Have never had any problem and the have a very large collection of comics plus many old ones they pull out for Comic Book Day. My son and I have been stopping here for years and enjoy doing so. Funky one of the store managers is always very helpful and friendly. Friendly staff and good collection.

Used to be loyal customer but the past few experience of going to this shop have left me shocked. Staff cant either help you because they dont know their own merchandise they sell in the shop or if you are able to get help, they pretty much dont want to help you. Better off going somewhere else or shipping online.

The amount or merchandise here is staggering. Check it out if youre into figs, comics, artbooks etc

Staff is wonderful. You can tell each person in that store has a passion for what they sell. Each one also has a specialty they deal with in the store. I bought some minecraft comic books ( trying to get my son to read more during this summer) but there was like one and it was a few down in the series. The guy took my number down, said he was going to order a bunch of minecraft stuff and call me back. I recieved a call about a week later, with him telling me it all came in. I went right over and bought basically the collection. Short story short, they have done this for me many times. They will go above and beyond for you. You can tell thier customer base feels just like family in that store the way they have a lot of repeat buyers. Thanks Painted Vision Comics Keep doing what you do!

They have great customer service. They’re are always nice & help out. They always have what I am looking for. I love how every week they have new stuff, and yes i’m there every week. I love to build up my funko collection especially with hard to find pops which they have. I’m glad to have a comic store like this locally.

Been a regular patron of this shop since middle school. No complaints. Always on top of what new issues and volumes are out, great pricing on Pop figures, and many cute knick-knacks you cant find anywhere else. I even get a sweet discount for being a regular! In love with this place!

This place is AMAZING! Me and my family just started our collection and some of the ones we really wanted and haven’t seen where all right here! The cashier was awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and overall great guy. I know certain funkos are hard to find, so yes some I really wanted but didn’t get were pricey.If you want quality you pay the price and they are steal cheaper than some I find on ebay. But the main ones I got well beyond worth it. And some even had protection casing. I’m bringing two of my friends who collect here. I’m def coming back, I just hope I don’t buy all their stock (lol) 10/10

Good selection of Magic: The Gathering (MTG) boosters, singles, and accessories all of which are priced fairly. I will definitely be making the trip more often now that I know their prices are right on the spot, even better than my LGS. Also, staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a Spawn subscription with this comic book store and 2 of 3 comics were damaged. I mentioned to the store employee ( could had been a manager) that I would not accept one of the specially ordered variant covers. He immediately gave me an attitude and said he’ll stop future variant covers for my subscription. He said it’s not his issue the manufacturer or delivery service company damaged the comic book so I have to purchase it.That is terrible customer service. If he was a professional and own up to this situation, he would reorder this comic or take it up with the delivery service.He had the nerve to say he didn’t have an attitude and not understanding as to why I was not pleased with purchasing a damaged product. He had a stupid smirk on his face while we arguing.He explained to press out a crease on this comic which would make it better. Wow.I told him I’ll go across the street to another comic book store or EBay for better customer service.Avoid this comic store. 0 stars if it was an available review rating.

I go there for their MTG selection. They have the best singles to buy with a wide variety to boot. Staff is knowledgeable and always down for a convo. Owner is the nicest guy you’ll meet.

The people there are always so very friendly! Me and my boyfriend have been there 3 times now and we always look forward to going back! The people there always make sure to have a conversation and help you find what you are looking for. They have both comics and Magic the Gathering cards. Their prices are very fair and reasonable

Everything you would want in a shop. Clean, well stocked, friendly people. The problem, it seems like half the time I go there I cant purchase what I want because the staff present doesnt know how to look up a magic card. I was there today, in an empty store, no other customers, and the one person behind the counter couldnt (wouldnt) help me because he doesnt know how to look up the magic cards. I left without spending the fifty or sixty dollars I had planned to. Ill probably shop there again, but it wont be any time soon, and I guess when I do Ill call first to see if there is someone there that day that knows how to find a card.

Always terrible service. The selection is great with plenty of variety, but the older gentleman that always works there always seems like he doesnt wanna be there. Case in point, I wanted to buy a figure for an anniversary gift THAT DAY & he says its too high to reach for him & needs to be home in 5 minutes. Apparently more important to him than good service & make a few hundred dollars for business. Would not recommend. Go to 2nd & Charles or Painted Visions across the street for a better experience.

Fun store. My kids and I go there for Magic cards. Today, the clerk explained some game mechanics to my boys and helped them pick out cards. A+

I have a long standing relationship with this company and the owner and employees so my reviews are positive biased but i feel I can bring any issues (if there are any) forward to help them improve. I love getting my British imports and specials for batman and others, the subscription service has been 99% accurate for years and They have been great at helping me and my family pick out gifts for others.

Whatever they dont have they can find. My daughter is an avid manga fan and thank goodness for this place! Its a one stop shop. They will hold orders for you and take your # down so you can pick it up. Saves me time as a mom and money!

I usually have to go in to the store if Im desperate for something. The store is usually overpriced on all magic cards and does not normally update their case. If you come in on the wrong day they wont even help you with magic. Its sad that they even sell cards because they barely have time to help their customers with them.

This is a great store if you like figures/memorabilia or are a manga fan. They had a nice selection of comics, but they have a better selection of manga books and figures. The staff was really helpful and attentive, and made our visit enjoyable. Check them out as we will definitely be going back.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for a while. They have a awesome selection of comics ranging from Marvel,DC,Starwars and many many manga’s. They’ve also got a decent selection of action figures and other trinkets. 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

Its a nice store, but the staff ruined it for me. They seemed to want me out as soon as possible (I showed up in the middle of the day so its not like I was slowing down closing hours).

Painted Visions is a fantastic comic and collectable store. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable about their wide variety of products. They always have a great selection of both current and back issues, as well as a massive amount of collected editions and manga. Easily the best comic store in the area.
