiting time

I Had to go there for a flat tire and I didnt know anyone around here. A&S fixed and checked both front tires for $20. I was super surprised, owners and staff were super friendly and respectful of me as a woman, I will return for safety inspection! Super recommend them. Sounds like negative reviews are from jealous competitors or dishonest clients

Bad customer service

I took my car for inspection, they told me the brake light is broken and they changed it for $15 and I tought it was a reasonable price, so they changed it, but a few days later my roomie told me I need to change the brake light, so I checked and I noticed they took off the old light bulbs but never put the new ones!!! Its unbeliaveble they never changed them and they charged me for that. The manager is so nasty, he was yelling to the employees. I never go back to this place. Be aware if you decide to take your car for mechanical reasons this is not the best place, they are so unprofessional and unuseful shop!

They don’t know anything about business, customers service, and professionalism They are fake and all wants to do is take people’s money and not complete their work. Mohamad made me sale my $7000 cars for only $1000 because he messed it up instead of fixing it. I hope they will learn how to take care of their customers and business .

AnS auto is the only place I take my cars, been dealing with them for over 25 years. Started in Springfield then Woodbridge, even went to their Tysons location when Route 1 location shut down. I Refuse to go anywhere else. If you want anything done right the first time at a fair cost AnS auto is the place to go.

Frankly, I have come to this shop several times to fix my car for just a minor problem, which we all know that even a minor dishonesty of a shop can put our life into a fatal incident. Unfortunatly, this shop did everything to my car in a improper way, unprofessional, dishonest, and expensive way. Even, you can not complain about their service, because they will show a very repulsive reaction back. I believe, they just set there to get money from working-class people just for nothing. We all know that driving is a crucial thing in life, if you don’t wanna play with your life. Don’t ever go to this shop.

Took my car in for an issue and it turned out to be an issue with the tires. I was not charged for the diagnosis. Nice shop and honest work.

Needed a inspection by the end of the month, but was worried about lines considering its 6 days. But I pulled up with no line and inspection was done in a matter of a few minutes. Very nice people & respectfull.

Great shop!!! My first experience was a couple of years ago for inspection. Zip, zip fast evaluation and done!I have had 3 bad past experiences around Woodbridge and glad I found Mohammad. Since then I had my 3 vehicles inspected with same great service. Then I took my friends 2005 Amanti in there who had been told he needed a new A/C compressor. We left 20 minutes later with chillin A/C and a bill about $60. That was 2 years ago and 25K miles and A/C still works great! fyi - 3 other state inspections elsewhere: The Rt. 1 Citgo that got torn down for Rt. 1. I had to install a new windshield cuz of a 2 crack I could not even see unless in the passenger seat. Technically, he was right. But, a new windshield for my 1993 old van. Errrrrr …. Then, a coupon took me into a place on Old Bridge near 123. lol - same van. Had to pay for a new boot on the front suspension cuz it was dry rotted. Errrrr … Same old van --- someone stole my state sticker. Took it to a BP shop I had used for years --- they put new wipers on it and told me ~$30 for that and inspection. I made them get the old wipers from the trash. Somehow, the rubber was out of one of the guides. I slid it in and I told them 2 months ago I put these on for the last inspection. They refunded me. I returned the next day and told the co-owner the story. I never used them again.Anyway, I state that Mohammad is honest, good customer service, etc. I think some reviewers were not treated as well from an employee. I am sure that if they had come back and talked with Mohammad he would have taken care of it. AND - 3 of the reviews look like some competitor with fake info., hence why they did not respond to Mohammads offers.Mohammad -- you need to get Rt. 1 google posting removed. I tried to flag it, but there is some glitch.

Dear friends.Today I am taking this opportunity to define my experience with this Auto shop. As a customer I’m very disappointed from their management to their worker class, I recently took my car this shop and as soon as I walked in i noticed their greeting was very poor and rude. They asked me to pay $85 just to check the engine light before doing anything else. unfortunately I agreed and lefty my car at their shop, after a few hours their manager called me to change multiple break parts. I provided them with all new parts in order for them to fixed the car, after another few hours their manager called againand said the car is ready I picked up the car and drove it to Washington DC. Which was 20 miles away While I was driving back home with my family from DC my car Breaks failed and went out on the High Way with children in the car it was a very scary moment for all of us specially for my sister whom is pregnant, Fortunately we all survive and I was able to stop the car on the side of the road.we called the towing Truck to move the car back his shop. The next morning i came back to his shop to explain the Situation about last night his Manger start ignoring me and showed a very bad Attitude. They blamed the Auto parts for giving me a bad part and I had to take it back to exchange it, when I got the new part Mohamed over charged me for Doing the proper job and correcting his mistake .I ended up spending almost $950 dollars just for replace my Brake pads, calipers, Brake hoses and routers plus taking a hung risk for my family and my self, I’m welling to provide any documents to prove my experience with this Auto service.Thanks for not doing a Proper job.Mr. Mohamed I think you need to focus on your customer service and behaviors instead of accusing people of Racism.
