I stopped by to get some purse tags engraved for my wife. The gentleman behind the counter was welcoming and explained what he could do, and how it would likely turn out. After a good discussion we both agreed that what my wife was looking for was embossing, not leather engraving, which he unfortunately does not do.I really appreciated his honesty and his technical expertise. He knows his craft and gives good advice. I dont require his services now, but if I do in the future, I wont hesitate to come back.

This was the first time I ever had a plaque made and I had a wonderful experience I wasn’t tryna pay to much and joe took his time to show me all styles and options I had to pick from really made me feel at home about the whole process & has competitive pricing great service

I am not one of the types to leave a bad review, however beyond terrible service. We ordered an expedited order on Wednesday, and here it is Saturday we are waiting in the parking lot for the product to even start being engraved. Telling us as we were on our way 5 MINUTES before we got there that the original design suddenly could not be done and needed to be changed. Keep in mind they have not adjusted the original price and are charging for 1-2 day shipping. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I came in with a very short-notice request for a wooden plaque engraving, and PWE provided excellent customer service and was able to give me my product in a timely manner and completed with care and professionalism. The recipient of the plaque loved what he received. Strongly recommend for custom engraving/plaques/awards

I was referred to Prince William Engraving by a coworker. They were friendly, professional, timely and informative. They sent frequent email updates, including a picture of what my plaques would look like. Once my order was confirmed, l received it the next day. Im not even sure how thats possible, being that l live in Pennsylvania & the shop is in Virginia. Awesome.

I wanted to get a perfume bottle engraved for my girl friend. I called a few places around and very few engravers were willing to engrave on an item that I would bring in (most would only engrave on an item if it was purchased from them). From those few, only a couple were willing to engrave on the bottle if it was empty. No one was willing/able to engrave on a bottle that was not empty besides PWE. The service was fast and it turned out beautifully. My girlfriend loved the custom engraving on her favorite perfume bottle

Prince William Engraving is the place to go get your items engraved if you care about professionalism, fast service, and outstanding customer service. If you think I am lying, go try it yourself.

These guys did wonderful engraving on 300 poker boxes for our online custom wooden box business. Wish I could upload the picture here. Response from our customers was astounding. Even though they were slightly expensive than others in the area but level of customer service and skill more than made up for it. I am certainly one of those that don’t mind paying a bit more in return for excellent quality and these guys were right up there. We had a groomsmen gift box job done from their Reston location last year and that too turned out beautiful. Very happy with results and will certainly be going to them again.

Best engraving place in PWC. Did an excellent job laser engraving parts of my sons Eagle Scout project (they did the image of Mary on the giant Rosary over at Holy Family... Yeah, the big one on the wall!). Also did a quick turn for the engraving on my mother in laws urn. Wouldnt have trusted that with anyone else.

Top of line engraving and great customer service. Took 4 Hydro Flask to get engraved and they did a wonderful job. I was not happy with the first engraving they did on some of the pints and they were quick to fix the problem to make sure that I was satisfied. I will defiantly be a customer for life.

Dont bring your own item here for engraving. Not friendly AND $25 just to walk in the door, plus engraving charge (on a small item). Go to One Stop Awards & Apparel in Woodbridge. Much nicer shop and friendly.

Product was promised by 4 pm today. Bot done yet and it wont be until 5:45, 15 minutes before they close for a couple weeks. Also, they didnt even have the courtesy to call and let us know. Avoid this terrible business.
