If you hate great service then stay away! These guys are the BEST. They always deliver quickly and on-time. Alyssa went above and beyond for us on a weekend to find a battery that wasnt listed in their system and that nobody else could get ahold of for whatever reason. Not to mention that whenever the delivery guys come to drop off batteries, they always take our old cores and credit our account regardless of whether we remember to ask them to or not. Today we went to get my van battery looked at as my van wouldnt start. I worked with Dan and a tech and they were both outstanding. Extremely helpful, friendly. On advice of my mechanic, went there to get battery checked bc my car was dying on me while driving. The battery checked out fine, but my alternator charge was low. The very nice man in the office (wish I had gotten his name! Red head, 30s) made sure to come out to tell me I shouldnt drive the car too far, as it would probably give out on me again, and should get it to my mechanic immediately. Which I did, and the alternator is being replaced.

Manager was rude, condescending, and treated me like a tool. Basically had the attitude of take it or screw you. Guessing he’s somebody’s kid that can’t get a job anywhere else. All the employee’s kinda shrugged their shoulders and agreed, but what are they going to do.

Great battery, last longer than a die hard

Over the last 5 years I purchase my car batteries from Interstate. They remove the old battery, add a new battery, test my electrical system to ensure its working properly, and all right there while I am waiting. Maybe 20 minutes. They have replaced my car remote batteries, my key remote, and my garage remote batteries. This place knows service. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the store has been remodeled, and they have everything you need for batteries.

I am giving one star not because of the quality of the product but because of customer service. I looked online and the store near me was listed as “open, closes at 6 PM”. I called the number listed for that store and after getting the info I needed I told the guy on the phone I would be over before they closed. He said OK I will see you then. After pulling the battery from my truck, finding a box to put it in, I drove to that store (in my other car) and found it was closed and it was only 4! So I called the number listed which is the same number printed on the sign at the store and the same guy answered. He said he was at another store twenty plus miles away and that they all share the same number! He assumed the store near me was closed due to the holiday yesterday. When I informed him that the website said that this particular store was open until 6 for Black Friday he had no explanation other than to apologize to me and asked if I wanted to come to his store which I did not. So after removing the battery from my truck and putting it in my car and driving over there I am back home and still have a dead battery. I would go get a battery somewhere else but the one that I have is still under warranty with Interstate. So now I cannot use my truck tomorrow until I go back to that store to get a battery!

Great service

Customers have to wait in their vehicles to get service due to Covid 19. The service man knew other cars were waiting after he serviced the last two cars, but went back inside and started to work the forklift onstead of servicing the customers that were already there. Subsequently we had to call to get service. Very poor customer service and I will not be returning!!!

They Always have what I need, Ive purchased for a amusement ride, forklift, car, truck, tractor, motorcycle, man lift, and even my lawnmower. rapid response & comparable in price for a quality battery. Theres always a cheaper option but you dont get the reliability of a interstate battery.

If you need a battery for anything, this is your spot. From AAA to large truck batteries, they have it. For cars they sell economy batteries for less than anywhere else around.

I gave them a really good review but then yesterday happened. They sell refurbished batteries for $60 which lasted about 2 years in my car, and I have bought several, and referred family and friends to them. The last battery I got from them, the worker told me he didnt have the normal size for my car but would give me an adequate one and that I could bring it back if there were any problems. I came back because it had only been 5 months but my car would start without a jump. I brought it in and servicemen agreed the battery was a smaller o e and that it was borderline enough to replace it. When they came in and told the manager/higher up, he got mad at them, took them out to my car again and then came in alone to tell me the battery was fine and it must be something else. Then offered me a regular battery for $160 plus installation fees, when I can get a similar battery at Sams for $70 cheaper. Will not be back, and will be letting my family and friends know.

Have been going here for 20 years and all I can tell you is the quality has gone down and price has gone up. My batteries arent even lasting 2 years anymore and I brought a interstate battery up here that was within the time frame to be charged and they wouldnt charge the batteries because they stated they didnt sell the model I had anymore. Save yourself and buy batteries at Costco they warranty the batteries no questions asked.
