This company is absolutely fantastic! From the time I contacted them to discuss kitchen layouts to the time of drivers of the product. Every stop of the way- I was informed of what was going on with the cabinets being built, the delivery from the manufacture, and even from Trinity. The discussion of the cabinets were focused on what worked best for this kitchen- and Trinity expressed their professional opinions, while also attempting to ensure personal desires were achieved. Justin went the next step and staged all of the base cabinets in their respective positions along the wall they are to install against- while I wasn’t home and even locked up the door- which made for ease of installation for those who are DIY’ers. I definitely plan on using this company for future builds and any special projects. You won’t go wrong in choosing a company that feels like home, treats your home like it’s theirs, too and truly wants to tailor the products to what’s best for your lifestyle.

Justin Becker went above and beyond to help me find hinges for Kraft Maid cabinets I had installed in 1985. He connected me with Kraft Maids customer service department and he stayed on the line and worked with the representative to find the correct hinge. If he will do this for someone who is not even a customer and never will be (I live in another state), imagine how he will treat his customers. If I lived in Virginia, I would absolutely be using this company for all of my kitchen and bath renovations..

I needed a kitchen upgrade. Over the last 25 years we have had severalcompanies repairing and patching needed areas of our home.I never felt the competency or integrity was high enough to meet my demands of my kitchen project; until I meet Justin Becker. He won my seal of approval with all of his knowledge and suggestions for my kitchen. He made a digital schematic of my kitchen layout after taking exact measurements of my entire kitchen in 15 minutes. He asked the right questions and gave me solid solutions.Justins product Kraft Maid is a quality made maple cabinet, with out the high price tag.This man is a gift from heaven that will work hard for you.Justin delivered the cabinets himself in his box truck. He unpacked every box and inspected every door and drawer.I recommend Trinity Kitchen and Bath to everyone who wants the job done right, the first time.I would like to retract my praise for Justin Becker. My opinion is that he will never spend his time selling you a small order of cabinets. He only follows the big dollar orders. Let me explain: I am a home owner and do not work for Kraft Maid. I was not paid to write a review for this business. However, you never know how the contractor/ kitchen distributor will handle a problem until it happens. Justin was a total disappointment. My kitchen drawer was defected. He did not catch that when he delivered the product. I called him and he reordered new facing. Not a new drawer, just new facing, which was fine. The front facing was very defective not the drawer. So, Justin just dropped off the new facing at my front door and left. Why?? I had to call him again to come back and install it and measure for my laundry room for more cabinets. He finally agreed to come back on Aug 18th to install the new facing and measure for my laundry room cabinets. Then, he disappeared. I have texted and called him many times. Finally he texted me back with so many excuses it made me sick to my stomach. I have not heard back from him and I will call another rept from another distributor. I spend over $7k on my kitchen cabinets. He told me the laundry would less than $2k.I will never recommend Justin Becker again.Lee
