This place has amazing customer service. I highly recommend them in NOVA. I went here to fix the glass on a table top. I was told it would take two days but had it back within a couple hours. The new glass fits perfectly on the table top. Thank you for you’re amazing service.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Terrific help with my pickup of a fragile mirror offering me to use those shipping fixtures at no cost. Help with everything from loading to the required mirror hanging clips. Would definitely recommend them for any of your glass needs!

Great experience with Woodbridge Glass! Everyone from the estimator to the installers to the office admin were pleasant to speak with and professional. After a terrible experience with the company we hired to replace the tile in our master bath, my wife and I were apprehensive about how the shower would turn out. The estimator assured us he could fabricate the glass to fit the space and he completely surpassed our expectations! Our shower surround looks like a shower from Pinterest! We will be recommending to our friends.

As a contractor I need stuff nowThe folks are very helpful, even on this day after Thanksgiving. The man at the counter took apart the window replaced what was broken and had it back to me the same day. I do not see giving work to any other company.

I recently went to Woodbridge glass to get a custom mirror cut to a specific dimension that I need to fit my restroom. I must say my experience here was phenomenal after giving them the dimensions to my mirror, the turn around was less than 24hrs. Great job and I would recommend to anyone who needs glass work done.

Went to get advice on buying new windows or replacing the glass in my old windows since my old double pane windows were fogged up due to age. Amber, the service rep at the front desk was most helpful in explaining my options and set up a service rep appointment with Adam. Adam gave me a price quote and explained my glass replacement options. Since it is much cheaper to replace the glass than buying new windows I saved about ten thousand dollars by letting them do the work. Regarding their work, the crew showed up on time, completed the replacement of glass for the whole house in one day. Adam and crew did a wonderful job in a timely manner and I am most happy with their service.

There are two parts to this review - one for the quality and one for the customer service.The glass cutting quality is very nice, and they were able to match my dining table glass back to the original.The CS is so-so - I got an estimate 6 months and then 1 week prior, and was OK with the price. However, when I went to drop off the glass section piece, the price all of a sudden jumped 100$, and since I already brought the large piece I had no other option. I understand that prices change, but since I had two quotes I wasnt expecting such a jump. The guys who delivered the glass were nice and professional.

Great customer service! They installed a beautiful shower door that recently Dulles glass had tried to install and failed miserably. The installer from woodbridge was very knowledgeable and very clean. He worked efficiently and was quick with the repairs to my shower door that Dulles couldn’t fix. So happy I called them! I had scheduled a glass replacement for a vinyl window that was fogging up. The technician (Willie)was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was very happy with the level of customer service.

Woodbridge Glass came out to provide an estimate for a new bay window. I received an email quote the following day which was a great price - we were surprised. I responded to accept the quote and asked to see the style options. Mandy has been extremely courteous in email and over the phone, but never gets back to me with more information to advance the project. She keeps saying they are waiting to hear from the vendor and they will get back to me. Because the quote was so low, Ive practically been begging this company to take my money. Im completely baffled. The only explanation I can think of is that they realized they quoted too low and they dont want to do the job, so they just keep delaying until I move on. Woodbridge Glass came highly recommend by a colleague, but my experience with them has been disappointing. Additionally, because theyve been appeasing me just enough the past couple months, I havent contacted another company for quotes...and now its the winter and I still have a window that needs replacing. Hopefully youll have a better experience, but based on mine and the other reviews, I wouldnt count on it.

My wife and I recently remodeled our bathroom and we were looking at different glass companies to install the shower glass. Woodbridge glass had the best customer service and best price compared to Dulles glass and Vienna glass. Adam answered all of my questions and really made us feel like we were the most important customer. We got our quote the very next day and immediately put our deposit down with Amber at the front counter. She was great and also made us feel welcome and important. Not even a week and a half later Amber calls us to get us on the schedule to install the next day! The installers were very polite and worked diligently throughout the entire time and cleaned up after themselves as well! Overall great experience and we will be using them in the future.

Great customer service! My son broke a window playing football with my husband and I called around and my mom actually told me that woodbridge glass does same day service. I called their office and they told me to bring the window in any business day before 10 AM and they can remake it that same afternoon. The next day I bring my window in around 9:30 and around lunch time I get a call that my window is ready for me to pick up. Great service and very polite and knowledgeable staff!

Had an emergency regarding a cracked window pane as a result of a stress crack. As recommended by my contractor, I call Woodbridge Glass. I was told that if I brought the window by10:am it would be ready by mid afternoon. Arrived at 10:00am placed my order, the window was ready 2 hours later. Customer Service was great and so was the repair. I was able to get the window in time to install the window by my contractor that same day. One day service as claimed.

I recently bought a new home and there were several windows where the gas had leaked out. I called around but couldn’t find anyone that could fix them until I called woodbridge Glass. The girl who answered was very knowledgeable and polite and was willing to work around my work schedule. Adam came out before I went to work to measure my windows and I got my quote the same day! Adam was great and very informative. Only three days later I got my new windows put in and I couldn’t be happier! The installer Shane was nice and very particular about his work. Very pleased with the customer service and quick turn around of this company. Wish I could give more stars!

Totally disappointed. Lesson: ask the repair person how effective his work is going to be. I did not ask.The repair person from Woodbridge Glass seems a nice person but his effort just did not work. The work was to fix water leak from a glass shower door. He did not evaluate how likely his work would be effective before he started working; instead, he just started replacing the old plastic gutters with new ones. After the work was done, he asked me to try it. The water leak was still as serious as before, not a little bit less.He still charged me $130. I did not ask him for any discount because of the ineffectiveness of the work; he did not proactively offer me discount or anything. It was my fault not to ask him to predict effectiveness beforehand, but it is a total waste of my money.

We upgraded from a sliding door to french doors with the hope to get a pet door installed. Bouncing back between Lowes and Home Depot - none of the companies they dealt with would even consider adding a pet door. We decided to take our chances with a glass company post installation. Out of the 5 companies in the area that wouldnt/couldnt do it - Woodbridge Glass is the only company that came and knocked it out the park. We previously had an insert for a sliding door to allow our pet to go out and I have to say the quality of pet door in this glass far exceeded our previous installation. They promised us a time frame between 2-3 weeks and met that time-frame and had no qualms about updating me in the process about how far along in the project they were and if they planned on meeting that goal. After the project was completed they called me and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I expected at least another week before theyd come out. Communication, deliverables, and follow through were all fantastic.

My wife and I had previously hired another company who did a horrible job. They installed the shower only using silicone but every time we would close the door, all the panels would shake. After weeks of telling them our safety concerns they refused to do anything. We contacted Woodbridge Bridge Glass and spoke to a lovely young woman on the phone who answered all of our questions and was able to have someone out the next day. The estimator was willing to work around our crazy work schedules and was very polite and knowledgeable. We ended getting the whole shower replaced and we are so happy with that decision! Showers looks great and most importantly is drilled into the tile so it went go anywhere even when our young son slams the door. Great experience overall!

We have a large window that one of the neighborhood kids threw a rock through. It’s original to the house and is huge. We couldn’t find anybody to replace it until we called Woodbridge Glass. From start to finish they were polite efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the first glass was made the wrong size but woodbridge glass quickly corrected this error and got it remade within less than a week. The installers were very nice and they even cleaned the outside of my windows that we haven’t been able to reach in years. Great experience working with woodbridge Glass.

From cutting window pain glass to custom cutting and fitting protective glass tops for nearly all of my antique furniture, their workmanship has been nearly perfect. I even had them custom make and Install a shower door in my newly remodeled bath and the job was flawless. 5 stars

My husband broke a window while mowing the lawn so we called around and we were able to get woodbridge glass to come out the very next morning. We couldn’t even get an answer from the other glass companies in the area. The girl who answered the phone was very nice and informative and patient with all of our questions. The installers were nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves. The installer even adjusted my spring balance so that the window wouldn’t slam shut! I used Woodbridge glass for a job that I was in town for last year. A last minute change order from the customer. I called several local companies here that could not get the glass or do the job until the following week. But, Woodbridge glass came to my jobsite, took their measurements, then brought the glass the next day to install. A wonderful job. Wow is all I can say. We had a broken pane in a bedroom window; Woodbridge Glass came the next day to give an estimate for replacing it, the team came out this morning and fixed it for less than the estimate. They were on time, polite, clean, and very professional. I would definitely use them again. Also, as an added, I have a hearing loss and asked them to text me, not call me, when they were on their way, and they did so. This is the first company that has ever honored that request for me.

Great experience with Woodbridge glass! My husband and I were remodeling our bathroom and Woodbridge glass was recommend to us by a good friend to do our shower enclosure. In less than a week and a half later, we have our new frameless shower enclosure installed and we love it! Horrible customer service when I walked in the door the girl wont even talk to me about shower glass. I tried to ask a question but was vey short and said email Scott over and over but did not even hear what I had to say. sure enough I emailed with my specs, I never got any response back. called about 10 times and was placed on hold for good 10 to 12 minuets but was told Mandi is still with customer.

Wow, you wont believe this or maybe you will. I talked to the lady who answered the phone at 9:40am. I get the no problem bring in your window and I tell her itll take like 10 imns. This is after we talked on the phone for 3+ mins, so basically itll be about 10am. They have this same day guarantee if dropped off by 10am which was cool since this leave a open window in my house on a 45 degree day which I explain to the lady. I roll into the store at 10:02 after sitting at 2 lights for 3+ mins each and shes on the phone. After she hangs up the phone, I remind we just talked and here I am to drop off my small (22x28) window and she says to me I just got swamped and its now 10:03, I cant do it today... really... thats not 4 star service just saying...

I had them at my home last Thursday to fix my window. I called and made a complaint the same day they just now called me back from last Thursday. So the tech who installed my glass broke my curtain rod when I spoke to Mandy she said that she finds it hard to believe because one the tell you to remove everything before install ( no one ever told me this when I sent the date) two we sent out our senior tech / manager an when he say he didn’t touch anything I believe him so the customer service at this place is very poor if your customer is telling you something you don’t just basically tell them they’re lying this I will never use this company ever again.

This company does not deserve a single star. After calling them for several weeks, they have ignored my calls. They not only installed our windows over 30 years ago, but have provided guarantees. Despite my incessant calls regarding broken windows, they have ignored my calls. Each window, by the way costs over $1,000.00. Despite this, they refuse to address them. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
