While not over the top impressive, I must always go during the non busy hours, but I never wait for a cashier unless they are doing a return. Good selection, and fair prices. Always something on clearance and usually something worth the price. Location isnt the greatest, but maybe that is why its a diamond in the rough.

Although Toys R Us is going out of business it was a pleasure shopping at this location since I was a child with my parents and as an adult now.Customer service was always adequate and the selection of toys was unmatched by any bricks and mortar store. The location was excellent and the prices fair. The store is old, but was kept mostly clean and organized considering the amount of people that browse and play with the toys.Toys R Us will be missed.

Nobody seems to consider the restrictions on hours stores have for employees. The staff is mostly very helpful, though there are times when they are all busy. The store is good at getting new products that people are looking for, and the setup is fairly intuitive if you arent a moron.

My favorite place to shop for kids gifts. This location has outstanding customer service (Chad is my favorite guy, always friendly and helpful!), plus they do a price match for everything. My only complaint is the lack of a traffic light - turning left on Telegraph Rd us virtually impossible! :/

Lots of toys for sure. It is a little off the main roads and is a little hard to see. I have never seen it crowded, but I assume that is also because people shop online more now. I always have to budget extra time when I go to have patience to let my kiddos look around the store. They absolutely love it.The bathroom is nasty though. Gross beyond gross. It would be nice to be cleaner when you have little kiddos potty training and you really dont have no choice. But that experience was about a year ago, maybe they have fixed the problem?

Honestly, Ill miss it. I worked till the last day my Borders liquidated and its hard to look at, all over again, in my local ToysRUs. I wish the best to its denizens and those holding down the fort on the ground level. Youll find better.

Pretty much a standard Toys R Us, but what I like about this one is its convenient to the Potomac Mills area and it is hardly ever crowded. The staff seems nice and helpful. One detractor is that exiting the parking lot can be challenging if turning left. There is no stop light and it is a fairly busy road.

Awesome toy store that has EVERYTHING!!! I never fully grew up. Thank you Toys R Us. Great WWE toy section too. We have such a blast here. Kids go nuts and the workers have patience.

This location is hit or miss. The store layout is good but you cant always find what youre looking for. Empty shelves are pretty common. The employees are also hit or miss. Youll either find someone who likes their job and is helpful or someone who hates life and is there for only the paycheck.

Manager and staffs customer service was very welcoming very efficient. My issue was resovled immediately. I felt so happy i wanted to buy more stuff..Thanks ToysRUS!

Too bad the manager was around so long. She left her kid home alone for like 4 days, still kept her job. Embarrassing! Clearly had no control over the store and I only remember seeing her there a few times, and my kids liked going here a lot. Sad the employees had to deal with her. Other employees were okay, made the store better.

The store has what kids normally want. The location is a bit off beat but not totally lost.The poorest part is that you have to hunt down a store worker to help you. This has been the case the many times I have been there. So, be prepared to find things on your own and know what it is youre looking to buy.On the plus side at least from there you can easily find something to eat in the surrounding area.

The store was kept neat and cleaned, employees were helpful and nice as well the lines were an understandable length and I’m so glad I went because this cashier who did my transaction was so kind and smiled even when I had an angry face she had purple tips on her hair she was just so nice, in this toys r us everything was amazing!

The place is nice and has great selections. They price match after Black Friday and the staff is usually nice....once you find them. Dont go if youre in a rush...there is normally only one line open at Customer Service and one in electronics. Pick a lane and stick with it....bring a snack.

Hard to find assistance when in the store. Also this location is one of the many Toys R Us to be closed. During check out cashier jokes to another employee that I was her first customer in 2 hours.

Unfortunately they are closing down and the state of the store reflects a level of capitulation; shelves are becoming barren, not everything is orderly, the staff seem broken and customers eye the scant remnants for deals.Long gone are the days of hot new toys and well stocked isles, the Toys R Us of today is a shell of what it once was.

Very organized and clean.. My daughter loved the great selection of toys she found in toysrus.

Great customer service -- on October 8, 2017, Roger was impressive with how much he helped us with the purchase of a large item. We will definitely return to this Toys R Us.

Prices are so high that the discounts that matter. It’s a shame they’re closing because they were stable and many children’s lives lives, but they were always overpriced and we are perfectly fine ordering our toys from Amazon or target or Walmart. I will say that they have come through on emergency scenarios when I favorite one was lost though, and for that we will surely miss them.

Very friendly staff, they are very professional and handled a very difficult holiday season with a great deal of patience and decorum. They are very responsive to questions and will assist you in locating what you are looking for and if they dont have it they will call another store for you.

Despite foreclosure, staff is trying to be attentive, store is clean, and signs of pricing structure are prominent.

Needed help looking for a bike at first staff seemed friendly and helpful but then after they checked they completely forgot to come tell me they didnt have one. They were too busy talking to one another about things that did not pertain to my question or work.

Its great, at times, to see an item in person. This location has a wide range of items and they also price match, so do your comparison while at the store and forget the worries of missing out on the best deal.

The holiday line is poorly setup you have to go around half the store to get to the end. Best case scenario they just dont know how to set up a line worst case the manager thought it was a bright idea to force customers through more of the store.

Its kind of dinghy inside, theres nothing else there, and traffic getting in and out is terrible.

In addition to the unattended front area (took me 5 mintutes to find an associate at the front), & the store being dirty, The biggest disappointment was that out of all the dolls in the store I only found 3..3 ethnic dolls. The excuse was ethnic dolls sell fast so I figured Id try again in a few days-same excuse. A couple of weeks- same excuse. I had to press around and ask the front attendants to search online because he was too quick to send me away with the they sell too fast line. He reluctantly searched (Im not exagerating) Prince Tiana and then told me they dont have the toy....I spelled princess for him and tiana, he said the codes online show up as 13 in the store but all the disney dolls have the same code its not the one I want.Ive been going to toy r us since I was a little girl what a disappoinment.

Worst shopping experience EVER! Went to this store last night looking for a Woombie, an hour before closing (or so we thought). I couldnt find it, nor anyone for help, until the closing announcement went off. The store manager approached me and asked, Are you buying anything?, I said yes, but was looking for the woombie he said he never heard of it and that I should hurry before the registers close. So, I told my hubby to pay while I nursed my newborn. Afterwards, he came into the mother room and told me the mgr and employees are waiting for us to leave. I even heard the mgr tell my hubby, tell her to pop the baby off, we gotta go. Seriously? I will never return to this place, no matter how much bigger the store. This is the Alcratraz of all Babies RUs stores, where they place customer relations failures and use it as a threat assignment for fellow employees. Basically, I wouldnt recommend shopping here unless you are sure to steer clear of the warden and inmates.

They do not honor their sales. I purchased something on sale and discovered it was missing pieces. I exchanged it but was required to pay the difference of the sale price and regular price because the sale had ended. I wont be shopping there anymore.
