Took my Van to have the Generator serviced. Service Department told me it was took much work for them to handle. I needed to take it to the Cummins dealer in Manassas. So I Did!Holly Aces is listed as a authorized dealer to work on Cummins Oman Generator! (Mind you)The dealer Oman dealer wanted $1500-2000 just to do a diagnostic on my generator to find out want was wrong with it. A new generator cost $6000. I said order me a new one. Sorry theres a 3 month wait. The only thing wrong with my generator was a belt needed replaced.I went to tell the owner of Holly Aces and he was the rudest man ever!... He could care less about servicing his customers. He told me I dont have any mechanic That have the knowledge to work on generators or motors, thats why I tell people that buy million dollar boats to find a mechanic on their own.IF THAT Isnt BAD BUSINESS I DONT KNOW WAS IS! SURE IS A BAD AND RUDE OWNER!

Unimpressed with the services offered here at Holly Acres. Do not bring your equipment here unless you want your time wasted and pieces to go missing.My boss dropped off a trailer to be repaired & received a phone call that it was ready. He had been waiting for a phone call after being told that Holly Acres would contact us about the trailer being finished, as we are on a time sensitive work schedule and needed it ASAP. They were rude and unprofessional on the phone call and told us the trailer had been ready for hours already, blaming us for not contacting them first, after we were told we would be contacted by them. Having already wasted this time, we went to get the trailer. Arrived on site at Holly Acres just to be given the wrong trailer, and then told it would be an even longer wait for our correct trailer. My boss, frustrated with the services rendered by the employees, asked to speak with a manager about the unacceptable miscommunication. Upon asking, he was sworn at by an employee who very nearly escalated to physical assault upon their interaction. Not only was my boss treated poorly by those at Holly Acres, they also lost a pin belonging to the trailer they were working on, rendering it potentially able to disconnect during transit and become a danger.Their conduct was unacceptable as a business and they failed to communicate with their customers and employees, and were extremely rude with paying customers as well. Highly disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism at Holly Acres. Would recommend seeking out services at other places to save yourself the time and headache of dealing with these people.

Dealing with this business was a nightmare. Management and staff was rude and does not work with their customers. Will not return phone calls. Ordered the wrong parts. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Will not ever buy, sell or store any boat or RV at this dealership. Would not recommend anyone to do business with this company.

I wouldn’t take my boat here unless (1) you don’t want to see your boat until Fall or (2) you don’t mind some parts of your boat missing or broken. Phil has an integrity + communication problem, did not fulfill any of his assurances with regards to the safe return of our boat. Few times he literally lied that our boat was already being painted, little did he know we live only a few miles from Holly Acres.We got our boat back weeks later than promised, discovered bolts and lights were missing. Phil told us they will arrive at the dock within the week, returned from our vacation and nothing’s been fixed. So needless to say we cannot use our boat out without the antenna.Will never ever take our vessel to this place again. Very untrustworthy.May 30 response to Mr W. Garber:Thank you. Terrible costumer service, kept my boat trailer over four months while servicing. I had two separateWork orders on my trailer both of which were not completed correctly and I had to leave my trailer there longer for the jobs to be done correctly.Holly Acres charges way too much for such poor service and quality of workmanship.

Terrible service. Yamaha boat was in for diagnosis. Didnt seem to even understand simple issues with ECU and couldnt find specific oil leaks. Follow up was pathetic. Left a message for an update and calls were not returned. Picked the vessel up, checked in engine bay, foot lockers, fuel tank basin to find at least 150 gal of water between those areas. The boat had been left uncovered for a month & a half. BBB complaint coming...

I would love to give less than one star to Holly Acres, but I cant. I will just let the story speak for itself.I bought a used RV for a trip across the US. It had two problems: the right turn signal wasnt working and the generator wouldnt run longer than a few minutes at a time. I also wanted to get all of the fluids and basic components checked before my journey. My boyfriend and I talked to Holly Acres, and they assured us they could do the fluids and would see what they could do about the turn signal. They also said they would do a state inspection for us. Obviously we knew we would fail that without a fixed turn signal, but again, they told us they would fix it. They also said they could look at the generator, but they were more hesitant about whether they could fix that for us in time. We had about one week before our trip start date.When we took our RV to Holly Acres...first of all, it was extremely hard to figure out where to leave the RV for after hours drop off. Im still not certain if we left it where they wanted us to. Then it was difficult to find the key drop. There is a sign that is easy to see if you approach from exactly across from it, but if you approach from a normal angle, then youll miss it all day.So, we heard nothing from them for a while the next day. We called them early afternoon to ask if theyd seen our keys and RV. We also asked them when theyd be able to start the work. And heres where the problems started. All of a sudden, they said they wouldnt do the fluids check. Then they were uncertain about whether they could fix the turn signal, but would try. And they suddenly didnt even really want to look at the generator at all. We had gone well out of our way to get it there, so we asked them to still try and work on the turn signal and the generator.The next day went by, and we heard nothing. So we called them late afternoon. They said theyd looked at it and hadnt been able to fix the turn signal and basically told us everything we already knew as if we didnt know it. They literally said well we ran the generator, and it doesnt run longer than a few minutes. As if this was supposed to blow my mind somehow.Why on earth they didnt call me earlier, Ill never know. When we went to get the RV, I had a failed inspection sticker because, as you may remember, I had a broken turn signal. 😱 Also, it wouldnt start. I was charged $160 for an RV that was worse than when I left it. They acted as if they were doing me such a favor by only charging me for one hour rather than two hours of work. Like what?I genuinely think I was scammed by these people. There is NO reason they should have the words RV Service anywhere near their service. They wasted precious time before my trip and ran down my battery on my RV. Then had the nerve to joke about how different RVs are from boats.I cant speak to their boat service or their sales. But their RV Service is a scam. I would never say that lightly. At the very minimum, it shouldnt say ON THEIR WEBSITE they do oil changes...if, you know, they dont. They also said they dont get into the engine or electrical components. Um, okay. Then you dont do RV service. Absurd. Do not take your RV here.

Great place to store your RV or boat. In house maintenance and parts store takes care of annual safety inspections, and other needs including propane tank refills. They will pick up your RV from your Holly Acres storage site, do the maintenance and return your RV to the site. Its very convenient.

I really enjoyed my visit here. Its a family-owned business that goes back generations. I was pleased with the work that I had done on my campervan at their service department. You can tell this is a good place when the workers are happy and in a good mood and clearly very knowledgeable about RV service, which is a big change from many other RV dealer service centers that I have visited in the past. I even had tge opportunity to talk with the owner and president, who told me not only about the history of this place, but the entire region, as he is a native going way back. I got here before they opened, and they were able to work me in. I would definitely return to Holly Acres in the future.

Just had a very positive experience with the folks in parts and service at Holly Acres when they installed a base plate on our tow vehicle and tow bar/brake system for our successful towing. Dustin (Service Manager) was very helpful in organizing the service we needed. Misty (Parts) identified the correct parts for what we needed, and was very helpful as we picked out additional parts. Tom (Master Technician) was meticulous, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. His work is absolutely first rate, we felt very fortunate to have him working on our vehicles. Nick (Technician) was the first person we met, and was very helpful explaining to us what we could expect. We felt well taken care of. Since we store our motor home at Holly Acres, we got a discount - which is always great to have!

I took my camper in to get the AC gasket replace. It ended up needing a little more work than that but I am extremely pleased. Art was a pleasure to work with in the service department and Nick did the work and it looks great. They even washed the exterior for me...added bonus. They met their estimated repair time and the price was competitive for this area. I highly recommend them!

I do recommend Holly Acres Service but felt it necessary to mention the following.In the past we have always been satisfied with the service but for the past 6-9 months they have not been responsive. They failed to reply to multiple phone messages and never replied to emails. I finally had to take time off from work and drive down to Woodbridge. I then learned of the internal changes of personnel. I was informed of their plan to improve service and be more proactive.This past Saturday my wife and I were at the service department and scheduled a service using one of their coupons. We signed the normal service request BUT were not informed of a “valet fee” of $25 dollars to drive the RV from their storage lot to the service shop.Today I received my bill which was approximately $50 higher than expected with the coupon. When I questioned the amount they were quick to say I signed the authorization for the work and didn’t want to hear that for the past year there was no $25 dollar valet fee. I later spoke to the manager and we discussed the issue and he agreed to a credit of $50 dollars which included the valet fee and the higher amount above the coupon charge.I understand they are trying to improve and it will take time. I think they will get higher ratings in time, especially if they continue to communicate with the customer.

Its pretty good. My spot is super tight and I have tremendous difficulty parking my RV due to a combination of narrow lanes, tight spots and inexperience. When I expressed doubt about being able to successfully park my RV, I was told I better start practicing.

When we arrived at Holly Acres back in November of 2017 from the West Coast, Art and Dustin took us underneath their wings and took our Class A and winterized it. Being new to the area, the whole gang made us feel welcomed and important. I was very impressed with their customer service. As of today, a year later, Art and Dustin and the whole family at Holy Acres, still impress us to this day. Their attitudes are of welcoming spirits of fun and laughter. If you ever have a chance to stop on by, please do. They are terrific people with a fabulous attitude. PS.. Their service is great. We hooked up our trailer all ready to go from storage there when we noticed the lights didnt work. Come to find out the issue was with our towing vehicle, not the trailer. Fantastic service from the Holly Acres team on my RV, from parts and storage to the entire service team. Did a great job acquiring and installing a Blue Ox tow bar and base plate from my RV and tow car. and to Tom for doing the great install work and walk thru. And, when i suddenly had a slide malfunction on a new RV - they quickly troubleshot, ordered the needed parts and installed it. And, fixed a entry way glass problem at the same time. Everything was done per the estimate and done amazingly fast - got the slide problem in and fixed within the next day - much quicker than you could even get an appointment at another location. Tom also went the extra step of checking the other slide and lubing them both - better than new. This is my go-to place for anything on my RV! And, i must also credit Thor for covering my slide problem under warranty, even though i chose to use a non-Thor dealer for the work. They were also quick to give me approval, thanks to the great written estimate from Holly Acres - nothing slowed the actual work and ordering of parts. Thanks again to the entire team!

They are extremely knowledgeable and their customer service is what customer service should be!!!! Sin, our mechanic, was fantastic and performed the job quickly and flawlessly. I bought a used boat on consignment from here in June 2018. The boat was purchased and maintained at Holly Acres since new in 2006. Im fairly new to boating and incurred some beginners bumps and bruises last summer. Each time I needed help, the service team (primarily dealt with Art) have been exceptional. This year I have/had an intermittent electrical problem and even though it took a return trip, they squeezed me in and made time to troubleshoot. Heading to get the boat now but even if the problem isnt resolved (fingers crossed), I appreciate their willingness to accommodate me. I know they are extremely busy but they still make you feel part of a family.

Unbelievable unprofessional. They promised us we can pick up the RV any time 24/7 or they would drive the RV out on the parking lot for us. I just called one day before to let them know I will pick up my RV 11.30 pm. They told me my gate card is not set up for this and I can pick up the RV only on the business hours and they would never drive out the RV for us because they werent allowed to, which we totally understand. Also they told us we have electric hook up so we can leave our stuff in the fridge.When we arrived the electricity was unplugged and we had to clean up our fridge for an hour! All food was wasted.Also it took them 2 month to send us back our security deposit.Never ever again with this company !!

Big place, trying to find it, not fun. 😡That time we found it clear across the property. 😡OUR Cup for the trailer tongue jack was missing & 😡our wheel chalks were missing.😡Talked to them yesterday after waiting to get it in the shop for work. Specifically called back to ask if it was put back in our spot. Phillip said yes. It was NOT. Went to ask where it was, & they had it behind the shop.😡The cover wasnt on correctly, so cover was filled with water!😡Filled with water bc they broke one of our straps, which we have extra but didnt know to bring!We pay good money for storage and service! How about treating customers & their possessions with respect!So much weekend time wasted when we couldve been on the water!

Ive been an RV storage customer nearly 5 yrs, but the core of Holly Acres amazing attitude & culture can be found in its staff. In the Service Dept, for example, you can find peopke like Art, Dustin, Tom, Nick, Sin, Ira and the perpetually smiling face of Mel. This group wants you to be happy & satisfied as a customer, and not just because its their job. In the Parts Dept, Misty is no exception. She always goes the extra mile to track down the hardest of parts to find, (which is most of mine), with amazing knowledge, timeliness, and value. I just had a very challenging & extensive 2 week repair on my RV, and the entire staff was amazing. Even Holly Acres owner, Bill, and business manager, Jeff, extended amazing courtesies to ensure my repairs were completed to my 100% satisfaction. It may sound cliché, but the personal attention you receive really does feel like youre their top VIP customer. They spent 2 hours trying to do it and didnt complete it only for fear of damaging my car, which is a model they are unfamiliar with. They did it like it was their own, kudos to you guys. Went back to Holly Acres to thank the tech who assisted me (Jeff) with the info to successfully rebuild my trim and tilt motor and to order some additional parts for my boat. Both (Jeff) and the service manager (Art) provided me with unbelievable customer service the two times I have gone there this past month. Additionally, they offer a decent military discount which is always a plus. Holly Acres is always my first stop when needing parts and supplies for my boat or outboard (Yamaha VZ250TLRD). Most times they have the parts I do need in inventory, but if they dont have them they have a fully capable staff (Judy) that can quickly find and order the correct ones for you.

Do not refill your propane tanks here, they just charged me 6 dollars a gallon to top off a 20# tank with 3 gallons because they charge $18 for a fill. Even after I complained that the tank wasnt empty they just shruged and said thats the price.

The sales staff will spend most of their time trying to convince you that the competition is garbage. They are very negative and high pressure salespeople. I guess thats what you do when you dont have a waterfront marina. Try Garretts Marina for Key West boats. Theyre nice and wont leave you feeling like you met with the boat mafia.

I am a raving fan of Art, Nick, and Dustin and the Holly Acres team. Dustin responds quickly to e-mails and you actually talk to him on the phone, not like leaving a message and never getting a call back from some businesses in the area. Dustin understood my issue, knew how to resolve it, and told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. He told me he would have the parts department put aside the parts I needed so they would be there when I showed up. When I asked how long it would take, as the other place in Manassas I used to go to took over 2 months for a simple oil change, Dustin told me they would take care of it while I wait. Great, now I thought I would be there all day. I took my rig in and an hour and a half later my issues were resolved and I was on my way. I was amazed, but I really should not have been based on the reviews I read and my first impression with the team.Please let me share my waiting experience, because it tells you a lot about the organization and people. I experienced their interaction with several phone calls and walk in customers. The professionalism in dealing with each individual was breathtaking. It was like the individual they were speaking with was the most important thing they had to do that day. Then after they were done speaking, the team would talk about it to make sure they did right to care for the individual. I could tell this was not an act, but a daily way of operating. The other thing I noticed was the professionalism and communication between the service desk and technicians. First, every technician was dressed in a clean Holly Acres uniform. Next, they just didnt pick up the paperwork and drop it off when finished. They spoke with the service team to make sure they fully understood what needed to be done beforehand and then back briefed them on what they did when they took the paperwork back. Oh, and not a single grumpy person around the place!Sorry for the long review, but I thought it was important to share as I never received this type of service at the business I USED to go to on Manassas off Balls Ford Road. I will always go to Holly Acres from now on and highly recommend them to others.

My husband and I were traveling from Florida to Connecticut with our travel trailer when the axle from the trailer, failed. We stopped in a shop in Ocala: Walts Brakes and More, to have it replaced. After two days waiting for the repair, we departed to continue our trip. We got to Virginia, when we saw that the axle had shifted ( the mechanic shop had forgotten to weld the parts that fasten the axle together) Luckily we found a shop in Woodbridge, Virginia: Holly Acres RV Marine. They saw our difficult situation and they gave us priority and immediately worked on the axle, doing a great job, welding the parts, and putting the axle back. Because of their prompt and efficient work, my husband and I were able to reinitiate our journey and got to Connecticut safe and sound without any disruptions. We just picked up our Regal 28 Express and we absolutely love it! The boat is a dream come true, but the staff at Holly Acres made it the best possible experience! From our salesman, Shan, who made sure we got exactly the boat colors and features that we wanted no matter how crazy I drove him with changing my mind (lol), he showed the patience and genuineness of a saint! To Barbara who made the financing so easy and got us an awesome rate, to Jeff, the captain extraordinaire who showed us everything there was to know about our new boat, and even down to the detailers who made sure it was squeaky clean, and the tractor drivers for so carefully driving our boat around, and getting us hooked up and ready to go on our long journey home! For storage, this place is large and the roads are kept to a decent size to allow coaches to pass through and park. Pricing is suitable for the area, since its right off a main road, and in PWC you dont pay RV tax it may be worth keeping it there. Not really sure about their shop - their technicians werent able to fix a relatively simple leak so we took it to Safford RV (who found it immediately), but never had any issues with them - have always been friendly and courteous. Will continue to store there.
