So glad we found this store; wish we had sooner. Gorgeous dresses and reasonable prices. We purchased my daughters Sweet 16 dress and a bonus dress shell likely wear to prom. Cant wait to go back; their casual clothing selection looked cute. The store associate who helped us, Mary, was an absolute doll!!!

They have a great selection of casual clothes and semi formal dresses but I just wanted to thank the employees for their great customer service;Today I went in to look for a prom dress and while I was trying it on in the fitting room my mask cord ended up snapping off and I was so worried until I asked one of the employees for some tape to put it back together, instead they gave me a mask from a box behind the counter and I cannot thank them enough. I would’ve bought something but I did not have any money on me but the next time I go I will definitely get something

I had bought items last week and proceeded to return because I love everything in the store. I was told at last weeks visit upon my next purchase I’d receive some percentage off because I’m “signed up”. I received two emails, none of which had a promo code. I even checked my spam and nothing. I spent almost 200$ each visit. I’m not even mad about the discount, I’m more angry with the sales representative whom told me that she couldn’t do anything for me and basically it’s my fault for not having a code. When I could clearly prove I’ve already been there within a week, so if I have the other emails, how come I didn’t get the promotional email? She wouldn’t honor my word, or get a manger involved. Truly a disappointment. I won’t be shopping there anytime soon.

The service in this place is very unprofessional! Not the first time this has happened to me. Windsor needs to train their workers with some manners I brought back a shirt that did not fit me right with in the 14 days of purchasing. They would not give me my money back they claimed “ it was damaged” when nothing was wrong with the shirt. I will be writing a letter to corporate because these ladies were rude and unprofessional. I will be getting the name of the employee that handled my purchase it was the same girl who rang me out when I had originally purchased it. I also awhile back ordered a outfit online didn’t fit me properly and I also went to return it and they gave me a hard time returning it when I called they told me it can be returned to any store. I ended up mailing it back with no problem. So if you buy something from here please make sure you like it because they will not return it for you.

Good place to pick up nice dresses. We picked up 3 dresses for daughters upcoming sweet 16s. Good prices and nice variety.

I can always count on Windsors. I have been shopping here for my daughters proms, many party dresses for my whole family and even for funerals. Girls are always friendly, professional and very attentive. They also carry very beautiful shoes, its just too bad they dont carry sizes 5 & 5halves. Love their handbags, accessories and other knickknacks for dressing up.
