Terrible experience with this company. Had them on 2 different occasions print the logo to my company on shirts I supplied. One the 1st occasion it took over a month to have shirts completed and was dragged along the entire way. When I finally got them they had misspelled the wording on the shirt. Resolved that issue and repeatedly apologized as a one time error. Going against my better judgment and chalking it up to a mistake we all could make I gave them another shot. This time around it took almost 3 weeks to do 2 shirts! And when I got them they had printed the design on the both shirts when I had told them I wanted it done the exact way as last time. He danced around the idea it was his fault and in turn blamed it on me for not looking at the invoice closely enough to see that it said it would be printed on back of both. I told him I had asked you to do it exactly the same as last time and would of assumed that seeing he is the one who did the previous work he would have notes and follow them. At the end he said it was my problem, he wasnt going to pay for a new shirt, and that was all he could do. All he focused on was the fact that I was angry and loud and that because of that I would fail in my business venture. Not once caring about resolving the issue he caused and on top of that insulting me because he didnt agree with my approach. Stay far away from this outfit if you want your custom t shirts done right in a reasonable amount of time while also not being insulted and spoken down to and talked over the entire time.

I had placed a rush order on Thursday evening and the shirts were ready to be picked up late Friday afternoon. I was shocked at such a quick turn around, but also that the quality wasnt compromised throughout the process. The design on the shirt was very elaborate with several colors and it turned out great. The staff was great to work with and more than accommodating.

This a late post by about 4 month, but I wanted to make it known the excellent service that I received from Will at TShirtsRU. I personally love being creative and the online editing allowed me to choice what I wanted and add little bells and whistles around my social media icons. I am picky about what I want and their service allowed me to edit as much as I wanted to until I was satisfied before I ordered. Not mention their turn around time was fast and error free.

Went there to have a few custom shirts made. They have no minimum which is great. Will is a great guy. He was there to help me and gave me a good price on the shirts. Two of the shirts were a little misaligned but Will made sure he re-did the shirts for me and were correct. Overall great customer service and delivery.

I used TShirts RU to make 6 shirts for a small team. I was very happy when I found them because most companies require a minimum but they dont. I sent in my design and received a quote back almost immediately. Will was very helpful in answering all my questions in a timely manner. THE BEST COMPANY EVER. Everyone is great and the shirts are amazing! Fast service and the shirts come out just the way you want them! No need to shop at the mall for shirts anymore because this company excels my expectation.

I went into this business to try on the shirt before I purchased it to make sure the shirt fit. I decided on the small because the young lady working there mentioned that the material was already preshrunk and it would fit exactly like that so I wouldn’t have to worry about shrinkage. I also liked the softness and material the shirt was made of so I decided to purchase that shirt in that size with my design to welcome my husband home from deployment. When the shirts came back they looked like toddler size shirts, they were not the same material and needless to say I wasn’t happy. You could also tell where they left the heat on the shirt too long and the discoloration set in on the shirt and design. I am one unhappy military spouse and vet. They waited until 45 mins til closing to call me to pick the shirts up on a Friday so I didn’t have time to complain if I wanted to because by the time I got there they were closing. I emailed them to express that I wasn’t pleased with the shirt due to it not being what she said it would be prior to me purchasing it. She emails me back on their next business day (Monday) and offers me a 25% discount to purchase 2 more shirts to fix it at the next size. I call her on the phone and tell her that the shirt I received isn’t even made of the same material that I tried on in her business which is why the small doesn’t fit the same. And then she proceeds to say, “the shirt you tried on was a blend and you have a 100% cotton. I told her I ordered the same shirt that I tried on not a 100% cotton shirt at least that is what I thought I was getting so I didn’t want to call her a liar so I said I’m going to say this is a whole lot of confusion right here because it isn’t what I ordered. I hate to say this but this is why I hate supporting some businesses because you know you’re wrong. You messed this up! I would not recommend this business to anyone, go to a REAL T-shirt business that does quality work and takes care of their customers and believes in customer satisfaction. I honestly didn’t see anything of quality in this business and will never do business with them again. When I asked if they could do other things with their T-shirt designs they couldn’t do it, they are very basic, so if you are a basic person maybe this is for you. If you are looking for non-quality T-shirt’s this is for you. Take your business somewhere else.

Any bad reviews about this company are fake. Its bittersweet seeing Will so quickly become a threat to his competitors that theyve stooped to making fake reviews on Google.Will has been printing since 11th grade he is a master printer, and his customer service standards are the highest in the industry. I would recommend him to anyone especially for family reunion T-shirts, DTG, heat applications and embroidery.

Will Grier (owner) and TshirtsRU are the reasons I love and hate Yelp.What I went looking for : a local Virginia Tshirt Printing shop with no minimum orders, a company who is capable of D2G Printing (Direct to Garment Printing) in Prince William County, a company with diverse print capabilities who also has the capability of sublimation printing on tshirts, sock, mugs, and golf balls in VA.What I found : Will Grier of TShirtsRU based out of Woodbridge, Virginia. What I also found was a man with nearly 2 decades of diverse printing experience whose focus isnt on the almighty dollar, but rather the customer, what the customer wants, and what will put a smile across their faces.Which is how I left Wills shop yesterday. Grin from ear to ear. Its rare that I find a company Im willing to drool over online, but Will (and his amazing wife) do a phenomenal job, and while Im hesitant about telling the world about this hidden gem of a growing print shop in Rippon Landing because I dont want there to be a line out the door (which will inevitably happen with customer service like Wills), I also think that this guy and his growing custom t-shirt print shop deserve all the lime light they can get.
