Costco. Buy in bulk. Good prices but as always a lot of people. Not my favorite store but I always enjoy the products they sell.

Great place for shopping for family products and big sizes or values, i always love to use the gasoline that comes with great prices compared to others.Sometimes difficult to find parking during the weekned.Love their restaurant and self checkout expect you’re forces to put all your products out of cart.I love their credit card that comes with great rewards

This Costco is like most where it is a large variety box store. This one has a good selection of many items including fresh produce, meats, and plenty if snacks that my family likes. It does get pretty busy and sometimes the the items are not stocked correctly or hard to find. It is best to shop during the quieter times like during the week before noon and be prepared for some craziness with people almost running you over with their cart if it is busy.

Crowded, no help, long lines at the registers..... As usual.Though I bought their $20 Kirkland Champagne. A real, French, Champagne. Will wait a bit before trying it, but I am confident it will beat any prosecco or cava, not to mention the rest of sparkling wines.

One of the benefits that I use is the ability to buy cheap gas as I travel on my road trip.

Wide selection of items to buy- all kinds of items such as food, clothing, electronics, home items, etc. Many delicious and unique foods here. Prices are affordable. I enjoy eating free samples here too. And get gas for your car when you visit.

Costco is amazing, with any ever-growing selection of organic foods, great return policy, and amazing prices.

Costco has been following trends and have been selling More items that are Organic, Gluten Free, Dairy Free packaged in smaller containers yet still sold in Bulk at a Great Price so it keeps us returning so we are eating better yet Not wasting as much. 🗑🚗🚶 It doesnt seem to matter the time or day, parking close to the Entrance seems to be difficult to find, however, we dont mind walking so we dont even bother. Different stores carry different items, which are nice finds so it sometimes pays to drive to another Location.👥😃😒 Workers are a hit or miss, they are either super friendly or just there to work.📦 They dont have bags, however, plenty of boxes!🔄 Return Policy is one of the Best in the Business. So much so that when a new Product comes out, we sometimes wait to purchase it until Costco carries it because even though we may trust that Brand, you never know... 😕📱 You can now access your Membership card on your phone. Not sure about the iPhone, however, the Android app glitches.🇺🇸 No Military Discount as everything they sell is already discounted.🚫💰 Every month they have different items on sale and certain items that we frequently use (i.e. detergent), we stock up on. 💸They do Not accept Outside Coupons.

It had almost everything I was looking for, but I didnt expect it would. Its always clean. The workers are always friendly. I was pleasantly surprised for two reasons. One, it was crowded but not crazy. Two, the lines were short and moved very quickly. On a Sunday. Ive never seen it happen before, but Im glad it did today. This is the Costco you want to shop at.

I have been an executive gold star Costco member for many years. I sent my 17 year old daughter to this store this morning to return an item and to purchase the different one. However, they couldn’t let her in at the gate. Because they told her that she needs to have her own Costco card to purchase. She has tried to show them her ID that we live in the same household. However, they dined her to let in into the store. Its wired. How can’t same family member do not have access to one membership card? Or Costco police says each family member needs to pay $120 per year inorder to have access??? I don’t understand.. Its really disappointed me.

Bought fuel for the car without much waiting line, 2.69 per gal. Ducked in the warehouse to pick up some rib eyes for Sunday-- beautiful steaks. Grabbed some fresh produce and a handful of other items. Outta there in half an hour. Terrific!

We love Costco. But normally we go to the Fullerton, Springfield one. Went to this one for the first time. Missed the Sitting and eating place.

Big bundles of food. I love the clothes at Costco. So much cheaper than other places. I also love the spinach/artichoke/Parmesan cheese dip with croissants.

Love Costco for the items. The experience at the food court was TERRIBLE! BUT they were trying...too much demand for the amount of people there. Wouldnt stop me from going back and getting that yummy pizza for the great price!

Good place to get both bulk and value. While famous for the ubiqutous 8000 count whatever, Costco had evolved and now offers reasonable sized portions of everything from hangers to bread and everything else.While they have items that always seem to be on the shelf there are some things that come and go just as fast. It pays to snag those great deals before they are gone.The store is always well maintained, well stocked and the staff very nice.

We love Costco and we are all aware that it’s a high traffic store. This is why the restrooms need to be monitored. Whenever I am desperate and have to use their female restroom, I will have to remember to take my cleaning supplies in there with me to wipe down seats and give it a fresh smell but, I cannot empty out the overflowing trash can and sanitary bin.Someone in the store is getting paid to do that and needs to take responsibility for taking out the trash.Especially now that we are all trying to prevent the spread of so many things out there.Thanks for listening.

This Costco near Potomac Mill Malls VA busy just like other Costco. The customer service so slow and unfriendly and unprofessional. Take me over 30 mins for return an item and got rejected because the membership card not under my name (under my spouse name) with receipt. It ok for me to use card to purchase merchandises but not ok to return. If Costco have that policy they should print it clearly at customer service cube. Weve been Costco member for a long time, but this Costco so hassle. I normally dont review things, but this could relief my frustration.

Excellent place to stop and get Salvadorian and Mexican food on the way to Eastern shore on Hwy 50.

Its a Costco! This particular one is on the corner of a large mall, so parking is abundant, if not especially close to the front door. The store is large and generally kept clean, though the layout does leave a bit to be desired on days when its very busy. The inconveniences are outweighed by the advantages however, so while I dropped my memberships at the other two clubs in town, Ive kept my Costco one. The pharmacy, gas station, eye center and cellphone kiosk are all topnotch. The added benefits of the generous warranties and good prices make it a no-brainer in my opinion.

Why is customer service so slooow? 😑Apologizing for the wait while the line is way too long is clearly a bunch of hot air and no respect for a patrons valuable time. 😖Instead of apologizing, do something about it. 🤔

I mean, its Costco. Its open when I expect it to be, they have what I need when I need it. Ive never had issues at this store that I can remember. Friendly and helpful staff. They keep it clean and organized even when dolts are fighting for toilet paper. They do a good job.

Woodbridge Costco is weird, things are not arranged as other sites. Yu have to look hard to find the isles Yu looking for. Where is tomato sauce. ?

This place took my money. How, do you ask? They have so many things that you can’t say no to. I mean why do they have so many things that you want to buy? This location has the best stuff. I mean the best stuff. I am mean, wow. It’s great. Support the Potomac Mills Costco. Okay? They will take your money.

Costco stocks great products and Kirkland Signature is a reasonable brand. I always leave with much more than I set out to get. Employees are hard workers. Store is well stocked and in good order. No complaints in 20 years.

The Costco is very nice and has everything any other Costco has, BUT... being located at Potomac Mills Mall makes parking an absolute nightmare! It is always crowded and the lines are long.

Very good experience. I rarely have had a bad experience with Costco. Sometimes you have to search a bit to find help but it is a very good place to shop with mostly very helpful people.

Ive been to this Costco more than anywhere during the COVID-19 outbreak. This Costco has pretty much everything I need and its all in bulk so I dont have to purchase things so often. Other than a larger crowd than I would like to be around I like Costco.

I have been a Costco member since the early 1990’s when it was called Price Club. I LOVE Costco. It is my go to place for all my needs. The customer service and associates are always friendly, pleasant and helpful. You cannot beat the value and return policy.

Poor customer service. Item in front of full display marked $5.29. Got to register and rang up $6.99. Wouldnt honor the price despite it being their fault. Bait and switch tatic. Guess they thought I wouldnt notice. Went to Customer Service and was brushed aside like my dollars dont matter. Frustrated by the poor service at self scan because the attendant instead of honoring the price just walked away. Had to ask her to come back and take it off since she said I had the wrong one. Was appalled by this and will not be patronizing this establishment again and I hope others follow suit. They dont care so why should we

A great place for almost everything you would need. Its always busy on the weekend, its better to go on the weekdays. This location also has a gas station.

This location gets crowded...but it usually has most of what I need! Parking can get a little blah...but its cool...its what to expect when the Costco is apart of a mall! Still...this is a stellar location...very clean and always has boxes for patrons and their purchased goods.

This place is great! I got a BJs card also, but costco has better prices on CERTAIN things. .

Always love Costco. But I usually never get gas there because the line is insane but I needed it today and wow the line really moves. Didnt have to wait but maybe 2 songs jammin in my car. And the lady checking me out I think her name was Lisa, was so nice and was just dancing enjoying herself finishing off her shift. She was having a good time and scanning keeping the line moving. The Potomac Mills Costco had several really good teams checking people out. Walked up to a huge line there too but wasnt there long at all. I usually avoid this Costco since its extra busy but they really know how to keep everyone moving. Wish the centerville one moved this quick.

I enjoy shopping at Costcos, but I especially LOVE this location. While every employee is not a star, most are exceptional. Their demeanor and overall professionalism is much appreciated. And given the tenuous times in which we are living, to see them set the standard on social distancing is much appreciated. Every place should follow their lead - registers are distanced, the bathroom sinks are distanced, and customers are reminded to maintain distance. It is clear they spared no expense to protect their employees and their customers. Sadly, not all their customers are exemplary. Persons leave their dirty masks and gloves on the ground without a thought of disposing of it properly. But the store takes the time to clean pretty regularly. And they spray the carts clean at regular intervals! Even the self checkout is cleaned after each transaction.I love this store!

A place to get a good different product.

Love this Costco. Macarons on sale. Trying for the first time. They look so yummy. 3 pack T Dale pans on sale for 19.99. What a great deal. My favorite brand fry pans. Kerry gold butter also on sale. So much better than regular butter.

Liked the store. Has a lot of item options. Only thing is not easy to locate stuff is first time visitor. Other staff pleasant and kind. Parking spaces are large enough. Social distancing and masks enforced which is a plus.

I was very surprised at the way things have changed. Costco has added many safety features at the checkout and customer service areas. I felt safe and was able to shop with sense of peace. Thats important for me.

If you can choose, pick this location over the Fredericksburg one. The environment and staff are much better and friendlier. I always come here for bulk ingredients that i use frequently and theyre always fresh and delicious.The other one always feel like Im in some catholic boarding school from the 50s. Big Sister is watching.

Please improve animal welfare conditions at Costco. The chickens are forced to suffer in disgusting crowded conditions and are malnourished and force fed antibiotics. This is unacceptable.
